When I arrived at the carpark I had to go to the office to find out that all I would have had to do is to insert my credit card into the entrance barrier. It would have been nice to get exact clear instructions as to what to do before. I could also not read what was pronted on the ticket , so sis not know whether MY booking was recognised, (no ref number, no hit that I had booked my place on the ticket.....

The instruction recommended parking 45 minutes before you need to be at the terminal. I arrived there as recommended, the entrance would not accept my debit card even though I had booked using it so this took longer than it should have. Then I parked my car and joined a queue of at least 30 people so I assumed that the bus must be due any time. I then waited for 22 minutes for the bus. By the time it arrive the queue had snaked across the car park. Only a small number of people in the queue behind me managed to get on the bus, the rest had to wait for the next one. When we drove out the car park there were road works and it was friday rush hour so there was quite a hold up there too. I would say that it took practically an hour from the time I arrived at the car park to the terminal and if I had not caught that bus and had to wait for the next I would not have made my check-in. I felt very stressed and think that it is safe to say that I will not be using this facility again. I would rather pay the extra and get a taxi.

We were delayed by nearly half hour going back to the car park as the driver of the courtesy bus seemed to go all around the houses and then was stuck in a traffic jam. Do they not have radio contact with other drivers so that he could have been warned to take a different route

The promptness of the service from the alert pnone calls was excellent as was the prompt reply to the phone call. I have rated facilites and transfers because survey insisted but I didn't experinece these services there needs to be a k/a option. Thanks Kim

All travellers seem to get directed to the same zone on arrival. This means that the bus stop serving that zone can get very busy. We had to let several buses depart before we could board one. Please note the bad score for Customer Service is due to the fact that there were no Customer Service staff at the car park. The only human being (apart from fellow passengers) was the bus driver.

We waited 35 minutes for a bus on our return from our weekend away. A representative turned up just before the bus, but gave no reason for the delay when asked. The queue was extremely long and people were upset. The time we started queueing was 9.55am the bus arrived at 10.30

We parked under a light to make it easier to find the car on our return. However the pigeons obviously use the light masts as roosts so the car was covered in pigeon droppings. What about installing some wire around the masts to prevent the pigeons from roosting. Apart from that no bad comments. Thanks

I have never used Pink Elephant and I did complain at the time about the cost as it was nearly twice the amount I usually pay at Bham, and Heathrow, but your system is run far more efficiently than any other one I have used. I would highly recommend it, in fact one of our party booked into the Hilton as he did not want to leave his car keys at the site, and I was informed that you do take keys off the customer like the other car parks, however, when I told our friends you don't hand in your keys, and how efficient it was he said he would most certainly use the car park in the future.

The transfer back to the carpark seems to take longer than the journey to the airport. Other than not being quite sure where the bus would pick up everything went well. The staff were very helpful even after me taking a ticket from the machine when I didn't need to as I'd prebooked! Would use again.

We had problems with our credit card on entry but this was dealt with efficiently on entry and departure by the staff. Some bus stops are numbered as well as "lettered" and some are not. It is easy to become disoriented when you come back and and therefore suggest rows within zones could be numbered (as in some shopping centre car parks) so it is far easier to locate the vehicle when getting off the bus, eg Row 5, Zone P. These signs should be on posts for ease of viewing.

Easy to book online - reasonable cost when booked online working out at just under £7 a day. Transfer to and from the terminal reasonably quick - much better than Heathrow or Gatwick. Plenty of space on the transfer bus. Only downside - no printed receipt other than the webpage I used to do the booking which makes assembling an expenses claim (it was a business trip) more difficult.

We pre-booked our tickets on line before the day.We went to put in our credit card and the machine said error. We pressed the button for help and someone answered. They said they would reset it and told us to try again. We did, and the same thing happened. We waited, but no one spoke, so we called again and someone else answered who appeared to know nothing about us. We explained that the machine said error and he reset it. We sat there, and sat there, and tried agin. Still no voice. We called a third time, all the while sat in the car in the pouring rain. When the guy answered, he said "are you the person I just spoke to..." we said yes, would you like us to try a new gate, he huffed a bit before saying yes. We tried a new gate, and it worked first time. Why did he not say that in the first place instead of leaving us there for 10 mins! It seemed a bit rude and not a lot of customer service!

Having to be at the airport very early, the simple online service for booking in and getting to from the terminal was great. After a long travel it was great to jump out of the airport straight onto a bus and then 10 mins later hop into the car and put the prebooked ticket in the exit barrier and home. Couldn't be an simpler or hassle free than that !!!

I would definitely use this service again as it was fairly good value for money, and other than the wait in the cold and rain on the return leg, I would have given in 10 out of 10. The bus drivers were very helpful, ensuring everyone got back to the correct car park 'zone'. On the whole, a very pleasant experience, and better than train or cab. Thanks!

Very simple booking instructions online,map easy to follow,parking near to pick up point,zone ticket issued on entry, frequent bus transfers and driver gives clear instructions for when you are nearing your zone point, easy to follow instructions for exit procedure. If I can manage it anyone can! Toilet facilities would have been appreciated near parking zone after a long drive to the car park but I will know another time. I will certainly use this carpark facility again.

Arrived at car park on 21st Sept. The queue for bus was far too long as was the wait for most people. On return (29th Sept) found the lighting and signage totally inapropriate.Made a note of the number where car parked,however, bus dropped us off in middle of car park. No signs to be seen anywhere. Having number signs at each end of car park is totally useless especially as the lighting was so poor too. Improving the lighting and putting up numbered signs in the centre of the car park would have all those poor people we witnessed walking up and down trying to find their vehicles!With the revenue generated this is the least that could be done. Look forward to hearing your comments.

I found the car park very easy to find and access. The zone and row numbers where easy to see and directions to the bus stops easy to find. On return it was easy to find the correct bus stop and the driver told us what zones etc we were approaching which made it very easy. Overall a great service - thank you

The bus to and from the aiport arrived quickly, however, it was packed with people and no space for my suitcase on the luggage rack both ways. Travelling with a 4-year-old, it was not easy standing in a crowded bus, holding on to my suitcase and my child.

Entry, parking and exit were excellent. There were no indications if a car starting service was available which would be useful should the battery on the car be flat on return. Could not comment on staff as system worked without need to contact anyone.

As previously easy to use. Slight dealay in waiting for return bus back to carpark from airport terminal. On exiting car park went to manned booth and discussion about time of entering car park on arrival and if excess to be paid. Arrived 10 mins ahead of booked in time. He said exit time on screen said midnight but not correct. Not asked to pay an excess but I was concerned if I had gone to automatic exit would would have happened
