As mentioned above, we were lucky enough to have a bus waiting for us when we left and when we got back. To add to our fortune, the bus stopped in our zone first, which was a welcome stroke of luck especially after having to queue at passport control for over 30 mins!

WE had some difficulty negotiating our weay to the Car Prk from the M11. We found that the second exit from the M11 would have been the best approach rather than the exit for the Airport Terminal. In addition, it would be better if the Print Out of the Inernet Booking also showed the Type of Card (eg. Credit or Debit) was shiown thereon. This would have saved me troubling your customer services chaps to obtain this information. This is crucial for getting entry to the Car Par without being double charged if the wrong card in inserted in the Machine at the entrance !

Cannot comment as no car park staff were visible except the competent bus drivers. The whole experience was effortless and, subject to price, we would always use them, via yourselves

On my arrival to the car park (late i might add) I paniced thinking i would not have enough time for my flight and in my rush to get the luggage out of the car i dropped my car key into my boot .The bus driver came to my aid and asked if i had a clip inside my car to open the boot (of course i did not know),but he looked for me and there was one so i was able to retrieve my keys ,wish i had taken his name now all i know it was in Zone M he was so good i gave him a big kiss on the cheek ,,,We got our flight . On my returne i found that in my haste to get my flight coming in ,i did not shut the door of my car properly,the result was dead battery .again the assistance of another driver helped me on my way within ten mins of finding my battery flat .i would like to say the service was exellent and fantastic value for money .i would most definetly park with you again when flying from Stanstead . To every one of those drivers of the buses and the quick service of the AA man thankyou from the bottom of my heart you all made everything so easy and smooth running , Regards Mrs Digard

We found the long stay car park easy to find from the directions given. The directions inside the car park were clear. We had no problem entering or exiting the car park using a credit card to enter and the ticket to exit. The bus was efficient with clear information given by the driver. I would have no hesitation in booking this car park again. Much easier to drive than take the train.

as expected, bus back to car park does not do stops in alphabetica order, helps to point this out so people don't think that they've missed their stop or got on the wrong bus.

The buses were there waiting on both going and returning. Therefore the turn-round was very quick. It was easy to book and get my ticket. Will use it again.

I have used Elephant parking alot of times but this time I was doubly charged as I was charged again on leaving the car park besides the pre-booking charge. Currently awaiting reimbursing of extra charge.

Going was great, quick and easy, returning took ages as we seemed to be the last drop off. Plus, it was nearly 11pm and my 6 and 7 year olds were tired, but men in their 30's refused to give their seats up for us, ignoring the signs on the windows asking them to. My kids ended up kneeling on the floor!

Everything ran very smoothly. Finding a parking space was made very easy, the transfer to and from the airport was prompt and comfortable and it certainly was good value for money. One small thing would have been for the website to provide more detailed instructuons of how to find the car park since I got a bit lost on the way there. Otherwise fantastic.

I wish the driver went round stops in alphabetical order. I worry that I've missed my stop. seemed to BC MN RT - I was worried I'd missed F Not a big worry but could be better Cheers Jez

Having 'paid' online and read the instructions,it is always stressful when you insert the original credit card correctly and the barrier fails to go up. Could be difficulties in wet weather/late at night/single female. It should work correctly all the time and needs to be improved!

Service on bus was very efficient and friendly the driver was vey clear on the way back to the car what zone we were stopping at and would most definately use Pink Elephant again so much easier and hassle free

I had to wait a long time for a bus both ways - to and from the terminal. Surely you know which are the busiest times and could put more buses on to cover those. I would say that I had to wait 40 minutes both ways - not very good. I did not have any customer service, I saw no staff and so can't comment on that. I feel that the exit gates at STN are confusing - can one go through any? Are you supposed to go through the the gate of the company you booked with - no clear clue. Also not enough disabled spaces

Having come back from a great holiday, its nice to know your car will be waiting for you. However due to some not so careful drivers & passengers you may end up with a scrape or two. I arrived back to find a two inch scratch in one of my doors. The car park takes no responsibility and the other car is gone!

The journey from the airport to the long stay is not a good experience - people are unsure of which stop to go to - and there is an almighty scrum to get onto the bus - not good!!

Car park easy to find, drove straight to well signed section, bus stop close by. Two minute wait for bus and then delivered to front of terminal. Same experience on return. Easy to reach M11.

Upon our return to the UK it took us approximately 55 minutes to return from the termnial to the Car Park. There were insufficient coaches available and you representatives at the terminal were rude and unhelpful. When I booked the Car Parking I requested spaces for 2 cars and paid by credit card for both. When the second vehicle attempted to leave the car park his ticket was rejected. Your attendent opened the barrier manually having checked details I had on my person. Had I not waited for my collegue to clear the Car Park he would probably have had to pay again, surely you attendent could have checked his registration with your IT. The accumulative queues that formed were none too pleased at having to wait for us to clear. All in all it was an experience I wouldn't wish to repeat.

Friends booked meet and greet and were at least 20 mins ahead on the motorway. Our experience was great but at the end of a long day with children I think it would be worth the extra £20 for the meet & greet service.
