I found it quick and esay to book on line. Signposts were good to get me there and directions. We were not sure where to stand for the transfer bus back to the car park, need a few more signs in the arrivals lounge. All in all a good service, value for money and made our holiday a lot easier.

Did not have to wait long for a bus but they were packed with virtually no room for luggage and on the return journey a less than polite driver who merely wanted to cram more and more people on the coach.During the journey 2 of the published rules were broken..luggage was left in the gangway as there was nowhere else to put it(passengers can hardly be expected to put a 15kg case on the top rack) and the driver spent the whole journey chatting to the passengers at the front of the coach. The zone in which we were parked had cars parked along the access road which was quite dangerous. Overall impression was that the car park was struggling under the volume of passengers in August.

Excellent value for money.My partner and i travelled from Lincolnshire,site maps were accurate and very easy to follow. carpark signage clearly marked on entering the carpark bus was ready and waiting.Definately use you again,most probably next year! Will certainly recommend you to others.

Courteous drivers helped explain the slightly complex Alphabetic drop off points when returning. There was a useful space on the ticket to write down which row/area you park when travel stressed it is easy to forget such details! There's plenty of space in the buses but people need to move on inside when there is a big queue.

It was easy to park the car and not far to the bus pick up point. We didn't even have to wait for the bus going out and coming back it arrived at the bus stop within 2 minutes! The bus driver on the way back had a great sense of humour and everyone was laughing on the way back to the car park. This was a great way to end the holiday! Great service and We would definitely use you again!

Efficient system with clearly marked car parks. Unfortunately it wasn't clear on our return that we needed to get on a specific bus for our particular park. Luckily the driver was very helpful and dropped us off anyway. Check the front of the bus on your way back.

Its a massive car park but very easy to use. Jus tmake sure you have your credit card by which you have made your payment and swipre it in at the gate - take your gate pass and use this pass to take your car back..cant get earier then that..can it? Amit

Our flight from southern Germany took 1hr.15mins.It took us longer to clear the airport and get into our car.!! We were parked in Zone Z2.we waited 10 mins for the bus which pulled away full and we did not get on.The next bus took 20 mins to arrive,which was,overall,a lot longer than we expected.

When we arrived my booking wasnt recognised at the booth, we pressed the button and received a standard ticket - as we were late we went in and I called the help desk later who advised me just to present my booking confirmation at the manned booth when trying to exit and it would be honoured - which indeed it was with no problems at all. The helpfulness was much appreciated.

We had to wait a long time for a bus to take us back to the parking area from return to Stansted airport. They need more buses!

found carpark very easily, short walk to the bus, took us promptly to the terminal, on return we waited 5 minutes for the bus and was delivered promptly back to our car, the only problem we found was the signs leading us out of the carpark, we found them a bit confusing.

I have used Simply for Stansted and Dover and find the service easy to use and a lot cheaper than paying on departure. On my most recent trip I booked two or three months ahead and then my credit card provider changed the card from Visa to Mastercard and I still had no problem using the pre booked space even though I hadn't followed the instructions to the letter. I would recommend Simply to anyone.

I thought for a provincial airport, the cost was relatively high. You seem to travel all round the airport to get from car park to terminal. Car park was well organised, clean, well lit & well signposted to the area you wanted me to park in. Coach was on its way in under 10 minutes both ways, from time I arrived.

On arrival at the car park, the signs directedeveryone to Zone Z, but when we got there it was full and there were lots of confused drivers milling around trying to find space. We were eventually directed to Zone T - by one of the coach drivers! If it hadn't been for him, people would have ended up driving all over the place trying to find a space. The signs on the way in should have been changed before things got to that state.

The bus did not leave until it was jam packed full. People couldn't move. Thus when time to alight, we had to get out at each stop with our cases to allow others off. We then had to get on again. Repeated this until our stop. More buses need to be provided at certain times perhaps?

On our return to Stansted we waited for the transfer bus in the appropriate area, in our case Yellow B. The bus then stopped for Blue zone parkers. We were then driven to the yellow zone parking, having to unload our cases and get off the bus ,struggling through those travelling to the blue zone.Surely it would have made sense to have the first on the bus to be last off?

on the day i travelled, i forgot all my paperwork including my booking reference... at the gate coming in i took a ticket instead of using my credit card (first time user) when i arrived back i was expecting a hefty parking fee... however the helpful staff were able to find all my details on the system and charge me the online fee that id booked. so all in all will recommend pink parking again and again.... thank you

After collecting our luggage within 30 minutes of landing it took more than 30 minutes for us, and many others, to leave the terminal area. Signs on the exit lanes were baffling and neither seemed to apply to us ie pre-booked and paid; 2 cars ahead of us had the same problem.

We pre-booked online, but the automated entry system did not work when I inserted my credit card so I had to take a ticket. The signs at the barriers were not helpful and the intercom was virtually inaudible when I requested help: all this wasted time on arrival and departure. The car park was poorly signed and it was not clear which area and row we were parked in.In our hurry to get on the bus I did not have time to note the bus stop and had to ask the driver - this should be announced automatically when the bus doors close, as on the return transfer.There were no road markings in our parking area showing the way out and the exit sign was obscured by foliage. Overall the experience did not reduce the stress levels associated with air travel: if one has gone to the trouble of booking online, getting into and out of the car park should be smooth and straightforward, which was not the case.

Really easy to park up and then transfer to the airport. Very quick server, staff friendly and helpful. Upon return, there was a large queue for our area fo the airport and the bus did not arrive for about 25 minutes. The bus stops at the airport could be more clearly marked as it was not clear that they were for Pink Elephant parking, they could have been for another company.
