Very straight forward - everything went according to plan. Only waited a few minutes for our coach at departure end and on arriving back from holiday a coach was waiting there for us, albeit probably just by chance. I would use them again.

Even when one of our party left his case on the bus when we were returning from holiday it was soon located and returned swiftly I will definitely recommend and use you again thankyou

It was the first time i ussed Pink Elephant and was very impressed with the service. The instructions were very easy to follow. Overall it represents great value for money and I would definitely use the service again.

The drop off went fairly well, but the pick up was a bit of a mess. The bus driver waited until every seat on the bus was full instead of leaving and having another bus come a few minutes later. The pick up time ended taking an extra 30 minutes. With young children, after a long flight, in the cold and dark, an extra 30 minutes seems like an eternity. Would have been better off having another bus come by and take trasport the later arriving passangers. However, when we arrived to our car, out battery was dead! The staff was very helpful and had AA out to our car in a matter of minutes.

All in all the service was swift and hassle free. My old concern/ minor niggle is the amount of people along with baggage that are boarded upon the bendy bus on the trip back to the terminal. With three suitcases and an infant the journey from the terminal back to the drop of zone was far from enjoyable purely due to so many people in a similar situation being boarded.

Overall a good experience with competitive rates. The section on the ticket where you write the row number and bus stop was invaluable as I would never have found the car again after 2 weeks away. I would use it again.

Overal service very good - especially the straightforward way you can enter and exit without having to waste time by 'checking-in'. Waiting for the transfer bus in the wind and rain wasn't very encouraging (December). Maybe covered bus stops would reduce this wet cold and wet experience.

the experience was all together very good the directions to the car park were very clear the bus for the transfer was very quick and when we came back apart from the wait at the airport for the bus back it was very good definately use it again

On the outward journey, we had a long wait for the transfer bus, and a huge queue built up so when the bus finally came, it was full up before we could get on, so we had to wait for the bus after. On our return, it was hard to locate our car as the orange lighting was very poor at showing car colours.

Very long wait for overcrowded transfer bus both outgoing and incoming then ticket did not operate the exit barrier so had to reverse out of lane and go to lane with manned booth where a long line formed behind me while I searched for booking reference!

The only real criticism I have is that the signs regarding payment are not that clear. I was not sure if by pre-booking and giving car details, I had already paid and thought I might be being charged twice, on initial booking form this should be more clearly stated.

Excellent value for money but make sure you make a note of your parking area when you park up as there is a colour coding system at the bus stop for the transfer back to car park.

Quick and easy on-line booking. Great value. The instructions and direction for parking were clear and easily followed. The coach to the terminal was quick and efficient. Entry and exit to the car parking area were simple and speedy.

Barrier system in/out excellent, easy to follow site signs. Prompt transfer coach at begining and end of our trip, have used PE before will pbobally will again, but watch thoes costs!

All went well. No problems finding or accessing the car park. Entry and exit system worked smoothly. No wait at all for the bus to Departures and only a short one on our return. Bus driver was excellent, helpful and had a sense of humour.

Their driver was a jobsworthy, the official at the car park was full of dumb insolence and a clever dick who refused/could not see the problems from a client's point of view...why don't they send an oap with 2 grandchildren who neither knows nor understands the intricacies...to review their system...unless you're lucky or have done it before, it's obscure to say the least and inconsiderate at best...e.g - from the yellow to blue zones (for returning) is 30 yards, or so, by the time the driver has changed his sign to yellow/blue, he's already past you...so you haven't seen the change...the rear doors, it seems, have a mind of their own and closed twice on people struggling to exit with luggage...an accident waiting to happen, the driver cannot hear shouts of stop from the back...customers not putting luggage in racking...2 x cases fell over onto me...it's an absolute shambles...almost as if the unions are running it...are they??? Quite honestly, the next time I'll sort something else out...oh, and by the way, the map you give doesn't correspond with the street names that exist...I'd be ashamed if it were my company...can't see you posting this one up...can you???

Despite forgetting to bring same card used to make booking, friendly staff were able to organise exit with minimal delay.

What you need is a LARGE PINK ELEPHANT THAT FLASHES an ARROW >>>> at 4am in the morning a little extra help is needed I pulled into the parking by the entrance not knowing that it was the correct entrance!Then I saw a small pink elephant not obvious in the frost and fog.

The car park is easy to find, and close to the terminal, and there was a queue of coaches waiting to take us to departures, but they don't leave until every inch is crammed. On the way back too, the coach showed up soon after we joined the queue, but it was very full. At least the transfer only takes a few minutes.

Received excellent assistance from gentleman in reception office when I initially had a problem inserting my card. Buses from airport terminal and car parks extremly regular, very little waiting time ever! Will be using service regularly now that I discovered them.
