have forgotton keys in spain and there have been staff to get you back to a hotel for help!! terrible to remember car park - maybe you need to stop at an animal instead of a letter!!

We arrived late at night and it was difficult to find and even remember where our car was. The parking areas need btter lighting and signs and perhaps a reminder to write down the actual number of where the car is parked

generally a good parking experience. two minutes to book. easy access from motorway. regular coaches transferring to terminal. give yourself plenty of time though as parking is quite a way from terminal, and you might be unlucky with the coaches.

Great service, but instructions on paperwork were not clear upon departure. Paperwork said enter ticket and the barrier will open. We entered ticket but machine asked for credit card. Upon entering credit card we were charged again at the higher rate. We were not the only ones that this happened to and the attendant manning the kiosk said this happens "loads of times". However, we have had a refund for the duplicate but this is a problem you could do without upon returning from holiday. Pink Elephant should sort it out.

No problems on way out. On return, waited 55 minutes for bus transfer. Huge queue of people tried to get onto bus. Compliment to staff who managed the crowd and ensured people got on in order of waiting time!

transfer was prompt , all good . Only negative was that coming back on the lam bus we were jammed together like sardines, everyone tired and having to stand, balancing with cases all around, not good. surely another bus wouldnt have been too hard too allocate for this time.

The website was simple to use and I liked the fact that I did not need to print off a voucher or remember a code for my booking. I would use this company again

Coach driver found out where we had parked - we had forgotten - by calling up the security centre and finding out which sections had been open at the time when we arrived. He was very friendly and helpful.

my 'booking' evidently did not exist despite receiving e-mail confirmation because at the Stansted I was told on the intercom 'it's clearly not been down loaded - we have no record - this is quite normal call at the kiosk on the way back' BUT on the way back there was no way to GET to the kiosk before checking out which one had to do by paying! In any case the difference was only £6

A practical way to avoid public transport and have the convenience of your own car. Only downside was the waiting time for the coach at the airport - back from one's journey you just want to gethome quickly!!

Car park transport was very prompt. Staff very informative this time e.g. where to get help if car does not start. Staff had the whole bus laughing - very entertaining.

I would definitely recommend your car parking service. It helped our trip to start and finish very smoothly. The dozens of rabbits on view in the field just outside the car park entrance were an added bonus!

there is no alternative at Stansted and as a result it is not as easy as some other airport long term car parks. Can be a treck from parking space to bus shelter in the rain and there maybe could be a more frequent bus service to/from terminal. We waited 15mins in a queue for bus outside terminal with all of our ski gear and when the bus turned up everyone pushed to the doors and we were lucky to get on! - Overall reasonable parking for the money but has been better at other airports

We have used this facility several times and have always been disappointed with the transfer fron the terminal back to the car park for the long stay customers.

Very surly and grumpy driver on the return trip marred what would have been a very positive review. I will definitely use the service again however and in comparrison to the price of the train - great value for money!

The parking venue was easy to find and the details sent our clear and precise. There were lots of spaces to park in and the bus service was regular to the airport. I always park there when I am flying from Stanstead as pink elephant is really good value for money.

In general, my experience of the sevice was positive. My one gripe was the length of time I had to wait for a coach when I got back to Stansted on a normal Thursday evening - about 25 minutes - and the fact the coach was heaving with people ... very difficult if you have children and quite a bit of luggage. Apart from this, I'd use the said car-park again without any qualms.

Having prebooked it made everything very simple. We did not have to wait for a bus and there were suffiecent buses so that we were not crowded. On the way back, the driver used his initiative regarding which sections to go to by asking before hand which areas were to be covered.

We parked in Zone S which was printed in blue; on our return we saw a coach heading for the yellow and blue zones and got on. Soon realised that it wasn't heading for zone S. spoke to the driver then looked at the ticket which clearly said Red zone,but because of the blue S we hadn't looked at the ticket - stupid really but we didn't! The driver was great and took us anyway.

i live in the north and parking around manchester and liverpool airports is a lot cheaper, but a good service from yourself and pink elephant, thank you.
