Transfer time from car to airport was very quick and easy. Drop off right outside terminal building which was excellent. The return journey to the car park seemed to happen in reverse order. We passed our zone several times before actually stopping. It was all very frustrating.

Website bookings dead easy to use, and special offers attractive. Bus service to terminal quick and efficient. Confident that car park security is good.

generally good buses regular Good polite communications from our driver on return. One small thing, at the pick up stop at the airport too many taped off bits to get round when tired and just want ot get to car and away

The directions and instructions on entry were brilliant. Plenty of parking and the courtesy bus runs very frequently. Takes a little while to transfer but its worth parking away from the airport to avoid the traffic. Would definitely use this service again.

Although overall the parking was good and convienient the wait time for the bus on our return was quite lengthy,and i think there needs to be a proper queuing system when getting onto buses as people from back of queue ducked under the rails which is very infuriating whilst we had been waiting a fair while!! Did not see any car park staff??

Internet instuctions for arrival and departure seem to leave some people cold. Very large queue at manned gate. Could instruction be made bigger and maybe mumbered in stages?

Very quick and efficient service. We hadn't taken the credit card that we used to prepay and thought it would be a problem but no problem at all. Admittedly ,it was April so perhaps not so many passengers but we had none of the crowded bus and waiting problems mentioned in other reviews.Very good.

the instructions for arrival and departure were really clear. we didnt need to ask for help but i noticed there was someone we could have asked in the car park booth when we arrived at 2am.

Upon return from France I drove through the wrong barrier-the lady assistant was very helpful and patient and facilitated my speedy exit without being 'jobsworth' or insisting I reverse etc. Common sense and well done !

Flat battery on return from holiday ,my fault left small light on inside the car.,notified the local AA they came got my car running ,within 15minutes ,Free. Will use your car park agian THANK YOU.

My husband is a wheelchair user but we are never confident that coaches will easily take wheelchair so he has to wait at the terminal for me. Last trip the coach back to Yellow zone was small, with no ramp and no space for wheelchair so we were right! It would be much faster and more convenient for us if my husband could definitely get to and from the car park with me. Otherwise - good service and no complaints.

When I inserted my card the machine on arrival it swallowed it! Assistance was swift to retrieve it & the problem is due to machine's inability to read clear cards

I've used Pink Elephant for many many years, at Heathrow and Stanstead and always found them value for money, and the staff, at both locations always helpful and friendly.

Found all was good and everything was easy for us. Cannot comment on Customer Service as we were there 4am in the morning and did not have to refer to any car park staff

The price was reasonable, the car park was easy to find and quite close to the terminal, only about 10 minutes if that on the bus. The buses both ways were frequent. Not sure about the security only because we didn't actually see any staff patrolling the facility.

The bus driver knew about the closure of the M11 and offered good advice about to avoid the local queues. Also I had wonderful service from the car park staff as I had left my iPod on the bus on departure and they were extremely helpful in finding it, and holding it until my return a few days later. First class!

No problems on arrival. The first coach was full and the driver of the second coach said there was a shortage of drivers hence the delay in transfers.

I could have done with seeing some clear "Pink Elephant" signs from the point at which the Long Stay car parks were signposted, I was unsure whether I was heading for the correct car park until actually reaching the barrier.

The car park is extensive and I felt that I was leaving the car in a very secure position. Shuttles to the terminal run regularly and are hassle free. Provides good value for money. Only thing to improve it would be to valet the car on my return!!

Man in blue cabin v helpful when we went into extra day due to lost luggage. It was only by 10 mins or so and he bypassed the system saving us about £16.
