We arrived back on the day the burning jeep had been driven into Glasgow airport, so things were a bit slow. However, this was made worse by the fact that a family with loads of luggage insisted on cramming onto a bus we'd waited for for half an hour, despite the driver telling them they were not allowed on, and were crushing passengers already on the bus. We had to wait for the police to arrive before that bus left. It took almost an hour to get to the carpark. Not the driver's fault, but a massive inconvenience, especially since we had a disabled passenger waiting for us outside the main airport building, in the rain.

Booking was easy. Machine couldn't read my credit card on arrival but the staff on site were friendly and helpful. I had to take a ticket on arrival and produce this together with my credit card and booking ref number on exit - whole process took 1 min even at 11.45 at night !

This is the second poor experience we have had from Pink Elephant and it would deter us from flying from Stansted again. The buses are too infrequent when returning from the airport resulting in a large queue, there is no marshalling of the queue so it becomes a free for all when the bus arrives and the bus is packed with luggage and passengers...mostly standing, cattle would be better treated.

Quite civilised as far as car parks go. Easy to use, straightforward directions to parking area, and easy to connect to/from motorway. There does seem to be a lack of baggage space on the buses (not that I ever have any), so it can be a bit awkward. Not that they do much other than drive, but some of the drivers are cute enough to make the time pass :-)

Excellent service - drivers very professional - ensure passenger safety and very curteous. Booking on internet simple and all instructions from directions and how to gain entry and exit much simpler than other companys that I have used. Price cheapest I've found. Would definately recommend

System is that card used to pay MUST be used to get entry to car park. Otherwise take ticket and you have to leave using manned exit barrier to check ticket and booking. On returning from airport terminal make sure you check your zone (letter) against colour coded area (red, blue or yellow) and get on right bus! Driver on transfer was none too impressed that many people were on wrong bus! Saves you time too, but drivers are being lazy, and should check everyone on entry.

When arriving it wasn't clear how to enter the carpark and didn't tell me on my confirmation. I actually had to park outside and read a notice. Bus dropped me off right outside the airport terminal which was very handy and easy. Bus was jammed though and took about 15 mins to arrive and some people who were queuing could not get on. Bus was quick to arrive on my return which was past middnight and took me quickly back to the car. I was dissappointed to find I had to pay an extra charge of £8.00 when I left, I understood I arrived back later, but this was due to Passport control and luggage collection taking 1hr 1/2.

Easy booking via web. Good confirmation instructions. Good location close to Stansted airport terminal. Short transfer and frequent buses. Very efficient and cheap service, certainly good value for money and would not hesitate to use Pink Elephant again and also recommend them to others.

1. There is so little competition that we have come to expect to be overcharged for these services. It sticks in the throat to pay more for car parking than the flight. 2. Your driver was discourteous telling passengers 'you open the doors I don't' in a tone that raised comments from many people.

Unfortunately when I arrived your ticket barrier did not recognise my credit card, which meant I had to speak to your staff to let me through the barrier and similarly when I left, which just delayed my progress in both directions. If you can rectify this problem, then this will go a long way to providing a good service.

We found it extremely easy to book on line, it was easy to find with helpful directions on the car park website. The carpark itself is clean tidy with regular pick ups to the airport. Overall it made the start of our holiday simple and easy. Thank you

When we drove into the car park, the queue of people waiting to get onto the transfer bus made us fear that we would miss out flight, but the queue was superficial as we all managed to get into a single bus and didnt have to wait at all. The journey was short and we were able to sing along to Madonna on the way to the airport terminal.

Would be nice if the ticket printed off displays the Zone that we are to go to as its not that clear and when your in the holiday mode you do not always remember where you have parked your car. Also the signs at the begining of the zone should say Zone A1 to Zone A8 as its not until have to drive passed the closed zone that you realise there is a Zone A2 etc

Driver two cars in front of me couldn't get his ticket to work. No one in our booth but 2 staff were in the one right next to us and could see what was happening. They did nothing for 5 minutes or more before finally coming over and overriding the exit barrier.

Cat parking seemed fine although I saw very little evidence of security. Booking procedures excellent, and hassle free parking. Infrequent buses meant a 15 min wait in the (very) cold (morning) upon departure, and then a frustrating 20 minute wait on arrival whilst the bus filled.

We arrived early in the morning, we had already prepaid so just insert the debit card, was given a ticket and directed to a space. The coach was there to take us to the airport as we arrived so didnt have to wait. The transfer time was short. On returning the coach again was waiting at arrivals and we were returned quickly.

The only possible detail that can be improved, besides reducing prices, which seem competitive, would be ensuring a minimum waiting time for pick-up buses. This is particularly valuable when arriving to leave Stansted and returning late at night to Stansted when everything to reduce time to get home is important

overall good value for money and very easy to use. bus straight to terminal on the way out but were waiting a while on the way back. over the quoted amount. this would not effect my decision to use this company again as i dont think theres a better way to leave your car.

Plane landed at 01:30 as we left the terminal a bus departed empty from an otherwise almost empty terminal there was then a very long wait for the bus to return by that time a long queue had formed. At that time of day with hardly any flights it would be a good idea to have some connection between passenger flow and buses.

Very easy to use and extremely well run car park, the value for money was exceptional the only downside was that we had a long wait at Stansted but then there had been a problem in the air due to overcrowding and storms and a huge amount of aircraft landed close together. In the circumstances I think they handled it very well indeed.
