Return transfer was extremely crowded, & if you have to stand in the section of the bus that bends with corners, the circular floor moves along with you & your luggage!! But this provided much entertainment for everyone else on the bus when I had to stand on my suitcase as it moved round!! Luckily I'm very agile!

overall we found this car park fine, buses came immediately going to the airport, we got on a bus straight away on the way back but the driver waited until more people came before leaving so we panicked a bit about getting back in time before the ticket time expired but we were ok just.

1. We had to wait 25 minutes for a bus at 4 pm; Pink elephant say busses run every ten minutes. I have rheumatoid arthritis and find standing difficult. I was not happy! 2. Our car was hit in the car park but we did not see the damage until we got home.

For return journey at Luton: 1. queue for long stay bus was over 200 yards long 2. when I rang the PP number to understand the issues, I was abruptly told that they could see the queue on their television screens. I then had to ask if they were doing something about it and was told they didn't have enough drivers at peak times. I felt the man on the phone was rude and showed no empathy. It is our fee payments that pays for his service (or lack of!)

Very good going there (15 mins from going thru gate to bieng at the airport). Coming home was another matter. Very long queue at red bus stop (others was shorter) and had to wait a while. Bus was packed and people pushing epsecially my 16mth old son in his buggy. Bus driver ignored numerous bell rings and shouts for V stop and nearly missed others for next stop and was trying to close doors when people were still getting out.

Arrival at gates no pink elephant sign . At least 300 people queuing outside terminal on return -at sign only showing Long Stay still no Pink Elephant signs..When several buses arrived together not clear which locations buses went to-so complete chaos all round!

Prepayment online and using your credit card to gain entry to the car park made the process very easy. We parked up and the bus was ready and waiting to take us direct to the terminal. From car park entry to bein dropped off took about ten minutes, likewise the return trip was just as easy....Thanks

All in all a very good service, that is why we use P.E. The delays we experienced this time were due to several aircraft ariving together, we were unable to get on the first bus so it made the wait seem very long, it could have been worsr if it had been raining. It must be difficult for your drivers as so many people taking time to get on and off and it only needs a late arival( or early) and thats it. Yes we will be using your company again and passing the word on. Thank you all R.G.Barratt

Having prebooked on the Pink Elephant website I was told to swipe my credit card at the barrier when I arrived. This did not work and entailed my having to ask 3 cars behind me to back up in order that I could reverse to visit the office to ask what I should do. Was told to take a ticket and sort it out on my return. On my return we found the bus stop signs where we were requested to wait very confusing. This wasn't just my party but many others who were also queuing for the bus. Having done it once I will now know what to do next time the system breaks down!

When we arrived and parked in zone Z there was a huge queue for the bus. We were not able to get on the first one that arrived after 10 minutes and had to wait a further 20 mins for the next bus. When we returned to the airport we again had a 20 minute wait for the bus. Compared to the other airports this car park is expensive and I will not be using it again

From booking my parking on line to returning home form my trip, the service offered by Pink Elephant is easy to understand. The car park is clearly signed on approach to Stanstead Airport and navigation through the car park is simple too. The only negative would be that we had to wait for a second bus as the demand for space on the bus far outstripped space supplied. This adding an extra 40 mins on our return journey. An extra bus would probably aleviate this problem. On the whole, a breeze!

Driver didn't even call out what stops and twice went to pull off before people had got all the luggage off. I am a blue badge holder and there were no disabled spaces available in the are where we had to park making it very difficult to get to the bus.

Our first time at Stansted.Our arrival and transfer was fine but quite a long way out from the terminal.However, on our return there was a huge queue and we waited 25 mins for a bus, which we only just got on. Would probably pay more next time for nearer/quicker transfers.

the booking experience was excellent, as always, the car park was easy to find and well signed. The bus, however, was absolutely packed and a real struggle to get on it. The return journey was worse with people being prevented from boarding as it was too full. Because of the numbers of people on the bus it was then very difficult to get off at the car park and remove luggage.

Parking was OK but transfer back from the terminal on return on Monday night was very poor. Huge queues, waited for about 30 mins before being permitted to board a very crowded bus which took a further 20 mins to reach the parking zone. Don't forget that many of us have long onward journeys after we've got back to our cars - mine was a further 4 hours.

We booked and paid for car park with debit card as it seemed the easiest option but unfortunately on entry to the car park the computer had not finished downloading the tickets for that day so we had to obtain a ticket and sort out the situation on exit to car park. (although this proved less hassle than anticipated!)

good parking facilities and i felt assured that my car would be safe there, travel to the terminal no problem, but on return to airport coach pick up point there was a long wait for the bus as there were 2 drivers off work, and what buses were available had to be shared between the carparks, with the medium stay carpark getting the most buses as they had paid more to park than us in the long term. in the end thee were people trying to jump in and tempers were getting flared. thanks to the lady member of staff who tryed to explain to everone what was happening and somehow keep a lid on the problem

I was very worried as my card i had used to book on line was no longer valid due to fraud.I thought I would have problems and delays either way due to this .But I had no need to worry.We took a card on entry and gave it the the very nice gent in the blue box when we returned and picked the car up. He dealt with us very quickly and was very pleasant at 7 30 am. the bus service was very good and we did not have to wait more than 2 mins either way. I'll recommend the pink elephant car parking to anyone thanksfor making our holiday start and finish on a very good note

The outward-bound parking and transfer to the terminal at Stansted was absolutely fine. The arrival instructions and directions were clear and good. We parked easily and the coach came within 5 minutes. However, on our return it was most unsatisfactory. We went to the designated waiting zone outside the terminal building and had to wait almost 30 mins. for the coach. When we were finally boarded the coach we then stopped at another two pick up zones just 20 and 40metres away and the waiting passengers at these two additional stops were quite literally packed onto the coach like 'sardines in a tin'. After a most uncomfortable road journey the coach then proceeded to make a complete circuit of the car park calling at every zone (unfortunately ours was the last one!). All in all, from the time of leaving the terminal to exiting the car park was in excess of 1 hour. Not good!

Would definately use this facility again-a lot less hassle,our car was fine & we got home in half the time on arrival back to the UK,no waiting around for coach timetables a bus was outside the airport straight away to transfer us back to the car park.
