Perfectly adequate car parking service. Easy to find car park. No excessive waiting. Only problem was that we couldn't get out of the car park because the ticket tried to charge us again even though we had prepaid. This was resolved very quickly and pleasantly by the readily available staff.

Every thing went very smoothley, there was a bus waiting when we arived at the car park and another when we arived back in Enland. We usually travel from East Midlands and it is about £38 so the extra petrol cost and extra car park charge made the whole thing dearer.

No complaints really - well signed and no stress. Transfer bus arrived almost as soon as I was at the bus stop and similarly on the way back from the airport. My only niggle (and this applies to all airport car parks) is that I would like to see some toilet facilities, especially for those of us who have driven a long way to get to the car park!

The route taken from the car park to the airport took less than five minutes and we did not have to wait for the bus - it was already at the bus stop. The route taken from the airport back to the car park took 20 minutes and then we had to go round the park until we reached the section we had parked in. I only wonder why there is such a discrepancy between the two journeys - everything else was excellent and we did not need to speak to any of the staff except the bus drivers who were helpful and courteous. I would recommend the overall service which is really excellent!

Previously we just went to the Pink Elephant parking. Now it is split into different sections it takes an absolute age (1hour last visit) to get a bus to your car. Whilst I realise that the problem comes from the increased use of Stansted something needs to be sorted or it will be quicker to park off site. Also you need to revisit the numbering of the parking plots - more signs and more numbers - the rows are too long and need to be split into sections.

i found pink elephant a lot easier, more relaxing on arrival, as everything is done when booking, so less stress for the traveller, also the tranfer to and from the airport was prompt and the drivers are polite and helpfull, we will certainly be using them again

A bus pulled up, but was only dropping off. The second bus did not stop and by the time the third bus arrived to take us to the airport there were lots of people waiting at this and a lot of these people did not get on and had to wait for the next bus.

Thia was the first time that we had used Pink Elephant and we were quite surprised how easy it was to park our car there. the bus was waiting and in 15 mimutes we were inside the terminal building.The return journey took a little longer obviously as we waited for the bus to fill up but again the customer service was excellent.We will certainly be using this servcice on our next flight.

I arrived at Stansted, no baggage to collect. If the transfer had arrived within the stated time I could have been home my 8pm. I had to wait for three busloads of people for the Blue Bus before I even started on the journey for my car. Took almost as long as my flight!!. No sorry's nothing. They may be the cheapest, but it still costs a small fortune, you would think they could buy a few more buses!!

In order to leave the car park the system of inserting the parking ticket would not work. In order to leave the car park I had to insert my credit card as well as the parking ticket thus incurring another charge of £24.38. None of the blue booths was manned. Not a good impression of Pink Elephant

Cons- With the extra security at airport now, the journey time is very extended, as such to wait for a bus in the early hours of the morning makes the justification of arranging a car pickup more agreeable even if it is more costly. The bus only seemed to leave when it was impossible to get any more people on, so waited approx 20mins allowing people on. This was after we had spent 1hr getting through customs after the flight had been delayed by 1hr. Hence any delay at this stage feels like insult to injury,

Booking with Pink Elephant was very straight-forward. We were provided with very clear instructions including directions to the long term car park, entry & exit procedures etc. The whole experience was problem-free. Once we entered the car park and parked in the zone indicated on our entry ticket, we only had a few minutes to wait before the bus whisked us to the terminal. On our return, the wait was a bit longer (still under 10 minutes) and we were worried that the queue, which seemed very long, would not all get on the first bus. Our doubts, however, were unfounded! We were soon back at the car-park and after a swift exit procedure (just handed in our original entry ticket) were on our way home. We would not hesitate to use Pink Elephant again.

The transit bus service from the terminal is very poor, in the last 2 week I have used the service x 2 and waited bewteen 15 and 40mins. The queues being particularly bad in the evening. Clearly flights do not just land unannounced and one would actually support those objecting an extensio of Stansted, transportation seems bearly able to manage the numbers it currently has!

Overall the service was very good and very easy. There was a bus waiting on both the outbound and inbound journey. The only bad point was that the spaces seemed to be smaller than usual and there were very limited spaces in the zone we had to use. However I would use Pinkelephant again

The driver announcing the stops as we approached them made it very straight forward and took the stress of "where are now" out of what is a large area. Also the space on the ticket to write details of where I had parked is a good idea. I would recomend this car park.

I have used the car park several times for both business and pleasure travel and the service has been consistantly good.I am usually in good time for check in so have no experience of what happens if you are late and need to dump the car and get emergency transfer service to the terminal, if such a service exists.

We arrived at the car park very early in the morning expecting a bit of a delay with the transfer bus because of the hour, but to our surprise within a couple of minutes of arriving at the car park, we found a parking space, got to the bus stop and then boarded the bus. All very hassle free. On getting back to Stansted, and out of the airport a bus had already arrived at the stop. We have used Pink Elephant before, and will continue to use them.

It is a very convenient service. It would be helpful to give a clearere indication of the time it can take to transfer.. eg If you just miss a bus then you must wait a further 10 minutes which adds ten minutes to the estimated transfer time. Booking in advance speeds up the service and provides better value for money.

When we parked the car, we had to wait for about 25mins before a bus came..and then to see it fill up with no space for us..We had our 22month old toddler travelling with us, who found it very hard to stand still and wait...would like to see more regular buses,
