We failed to take proper note of where we parked but we were immediately assisted by someone who could see we were struggling to know what to do at the airport. He rang through and found out the area we would be parked in at 4am when we arrived - he was so efficient and helpful

Entry to the car park is difficult as although the guidance says dont press the button for a ticket, the barrier does not respond to the credit card and I am forced to take a ticket to gain entry,especially to prevent a frustrated queue building up behind me. This means that I also cannot exit and had to go to the manned site in the end. luckily it was midnight and not too busy and very pleasant lady at the barrier. otherwise fine.

On arrival I had to wait 15 mins for the bus. When the bus came it was almost full and though I was first in the queue people pushed me aside to get on. It was stressful. The return journey was less crowded but the driver was uncommunicative as though he were just delivering suitcases without people.

simply put in your Payment card collect your parking ticket find your space and enjoy your holiday. At the end of your trip simply get your transfer, find you car go straight to the prepaid barrier and pop in your ticket and bon voyage. Nothing could be simpler

The staff are very helpful and polite. The booking should provide short and simple summary of what to do. The ticket could do with a box for us to note where we parked. The ticket should show where to pick up a coach on return (we got on the wrong coach, we were under the impression that coaches go to all zones).

The cost was some £15 dearer than a family member paid booking about a week before me. On leaving the airport it was not clear that the LONG STAY pick-up points were in fact pink elephant, which I was looking for. Some delay in waiting for the bus on return.

The process was very smooth and we have used Pink Elephant many times. Even though I was convinced my husband had used a different credit card to pay the staff were very helpful and we exited the car park very quickly. Also provided value for money and would recommend to anyone.

The delay on return was nearly 40 minutes. Far Far too long- over half as long as the flight from the S of France. Add that to 5 car park bus-stops and a long journey time and the fact that the bus stops are too far away from the car; (it took an hour from landing to car) Not worth the cost benefit.

Apart from the Comments in the Con section, my wife and I found that Pink Elephant easy to find and use. The Parking Zones are clearly marked, and our vehicle was easy to locate when returning after our holiday.We have just moved back to the UK from Spain, and this is the first time we have used your service. We have friends that have used you in the past. By and large we found the service good, and would certainly use your service for future trips. Also booking on the Internet makes the whole operation that much easier.

The M11 was closed on the day of travel. I managed to navigate (without satnav!) an alternative route right to the airport, but was then directed onto the (gridlocked) M11 to reach long stay parking. On the bus trip for the return journey I noted that there is a perimeter road that could be used for alternative access. The buses from the carpark to the terminal are excessively over-crowded and there are obviously to few for busy periods, leaving passengers stranded and anxious awaiting another bus.

No wait for the pick up or drop off by the bus. Much better than the last time we used this services two years ago. Don't forget to remember which card you used when paying for the tickets and keep the card handy when you arrive at the ticket machine.

I found the place really easily, mind you I did use my Sat Nav which I accidently left attached to the windscreen while I was away. However, due to the good security at the site, it was still there when I got back. The transfer bus was there on my arrival and departure from the airport, although it was a bit crowded. I will use this car park again.

stollen credit card so didnt have original i booked with - there was no problem. we forgot to see which car park area we were in - no problem the return bus driver helped with that quickly, professionally, efficiently and most importantly, friendly! well done

On return to Stansted about 1130pm. to midnight, there were insufficient coaches for all the passengers, it was like a scrum. We ended up waiting a good twenty minutes or more for the next coach and then it was packed tight with a drunken man falling all over me and my wife. We recognis that you cannot be held responsible for drunks, but the number of people on the coach meant that it was impossible to get away from him.

Having been very critical of wait for transfers especially on a late Sunday night we were pleased with the speed of the transfer. A clearer way of numbering the rows in the car pard is needed though as the numbers/letters are only shown on the ends - how about something half way along?

I used this parking service because it was about the same price as a return train ticket. It worked fine althhough I just missed one transfer coach and had to wait 20 minutes for the next. I accidentally parked my car in a closed zone. Only when a coach dropping passengers arrived and I spoke to driver did I find out that no collections were being made from my stop (as the zone was closed). It would be good if the bus stops had some indication if they were active and ideally display when the next bus was due. I would recommend Pink Elephant parking

The coach service was excellent and the whole process was easy and efficient. The coach driver on our way to the airport was a little grumpy but so would I be at the early hour. That is the only thing that stopped a top rating. If he had got off the coach and advised passengers which door to use rather than closing doors on them and sighing loudly we would all have been happier I am sure!

The only slight hiccup was the ticket .As when we booked it on line it said that we would have a ticket come out with a reference no on.But i think that happened too a lot of people because as we were leaving everybody was going to the one post that was manned. But we would use it again

we found the carpark easy to find and set out well (this kept the stress levels nice and low !)and the bus stop was close by which was handy for the children both going and returning from airport. Will definately use this site again and will recomend it to all our friends and family.

I found the staff very helpful i arrived back to my car in the early hours of the morning only to find i had left my side lights on all week so flat battery.I called the car park office and a fantastic lady in the office had a AA van to my rescue with in twenty minuets and im not even a member so i thank you all
