I found the instructions on the website was easy to follow on how to recieve your ticket etc when you get there. The procedure was very quick and easy. Bus transfer were frequent as we did not have to wait more than 5 mins each way. I would recommend this parking to others.

Prompt and efficient service, drivers polite and informative. System worked well, did not see anybody else to talk too. Compared to more northern aiport parks a tad expensive but thats normally the case the nearer to London you get. Have already booked for a stay in April.

possible to supply user with ticket that you can write exact place car is parked as tend to forget on return from visit and difficult to spot in dark.

On leaving motorway all signs indicate long or short term parking but nothing to indicate Pink Elephant. Even when I pulled in to the site the only indication was that the barriers were pink.

When The queue at the pre-booked barriers was so long, and there was nobody at the other kiosks, why couldn't the staff direct waiting motorists to the other kiosk rather than just sit there?

fter another 10 minutes waiting the Red bus pulled away and stopped at the Blue queue stop confusing everybody waiting by saying that he was now going to Blue Section we eventually got to the car after 45 minutes, it normally takes about 20mins by Taxi. I would be reluctant to use Pink Elephant parking again at Stanstead it seems to be managed by people who could not run a jellied eel stall. The signage is extremely poor outside the airport and amateurish, rubbish abounds the parking areas, no pride in the area whatsoever, confusing "no entry" signs across half the roadway at roundabouts what a shambles of an organisation you are!

Easy access, convinient quick payment system online. The ticket you receive on the car has got little spaces on it to jot down your car location - helps greatly for finding your after a long holiday. Good value for money.

- Arriving in Pink Elephant car park, write down the number of the car park on the back of your ticket BEFORE getting on the shuttle bus to the terminal. - Have the ticket at hand on your return to Pink Elephant BEFORE getting on the bus to know where to leave the bus and help you find your car.

An excellent service, very helpful driver but beware of potential carpark thieves, as there were inoperative lights in carpark and evidence of broken window glass on floor next to my car

It was very straight-forward to find the car park and to follow the instructions for pre-booking the car park. There were regular buses to and from the airport.

I found the site easy to use, the booking process simple, the car park easy to find, easy to find a space, good transport to terminal and back again, easy to exit. Very pleased

good clean parking area, on my return my car broke down and although I did not require asssistance from your staff as I has road side assistance. There was a mamber of staff sent out to check that all was well. This I appreciated.

our bag was stolen in spain with car park ticket in, but showed lady on gate print out of booking she matched it on computer and it was no problem we were let out straight away

This is the first time I used this car parking facility, and was apprehensive at first. But the simple booking process, and regular buses to the terminal made this a hassle free experience

I paid by debit card and so had to queue up at the kiosk to exit. The man in front of us had lost his paperwork and with only one manned kiosk it took ages to get out. Otherwise it all worked fine.

very good though credit card did not work on arrival at boom gate even though it was correct card for the booking, yet the staff were very friendly and worked the problem out quickly and efficiently. Good stuff PINK ELEPHANT, YOU ROCK!!!!

The service has been perfect as far as our needs are concerned -- ie. we never waited for a bus at the airport to take us to the parking area. People have been pleasant.

we found everything ran very smoothly. we had no problem finding the car park and had prompt transfers both ways, just what you need after a long haul flight.

Car park seemed quite far away from airport, but our transfer to and from the car park was fine as there was a bus waiting both times, so no hanging around for a bus!
