No complaints, all went well, get parked and on a bus with no problem on arrival. Bit of a scrum to get back from the airport, but then it was a fairly busy time - 7.00pm As above, it might be useful to send a reminder email just before travel, or put it on the booking confirmation, of the credit/debit card used to make the booking - just the last 4 digits would be ok. I had to go through my statements (I have 4 cards to choose from) to ensure I had the right one with me and didn't have to faff around at the machine. Just an idea. Otherwise, great service, will be back. Thanks

You should design extra breaks in the rows of cars so that you can make a quick route to the bus stop/return to the car. At the moment you have to go to the end of the row to make your way to the main road and then back down to the stop.

The driver of the coach - when it finally arrived - left his PA switched on for the whole of the journey and so we were entertained with him telling various motorists getting in his way just exactly what he thought of them. The coach doors were very quick to close when we were disembarking and actually closed on us before we could collect our luggage and get off. This was made worse by the crowded coach because by the time it arrived there were too many passengers waiting and the coach was very crowded

The overall service offered by Pink Elephant was very good. It is very good value for money, easy to find at Stansted and it doesn't take long to find a car park space. As always there was a bus at the stop when I arrived to whisk me to the terminal. Coming back the queue was very long and I had to let one bus go. A few minutes later a smaller unmarked bus arrived and I managed to catch this. Maybe due to demand other buses had been drafted in. I arrived at my car quite relaxed and ready for the long drive home.

I normally use the mid term car park which has a better, faster service But obviosly it costs more I would use mid term for buisness and long for pleasure

Overall our experiance of the parking faciliteis was very good, however it was disappointing to wait so long for a pickup from the airport especially when two other went past our queue empty

Best airport parking I have found. Easy and quick. Less hassle than others, no leaving of keys and moving cars etc. Shame its at Stansted - which is always hassle for passengers!

A slightly better explanation, in advance, of exactly which bus to take back to the car park would help. References (whilst on the bus) to "blue" and "pink" parks concerned us. We knew which letter park we were in, and which row, but didn't know which colour. As it happened, it didn't seem to matter, and just confused us in the dark.But all worked smoothly, if a little uncomfortably on the bus, and we would certainly use you again now we "know the ropes".

I didn't see any security people nor high fencing surrounding the car park, it looked like any one could just walk in. As it is a very large car park, I wondered if my car would really be safe whilst I was away. There were large numbers of people arriving at my zone but only one coach arrived. People queued down the near side of the road in an orderly fashion. The coach driver got out and started shouting at people to get out of the road (the coach had plenty of room to pass by) and to go and queue in the adjacent zone by the bus stop. Clear signs or a marshall would have prevented this. As the flight schedules are prepared in advance it would be more sensible to send 2 or 3 coaches at one time for each flight rather than herding people like cattle onto crammed coaches. On the 5-10 minute trip to the airport passengers were then treated to a sarcastic running commentary by the controller talking loudly to the driver over the intercom system so that everyone could hear about various 'rogue' passengers behaviour in the car park (these people seemed to be lost)in a rude and demeaning manner, which was highly embaressing. This is appalling customer care!!

Apart from our nominated card not working in the machine on entry, staff informed us what to do and we parked easily, caught a bus straightaway and got to the airport very quickly. On return it was very simple to exit. Will use again.

The return to my car was a tortuous experience that resulted in leaving the airport 45 minutes after I boarded a very crowded bus full of grumpy passengers, driven by a very surly driver.

I forgot my zone number and had to walk cross country to find my car.. doh!! Audible zone identification as you enter the pick up bus would be helpful!!

Most zones were closed, so we were restricted to zone c, but parking was easy and quick and the bus arrived almost immediately. There were no staff on hand in case of any problems and the instructions on the ticket barrier on entry were difficult to read quickly, as there are cars queuing up behind you, so I almost ended up paying twice for a ticket I'd already purchased.

Generally a good service. It would always be nice to have more frequent transfers so that you're not waiting too long in the cold at night, but I realise there are limits to what can be offered - especially as for late flights sometimes I'm the only person on the bus! Thanks for a great service though.

reasonably easy to get to and from the airport, only 10 min transfer, but it was low peak wintertime. only downside is as mentioned in the 'cons'. would definitely use pink elephant again

it was difficult to remember where exactly to get off bus on way back, as it was dark at the time. Found letters confusing. happily we remembered that we got on bus at stop 12. otherwise we would have never found car again.

entry, parking, transfer, exit all smooth. only drawback is remembering where you left your car. it could do with repeater row and number signs along each row, i saw quite a few people wondering where their car was.

I was pleased with the quick turn around of coaches at the airport on our return, so that we could get to the car quickly.It ment we were not standing around in the cold & wet waiting, as we have done when we used to travel down by coach . Thankyou
