Unless i missed it no pink elephant sign on the round about, Car par set back, with sign on building therefore this fool went past it with out seeing it, as concentrating on road. It would be help full if a sign was errected stating Pink elephant left, either on round about or on aproach to the roundabout.Or if unable to do it, Fool you have passed it sign in the kerb after roundabout.

Can't comment on the staff - as I didn't see anyone 9not a problem). I thought - compared to other UK airports the parking was expensive - but there you go...

when waiting for return bus we waited for a-c bus. because not full driver picked up other letters too. a-c car parks then had to wait for all other passengers to be dropped off first to journey took loads longer.

When returning it is not clear if there is more than one bus stop serving an alphabetical area. It might be helpful if you could do something to help find the nearest stop to a given row in the alphabetical area. Maybe a map of stops with the booking confirmation. Or perhaps a ticket to take on holiday in the bus stop with the location printed on it. Even a big notice 'YOUR STOP IS ??? ON RETURN'

Regettably,on arrival the ticket machine could not locate my pre-paid booking and I had to press the green button to obtain a normal parking ticket. This meant that, on my return ,I had to call at the manned kiosk and show my pre-payment paperwork. This took a little time before I could exit .

Good service, the booking is simple, and quick to progress, however the only small gripe i had was with the transfer back to the car park on our arrival back to stanstead. The bus driver seemed intent on driving as slowly around the car park, in as un-alphabetical manner as possible, and it took about 30 mins from airport to car on the way back because of this. Otherwise the service was spot on.

Buses are clean,comfortable and spacious. Friends opted for door to door at the car park costing a lot more but where not home any quicker than we were by the time they located their pick up

I had a different credit card from when I booked. I still collected my luggage, went through customs, collected my car and was on the M11 within an hour.

All was fine going, but on my return the bus was there, but we had to wait at least 30 mins until the bus was packed solid. Then the driver went all the way round the carpark for the various zones,but for some reason he left zone L-M out, so me and other passengers for that zone was left wondering if we had missed our zone. Also the various exits were not mark clearly, leaving you unsure what exit you should be using. I wasn't the only one as the 2 cars in front of me had gone to the wrong kiosk and had to reverse out.

Very good experience with only 1 exception that we had a bit of difficulty finding the car in the dark on our return. We thought it might be easier if the rows and sections were split so not only were you on row 8 but section a/b/c/ or paint the lines on the car park different colours for each section, so it would be row 8 blue section. This is only a small thing but overall our experience was good.

Absoultely no problems... easy internet access and booking... helpful staff when my card wouldnt work in the machine (rubbish tired old thing!) and definately the cheapest site around for parking! Booked it last minute and plenty of spaces!

For 8 days parking cost seems high relative to other airports.Transfer buses good on timing but no assistance offerred to passengers to load luggage into racks or to make sure loading was safe.Had to stand throughout journey to the departure terminal.Only saw staff on exit when having to validate pre payment at the manned blue kiosk.

I was confused on entry and exit to the car park, I had already booked and paid online. On arrival I needed to put my card into the machine and get a ticket, then didn't know what lane I should be using to exit as pre paid lane wasn't operational. I was worried that I would be charged again.Otherwise, no problems

Everything went exactly to plan, we only waited a few minytes for the bus going out and the return bus was in and waiting, it left afater 10 mintes. All in all very good. I would use Pink Elephant again.

The faulty machines at the entrance meant that I wasn't sure where I should pay- the machine in the airport wasn't claer. There was an airport?/ parking? person on hand to ask. I would use them again

I found the parking facillities excellent and all of the transfers quick and effecient it would be great if the cost was reduced a little but still think very good.

Took us about 40 minutes to find the bus stop at Stanstand airport for the bus to take us back to the car park. NOBODY in the airport had a clue where it was!! And it wasn't signposted.

Not worth paying extra for the medium or short stay, unless you plan to arrive at the last minute, or late! Car Park easy to get to , and coaches very reliable, and get to and from the airport terminal with minimum fuss and delays. Highly recommended.

On the way to the airport first first coach from the car park was full so we had to wait a while for the next one. More coaches at busy times would be good.

Great service. Car park was just down the road from the terminal and transfer time was short. Booking online saved time, money and effort. I would definitely recommend this car park.
