Waited about 25 mins for a bus and a very long que formed. consequently the bus was very crowded which was unpleasant particularly for my 2 year old daughter. It also meant that many people could not fit on that bus and had to wait until the next one.

Well signposted as you arrive at the airport, the site itself seems pretty secure. We got straight on a bus once we'd parked. The transfer time is quite long - about 10 minutes I think, but you're dropped off right outside the terminal. Coming back we had to wait about 20 minutes for a bus, when it turned up we all got on and then waited another 10 minutes while the driver had a chat and a laugh with a friend. Nice. But it was the cheapest of the three parking services at the airport, and I guess you get what you pay for!

I found it very good and easy to park. Jotting down the number of parking area for coming back and buses seemed to be there waiting to take you to airport terminal. I have used other methods but find travelling further to get there and waiting for pick up when you have arrived back a bit of a drag.

Parks well signed. we were able to park near the bus stop. Large queue but ample space on the bus. luckily it was a sunny day,as if it had been raining the shelter would have been inadequate. On return, bus arrived very promptly and although we were in the last park to be visited the journey did not take long. Overall a painless procedure, which was good value for money. I would not hesitate to use this service again.

Wait for coach to pick us up when we arrived. Wait at Terminal for coach to arrive on return. Coaches absolutely packed. Need more coaches and for them to be more frequent. Also need more and bigger shelters. When we arrived at car park it was raining but only room for a couple of people plus luggage in shelter. Queue snaked right back across the car park

This is a a good secure carpark & good xfers to/fro airport.The only negative and its small really is that it took 1 1/2 hrs to clear airport and parking.The shuttle bus did seem to go around the houses a bit to each sector.All and all would definitely use again.

I was parked in the 'Blue' zone. On arrival back to the UK (approx. 23:30)I had to find the bus stop for the Blue zone. The Red zone stop was clearly visible and easy to find but the Blue zone stop was hidden away further along the terminal frontage and not easy to spot. Fortunately the coaches were so far apart we did not miss one when we finally found the stop. Clearer signs and more coaches PLEASE.

Coach driver had a sense of humour, wisecracking despite it being 02:30.Rather long tour of the car park with no one getting off.Perhaps customers could declare their area when boarding so driver could avoid calling in areas where no one is going to get off !

people were moving from one bus stop to the other as it was no clear which weere being used. as busses were not stopping at the one I was waiting at but htis may be because they were full. However some people did run to the another stop so the next bus was ful also. Not sure if anythiong can be done about this - it was just concerning that we were waiting at a stop that was not being used.

Arrived at car park having pre booked online. Straight though the entrance to park car. Bus waiting already, straight through to terminal. On arrival back bus was straight outside terminal doors and set off almost immediately we were on. Excellent service and so cheap.

The signs to Long term were clear; the indication as to which Zone was available was also well marked. The bus stops were near to wherever one parked. A bus was waiting when we arrived at the car park AND when we landed! However if one was late, the car park to terminal journey is not the quickest. Recommended however

Each car park section appears to close as soon as it is full up so there is no time wasting driving round and round looking for a parking space you are directed to the one with spaces. The buses are frequent so there isn't alot of hanging around at the bus stop, and it doesn't take long at all to reach the terminal. A good start to your trip.

My friend and I managed to be totally blonde and forget where we had parked. Thankfully we'd guessed the right zone but a very helpful bus driver radioed customer service for us and we were by our car within minutes. Otherwise it really would have been an extremely long afternoon. Thanks again - you got us going in quick time, only to sit on the M25 for the next 3 hours! Still a fabulous parking experience - if you're into that sort of thing!!

only problem - when we put our credit card inot the ticket barrier at the beginning of our journey the barrier failed to open and we had to press for another ticket -0 consequently on our leaving there was a problem with the payment and the automitci barrier and we had to queue to go to a manned ticket barrier (as did quite a few people). Other than the barrier expereinces everhting flowed well.

Easy to find and equally easy to use. made an error on my return to the car oark, was not aware of the different buses for the different sectors. Totally my fault we got on the wrong bus, but the driver could not have been more considerate and went out of his way to put us off at the correct stop. Would certainly use Pink Elephaant again.

me and my partner were very pleased at the value for money, and the regular buses to and from the terminal. are only disapointment was at the return to the carpark we missed the bus because we were not standing in the correct spot,(not very well sign posted) and the bus passed us by. but it was soon followed, 10 mins later, by another.

After waiting 45 minutes at passport control the last thing we wanted was another long wait for a bus from the terminal. It was a 20 minute wait for a bus to come and even then it could not take us as the queue was too long. Fortunately another one turned up shortly afterwards. Compared to other off-site car parking I've used there was no sense of being looked after by anyone.

Had to wait a long time for the bus on return, with a long queue in front of us. The exit card did not work due to a problem with the card itself. Had to queue at the cashier again to get this sorted. In total it took 90 minutes from landing until we left the parking area; about half of that due to the slow process to get from the bus queue to leaving the car park. We still had to drive to dumfries to get home and therefore would have appreciated a speedier process.

unfortunately, we caught the wrong bus to the car park and had to return to the terminal. this was because we baorded the bus through the back doors,and didn't read the sign on the bus -but the driver was courteous and helpful. the staff at the exit barriers were wonderful as i was in a panic and couldn't find my prepaid ticket -but there was no fuss and bother and we were treated politely and pleasantly. well done indeed on your customer service!

Arrived in plenty of time, bus waiting so no delays to airport. Coming back, just managed to catch the bus so no waiting around but the journey took at least 1/2 hour as we were the last car park to drop off - I suppose in hindsight that was why the journey to the airport was quick! So all in all from the plane to leaving the car park it took about 45 mins. Would consider alternative travel options (eg valet) as we then had a long journey north. However great cheap secure parking - suppose you cant have everything!
