Elderly people (75 years old ) having to stand on bus - should have several seats for elderly.

We use this service fairly regularly and each time are appalled at the long waiting times, particularly on the return journey, for transport from outside the terminal to the car park. 10 years+ ago the waiting times were reasonable about 10 minutes but the last few years the wait has rarely been less than about 20 minutes and on one occasion was 45 minutes when there were too many people and not enough buses. On cold early morning or winter days it really spoils the trip. This is disgraceful especially considering the exorbitant prices.

Unfortunately due to circumstances outside our control we missed our outward flight and wondering how to extract our car and re-park the following day we sought advice from one of the car park staff who was extremely helpful, so he helped defuse a somewhat distressing experience.

It was absolutely fine and I would book with them again. The car park was further away than I had thought, and this wasn't an issue other than when we returned we did have a wait for the bus, by which time there was a very long queue. Luckily we were towards the front so were able to get on the first bus - I wouldn't have wanted to wait a further 10-15mins for the next one.

Upon entering the car park, I didn't have to wait long for a bus to the terminal although it was a fair distance away (about 10 mins). The bus itself was clean and the staff were friendly. When returning to the UK it was straight onto the bus and I was on my way within 15 minutes. No frills parking at it's best!

We were a little nervous to use the long term car park as opposed to the mid term as we thought the transfer was going to take a lot longer, maybe we were lucky, but we were very nicely surprised to get very fast and easy transfers. The car park being closer to the M11, it made our getting there and back home quite fast too. We have now decided to use Pink Elephant again, lets hope we are not dissapointed.

I/we use this service many times a year. It is good value for trips up to 3-4 weeks, after that taxi's are better value for us. The only down side is the return trip to the car park...buses are always overcrowded and not that frequent...yet you often see buses parked up in groups as you are delivered back to your cars...very frustrating!!!

All very well signposted, didn't even have to wait for buses which was blessing at 4:30am, freezing cold, with two under fives, buggy & car seats! Only slight prob was no trolleys to get all our equipment from car to bus but we survived. Thanks very much.

I felt safe leaving my car there and it was great value for money - and easy to find! The bus for the transfer to the terminal arrived after only a few minutes wait and it was only a short trip to the terminal. On my return, the return bus was well sign posted and it was easy to find my car. I would definitely use the service again.

I would recommend this site to everyone and I will be using Pink Elephant again, The location was great and so easy to find, I traveled down from Somerset and did not need the sat Nav once which I use to guide me everywhere, The site is very secure,What I was most impressed with, is the bus takes you around the site when you return from your journey and leaves you directly where your car is parked. Thank you.

Only thing we found was that the Pink Elephant name was not prominently displayed at the entrance. Not being familiar with Stansted we didn't know whether there were other long stay car parks operated by other companies. A prominent sign would make things even better!

Customer Service: On arrival at the terminal I asked the driver where to catch the transfer back; he said the "Blue" bus, but I actually needed the "Red". Facilities: Didn't notice any CCTV cameras - only security visible was the entrance/exit barriers. Transfers: A notice in the bus explained how to correctly exit the car park; for those that pre-paid, a simple reference to inserting your ticket to exit would have made the notice perfect (unless, of course, you could still have used the credit card (without paying again) to exit. All these points (except for security) are very minor points, but would otherwise only enhance the experience.

This was a safer and simpler way of safely parking your car and not having to worry about getting to the right place in the airport. They drop you outside departures and then collect you from arrivals. Very affordable and convenient to use. Would definitely use again. A very satisfied customer.

You provide an excellent and good value service. However following my recent experience when returning to my car I think that a free-dial telephone link to the Reception Building which could be located at each bus stop would be a good idea. When we returned to my car at 11.30pm I discovered that I had a flat battery and had difficulty in contacting the RAC, with whom I have cover, because I had no charge left on my mobile phone (and could use the in-car charger as the battery was flat) and could not find the contact number for the RAC. Another motorist in the car park assited me in contacting the RAC, but if I could have contacted the Reception via a phone link I would have felt less vulnerable. I was parked a long way from the Recption Building and my elderly mother was with me in the car. It was very late at night and we were getting colder by the minute; if I could have contacted the reception perhaps some-one might have been able to collect my mother and take her to the Reception building where she would have been warmer and more comfortable whilst I waited for the break-down truck to arrive. It took just over one hour for the truck to arrive by which time we had been sitting in our car for nearly one and half hours at the dead of night; we were very cold!

The car park was easy to find as it was well sign posted. Transfer to the airport was fine but on our return we were left waiting approx 20 minutes in a very long queue, on a very cold evening, before a bus turned up. Apart fom this everything else was fine.

The only problem we had was the entry machine would'nt take my credit card to let us in..........but a very helpful chap advised us to take a ticket relax and catch the plane.......on our return the transfer bus was waiting to take us straight to our car, our paperwork was sorted quickly and we were away.........thankyou

This is the second time we have used pink elephant. I wasn't keen last time, but booked a second time just to be sure. We waited at the bus stop for 30 minutes for a bus to take us to the terminal, and on our return journey were so squashed in the bus it was uncomfortable. We travel with 2 young children and this is not easy when you have to stand with your suitcases, squashed against the bus doors! It was not a good experience. I'm sure judging by the amount of money that is charged the service can be improved!

Friendly and helpful staff. We had travelled 350 miles to use Stanstead Airport for the first time. The parking to boarding experience was excellent. Our return flight was 10.00pm, we had reclaimed baggage and were on our homeward journey by 11.00pm. Excellent service all round.

Everything went like clockwork. Directions to the airport were good, there was a bus waiting when we arrived and when we landed, so there was no delays. It cost about half the price of when we flew to Cork a few months ago when we paid on the day. Good online site. All in all couldn't recommend it more!

This is an accident waiting to happen. People herded in like cattle, standing with children surrounded by heavy suitcases. No organisation just a free for all. Would never use them again. Will pay extra to have a seat in a bus and not have to wait in the cold. If you are thinking of booking - DON'T!
