Car parking was extremely easy to book, very easy to transfer to the terminal. All in all a very good experience. Excellent value for money meant we didn't have to book a taxi or arrange or someone to take us/pick us up.

The only problem I had was that my ebooking slip did not indicate which of my credit cards I had used to book and therefore which one I needed to get my ticket validated

There's no way that £55 to park a car for a week is good value. The buses were very crowded and it was a long wait back at the airport when we returned. Not impressed but had little choice.

The staff we dealt with on the evening of our return where very helpful and friendly. My wife was on crutches at the time and they showed great compassion and went above and beyond their job description to help us. Many Thanks.

Couldn't have been easier or more convenient to book. Not having to stop and register with an office on arrival or departure is a BIG plus when you are running late (as I was).

i was pleased with the overal parking.. but think it should be made clear wear you get picked up from when you arrive back to the stanstard as we had no idea wear to get picked up from and couldnt find any info on the paper work.. Nikki

It was a simple procedure from booking online, to arriving at the airport and getting on the bus for the terminal. The whole process took less then 30 mins.

I was really put off by only one bus serving all parking areas.The journey time took 20 minutes from the terminal.This is not acceptable and more buses are neede even at 9pm!

I was very pleased with the intire service i recieved on my outward & return journey. Both times i saw someone patrolling the car park and the layout and signage used was veray clear

1)waiting for a bus at 5.30am on a freezing morning without the availability of heated bus stops could be improved 2)upon return to car (found battery flat)called breakdown assistance (came within 45mins) during this time saw no car park patrols (if didnt have breakdown cover would have been stranded!

In all this carpark is very good - very easy to find when you leave the A11. I paid in advance so all i had to do was insert my debit card and i was in - very easy. The bus driver was very good and very funny - had the bus giggling at half seven in the morning! Will use again.

We had not made a note of which part of the car park we were in so unfortunayley got off at the wrong stop in very cold (frozen) weather with a 4 year old child at 1 am. This was frustrating, we take responsibility for not making a note of where we were parked (we were excited at the prospect of arriving at the airport to go on holiday) but I feel a more user friendly system (printed on the ticket) would have helped to have avoided what was quite distressing.

Might be useful to have some toilets at each zone as it is a long way from Somerset to Stansted without a pee. Only really negative thing, we were in Zone K and drove all the way past the exit, might be better signposting on a cold and frosty morning

Be wary what time you say you will return to pick up your car- my flight was delayed and I was an hour late back to car park (also due to the fact that the transfer coach took 20 minutes to arrive) and it cost me a further £8.60 on top of what I had already paid.

It should have been a good experience not having to worry about payment at the carpark but I was charged twice, once by you and once by the carpark as you hadn't informed them that I had paid. I then had to ring the carpark the following day, give them my booking reference to ask them to credit my account with the money taken out the day before.

We didn't have to wait for a bus either way and the transfer was quick and drops you off right outside the airport doors. The directions that we were given from the website weren't really clear, a map would be better. There was only one tiny sign saying 'Pink Elephant parking' so we weren't sure if we were even at the right place to begin with.

On entering the car park, the machine did not like my credit card which I had used to pre-book. We were told to take a ticket and the attendant would help us on the way out. He was subsequently very unhelpful, unnecessarily, and extremely GRUMPY!

Tranfer back from terminal to car park was extremely bad. Forced to wait about 45 minutes in sub-zero temperatures with young children. Numerous buses drove by for other parking zones without stopping. Complaint was raised to driver who seemed uninterested and stated 'its not down to me complain to BAA'. Less than satisfactory service.

Not sure it was made really clear to me this time that I needed the credit card I paid with on-line for the barrier - I knew from before. I would recommend Simplyparking and Pink Elephant. Bus transfers very regular.
