My flight was delayed on my return journey. There seemed to be a huge backlog of passengers at the terminal waiting for transfer - and very few buses (we waited longer than 10 minutes) The outside temperature was freezing. I was travelling alone and felt very vunerable in the dimly lit car park whilst having to scrape the ice from my windows.

I would like to use this service again but do have my reservations due to the waiting time on return... it seems most people were fed up with waiting when the bus arrived

It was the first time I had flown from Stansted and was nervous about finding the car parks. But I needn't have worried everything was very well signed and straight forward.

Overall, a very good service, which was spoiled by the long wait for the return to carpark bus. This was very overcrowded, to the extent that we could not reach a bell to request our stop and had to use the next one.

I was admitted to hospital via AE at 5am on the morning I was due to fly from Stansted, as a result I was unable to cancel my booking nior make my flight. Upon discharge from hospital for convalescence I tried to raise the matter and was informed in no uncertain manner that the car park space had been allocated for me and thus all charges were incurred and valid - even though it was vey clear that I had not arrived on the alloted day nor on any subsequent day. I had expected a cancellation fee of some sort but not the insensitive and unwarranted response I got. BEWARE - do not be taken ill if you book at this car park! Vic Wiseman

my booking card didnt work, but customer service were very helpful and no extra charges needed to be paid and there was no hassle at the gate. very pleased with service and carpark

Given that I travelled in half term week and arrived back early evening - a peak time, I consider that a wait of over 20 minutes in the freezing cold for a bus back to my car to be unacceptable

I would never use another car park after using this service. The staff where so helpful and the service was 1st rate. I've used other car parks in the area and never had the service which we recieved with you. I would strongly recommend your car park to friends and family.

On return confusing trying to find right bus to get back to car park. The colour coding was confusing and when asking one of the drivers he was quite abrupt to several people.

We just missed a coach to the terminal, so had to wait almost 20 minutes for the next. It is safer to add in a wait of this time to any calculations of time required to get to departures.

On leaving the car park we had to give in a voucher. The lady at the manned car park kiosk was above and beyond helpful, polite and warm. THANK YOU!

Online booking was very easy. Directions to and from the carpark clear. Problems at the gates though with card reading facilities that were most frustrating. Pick-up to the airport was fast and efficient. Very long wait though on return for a pick-up bus to take us back to the carpark.

There was a long-ish wait at the terminal for a bus back to the car park. Building work at the terminal meant the use of a temporary bus-stop. Three mid-stay car-park buses came and went before the long-stay bus arrived, leading to some anxiety that we were waiting in the wrong place. An indicator- board showing the arrival time of the next bus would be useful, especially when waiting outside in the cold.

Found car park with little difficulty, could have been better signposted though. Car park was quite badly lit in places. No problems finding a bus, very short wait. No problems on return, friendly drivers and very helpful. Great value for money!

It is satisfying to know that with the pre booking facility there is no waiting around, you just get your entry ticket park up and get the bus to the terminal.On return it's on the bus where the drivers are so helpful when calling out the different areas, where if it was not for them there would be lots of holiday makers walking around totaly lost, then back to the car and off home. Thank you.

The car park itself is huge and a bit daunting the first time you use it as you don't think you'll find your way back...but you do. We weren't entirely sure what we were supposed to do but followed someone else who had parked near us and found our way to the bus stop to get our transfer to the airport. I think the instruction email which is sent out could include a bit more information about what you are meant to do in terms of the actual transfers to and from the airport. The website was down when I tried to book so I booked by telephone. Now that my bank statement is in I see I have been charged for my parking 3 times! I hope to get this refunded v quickly otherwise what I thought was good value for money is exceptionally expensive!!

We found getting to the car park very straight forward, and did not have to wait long for the bus to pick us up, the same applied to the return journey, we will use Pink Elephant again. Good value for money.

On arrival at the airport there are several places where one can board the transfer bus. I boarded one which was destined for all long stay areas, in the meantime another pink elephant bus arrived, collected and departed at a different stop.

Problem exiting the car park - the second time this has happened - put ticket into machine came up with a charge amount - had to re-queue to see attendant - had to show all the paperwork - eventually let throught - attendant says it is a computer error due to the fact that I booked with a broker and not direct with Pink Elephant - Can you please explain why this happens?

I accidentally got off at the short stay instead of long stay. I was on my own at midnight. The staff sent a coach which picked me up within 5 minutes and the driver ensured I got on the right coach. GREAT service!!
