Easy to book on line. Once you have used the carpark it all becomes clear, but was a little confused on what was our first visit. On your return, you go to the same colour bus stop outside the terminal as your ticket. This information is not given when you book on line. Exit information could be clearer too.

The car park was easy to find. Even though all the spaces seemed to be taken a member of staff soon appeared and found us a place to park. The transfer coach arrived immediately. On the return journey although there was a large number of people waiting the coaches turned up one after the other so the long queue soon reduced. Very good service - no hesitation in using Pink Elephant Long Stay car park again.

Something was definitely amiss on this occasion. Getting into a full carpark was difficult getting out of a full car park was even worse as more and more vehicles came down the main road. It took 5 buses to clear the long queue which took a while to appear

Arriving earlier than planned I parked up before the barrier and went into reception and showed the person my booking form and asked if it was okay to go in before time. Very polite and helpful response saying that she wasn;t sure but it might be best if I waited in the carpark until nearer the time or I may be charged more on my return. Nice to speak to a person instead of a 'box' and also nice that someone was bothered. I will certainly use your service again.

Pink Elephant was easy to find and negociate our way to the designated parking area. Despite arriving at 2am a bus was waiting to take us to the airport. Same efficiency on the return journey. Drivers friendly and helpful. I would use Pink Elephant again.

Lighting is good and signs are easy to follow; I didn't have to wait for a bus when I parked but the wait at the airport was quite long on my return at around 22.30; although instructions say don't take a ticket, check in with your credit card, you do get a ticket after that (which I forgot and mislaid), put it somewhere more sensible than I did!

When we returned we found it hard to find our car in section L, we got off the bus and walked towards M thinking it was that way - on the shelter it says L and M. We forgot that we had to cross the road. It was dark when we arrived and so we didn't get our bearings very well. SUGGEST CLEARER SIGNS. When we were lost a passing bus driver did pick us up and point us in the right direction.

All in all the facilities were entirely fit for purpose. Service was efficient throughout and the general security arrangements on site seemed fully adequate. It was certainly the best value-for-money amongst the car parks at Stansted that we found and we would use the service again.

We found the coach driver to be particularly helpful especially on our return at 3am! The security was magnificent as (by accident) I left my car unlocked for the entire week and it was in one piece on my return! We will use the service again and recommend it to others.

This is very easy to find, and everything was well signed, so that you could find your way around very easy, we were in Z zone and had no problem finding it when we arrived , and when we came back we just went to the buses collection point and a bus was there in miniutes, over all a very good carpark.

Our flight from Turkey was delayed because of storms, the delay (5hrs) still resulted in us returning the same day but a further days parking charge was levied! The pasenger car door was damaged by some idiot who parked next to me. Why can't people respect others property?

Only slight problem was in leaving - one sign said 'cards' & one 'cash/pre-booking'. There was one kiosk attended & 2 not, & cash customers could only go to the attended one, but most of them didn't realise that & so mayhem ensued!. Suggest clearer notices!

On arrival machine would not accept my credit card and the bloke at the next barrier was having the same problem. Took ages for anyone to answer the help buzzer.We had to take a ticket to get back out on our return. Fortunately I had all my paperwork proving the booking so we were allowed through. I have pre booked at other airports and not had this hassle

I boooked online knowing that airport car parking is not cheap and that flights are often delayed and worrying about whether I would be charged more if late, or whether this was the right way to go about it. What I found were helpful and courteous people who helped me find a place, to transfer quickly and to pay without any further charge. I got a deal and was relieved to find the experience a positive one! I will do this again! Thanks, Pink Elephant.

My Visa card didn't work in the machine when I arrived whicvh meant I had to get a ticket and find a payment kiosk with a person in it when I left. This was not obvious and there was nowhere safe to park to look for the elusive attendant. Not happy about this aspect of the parking experience at all. At Gatwick there is a parking area to pull in and an office to sort out any problems.

Was disappointed with transfers. The buses were completely full and not picking up passengers. Ques were extremely long on departure. Price reasonable and it's conveniently located, however transfer times mean's it's longer than checking in. Needs attention.

Everything ran very smoothly. Signage was good and the instructions before getting there and at the car park were very clear. Got on a bus straight away in both directions. My only comment is I don't think the fact the car parks are also colour coded is not very clear - luckily the nice transfer bus driver helped me out with that dilemma!

It took around 10 minutes from arrival at the car park entrance to get the ticket, follow the signs to the relevant zone, park the car and board the bus. A further 15 minutes or so and we were in the departure area at Stansted. All very smooth and painless. A similar story when we returned, so full marks to Pink Elephant.

It was great, after the long drive to just park up, walk to bus stop, strainght on a bus to the airport terminal. Very good service all round, we will and have always used Stansted Pink Elephant very good value and peice of mind for your money while away. No waiting on return either, bus there ready to jump on and take you back to your car.
