Didn't realise it was quite far from main terminal and a lot of jigging about on the bus, especially when bus full and standing around trying to make sure baggage not falling along with yourself!!! Infact we were so cramped, somebody was pressing against the disabled button making alarm go off and the driver had to point out that that person needs to not lean against it!! Unfortunately, that probably was very difficult due to us being cramped like sardines.

Was disappointed on reaching the exit with a pre paid ticket to be informed that I had to pay again. 3 exit lanes were open, two unmanned and the last one furthest from where I was manned. Told to go to this lane for clearance which caused total chaos, was not the only vehicle to have to do this and at nearly midnight with a 2 hour journey in front of me was not too impressed. Apart from this was fairly impressed with pink elephant.

The whole experience from online booking to entering and exiting the parking facility is well automated. The bus we took to the terminal was full and some had to wait for the next bus but that was at peak period on a Friday morning.The exit from car park to final exit barrier was not well signposted (from sction N at least) Would use Pink Elephant again.

A long distance from the airport. Coaches full to bursting and a major struggle to get on and off with suitcases. A free for all and no staff to supervise. A long wait for the coach on the return journey at 2.00am. Bus stop unclear ( we had to queue at the back of the airport building for some reason). Bus driver on another coach saying Pink Elephant very unhelpful. Have received a far better service at other car parks and we travel extensively. Would not use again.

When i arrived i just had to enter my card that I had pre booked the space on and then collected my ticket. It was fairly easy to find the correct parking area then by the time we were out of the car all suitcases ready the bus arrived. I would use this service again in the future and recommoend it to others too.

Simply park your car walk few yards to bus stop get on bus few minutes you are outside airport could not be simpler if you pre book using your credit card you simply put in machine on entry take your ticket and card keep your receipt with you when you return from your holiday simply hand your receipt to attendent when you exit car park away you go

On entering the site we were directed to Car Park C, but after driving around the whole of this area along with a number of other cars it was obvious that there were no spaces. I then had to find a member of staff to ask where to go to next which did cause a delay in my getting to the airport. Otherwise it all went very well!

Good experience, really easy to find and simple to follow instructions made clear upon entry to car park. Once back in UK we were redirected around collection bays but transfer was very smooth once on the bus and the very cheery driver made us smile.

The first time I used Pink Elephant parking was when the whole M11 was closed and, in my haste, I forgot to note down the zone reference. However, the shuttle bus was there immediately and despite my late arrival, I was still able to make my flight. On that occasion, I had high praise for both the Pink Elephant system and the Stansted Airport staff. The return to the car park was equally efficient, other than my hike around zones C & B, before I found the car in A. The latest trip was fine outgoing, but there was a significant wait for the shuttle bus on my return, but I can't really complain about one out of four. Rod Philpott.

The transport was very bad on our return. Huge queues and with young children in tow it just added to our earlier misery flying with Ryanair. We found the long stay experience very stressful and will not be doing it again. I suppose I will have to pay for short stay in the future.

the booking process was straightforward and easy, although I couldn't find any details of extra charges (if any) if we left the car for longer than stated. The directions to the carpark and instructions for parking were excellent. The only thing that let Pink Elephant down was the behaviour of the transfer-bus driver on our return trip. He was abrupt to the point of rudeness, and very unhelpful to some foreign visitors who had inadvertently got on the wrong bus. The driver's attitude made me ashamed to be British.

Need to advise first time users (like myself) that in the excitement of rushing to catch a flight one must make a note of the car park colour and aisle. When we returned in the dark and late at night we were unable to find the car until a helpful PE bus driver rang HQ and checked where it might have been! Also phone in bus stop (where we tried to contact HQ) was out of order!

The car park was easy to find, we waited around five mins for transfer to airport, the driver was cheerful on both trips. I would recomend to others as I have often used these parks and have found pink elephant to be one of the best thankyou K Ovenden

When we arrived at the barrier we tried the two cards we thought were the ones most likely to have been used to pre-pay for parking. These were both rejected. Other cards were locked in suitcase in the boot. So we had no option but to press the button to obtain a ticket. If, as many other e-tailers do, you included the last three or four numbers of the credit/debit card on the booking confirmation form, it would help customers to ensure they have the correct card to hand. The good thing was that at exit on our return, the lady in the car park payment booth was able to confirm pre-payment and validated our ticket to enable us to leave without incurring further charges.

Ensure that you write down your parking bay location on your ticket. The park is very large and you may not be able to find your car again if you don't! The journey back to find your car can be lengthy depending on where you parked and can take half an hour.

Credit card not recognised on way in. Gatekeeper unable to get recognition of us on way out. the Administration building unable to trace us until a phone call was eventually made to someone and at last we were allowed to leave. Bit unecessary and time consuming.

Cheepest convinient long stay parking to Stanstead. Online booking an payment took all of the grief out of having to queue fo payment machines etc. The only downside was that it was very busy and we had to wait for a second bus to take us to the airport. Although we got the first bus that arrived on the way back it was packed to the gunnels

I paid by credit card and tendered this to the machine upon arrival.clearly it did not recognise the magnetic strip or was having trouble with the magnetic strip reader.others in fron of me had the same problem .i was sorted by staff on the end of the intercom and they were very efficient when i came to exit a week later.

Good well informed service from drivers. exit signs could be a bit easier to see (larger),may be just poor early morning light and tired traveled eyes, Exit lane signs at exit very close to barriers not a lot of distance to get into correct lane for type of ticket or payment. may be pre warning signs on busses or bus stand or info via intercom on busses to pre inform drivers Many thanks for a great but very expensive service

The transfer to and from the car park was the worst bit of our whole journey but thats mainly down to the other travellers not utilising all the space and adults making children stand rather than offering seats. Standing up is pretty precarious around some of the bends.
