Found booking on line 1st class with no problems what so ever which is excellent when taking a holiday. will continue to book pink elephant parking and already have passed the information on to all our friends and family. It is a pleasure to park without any hassle.

The only criticism I have is that the bus that collected us at the terminal on arrival into Stanstead became very full (in fact we were all like Sardines)and as there were 5 of us in our party, hence 5 suitcases and 5 pieces of hand luggage, we were the first ones to get off the bus and had to ask everyone to move in order to get to the luggage department and then we felt we were holding everyone up as we tried to offload our luggage.

Everything about Pink Elephant happens so fast, from logging on the net and getting The right Price, and very good price if I may add! Arrival at Pink Elephant and clear directions to Parking boarding the bus to the Airport and return to pick up my car after my journey, was a good experience with Pink Elephant....Thank you Pink Elephant

Can't praise the onsite staff enough, they sorted out my initial entry to car park difficulties (wrong credit card) without any fuss and on our return from holiday, retrieved my dropped glasses from our transit bus and returned them to me within a matter of minutes. Excellent service, certainly to be reccomended.

We found it really easy, quick and affordable to use the Pink Elephant parking service. We had no problems, bus was quick to transfer and the car was still there in all it's glory when we staggered off the plane.

I feared to come back from my hols and encounter probs or delays to get my car, like waiting for the transfer or else. But everything was a delight. Do definitively will be using the service again.

Only one problem, the return transfer bus driver was put out by the fact I wanted to double check with him that he was going to the pink elephant car park. As I had 3 children and my sister with me I was reclutened to jump on the wrong bus. The driver was to offish and ignored me. A curb side steward quickly confirmed it was the correct bus and all other staff were brilliant.

Very efficient system, when you enter the card you booked with on arrival at gate, it prints your ticket and on departure just enter this ticket, very quick, no queues!

Other companies use number plate recognition so you do not have to produce the card you paid with to get in. However the signs up on the transport bus made it very clear what i had to do on leaving to avoid paying twice, and the man on the gate was very pleasant and friendly

It was very easy to book online,and the car park was easy to find off the M11 motorway. We found the experience stress free and have re-booked for our next trip in June. We had slight problem leaving car park on our return, but was assisted by a friendly, helpful member of staff. Well done.

Found the car park quick easily after I got the directions from the website. Gaining entry was easy and the car park in use was well signposted. The transfers were quick and frequent and it was great value for the four days that we parked. I will be using again.

Pink Elaphant Parking was easy to access from the Motorway and because we pre-booked the entry was quick and easy. There is regular transfer, and so close to the airport. Would definately use again.

Good car park, as i arrived very early in the morning there was a coach waiting me to transfer to the terminal, so didnt have to wait long. Overall a good experience

-getting there and getting home are the 2 parts of the holiday that can really spoil things, but with pink elephant, each side of the holiday is calm and controlled- and safe and MOST affordable.

Customer service prior to using car park was excellent - our query was answered quickly and politely. Parking is clearly signposted on arrival and easy to follow.

The parking was well signposted, the transfer was seamless and the price was outstanding. It greatly helped make my business trip less stressful. Thank you.

Great ! Worry free. Last time I used the facility my car had a flat tyre upon my return. The AA man who was patrolling very kindly helped :) Thank you for providing a great service :)

overall i would use the car park again. it may be a good idea to advise customers that where they park in relation to the bus stop is opposite when they return home. a simple mistake to miscalculate after a long trip when its dark and wet!!

Drivers the only interface. Both excellent particularly the late night return after midnightand we were the only people needing to get to our section but the driver dropped us first which was appreciated. Automated system worked well and although the flight was late back there was no penalty charge. Would use again.

Excellent carparking facilities at very reasonable price.Perhaps you could encourage people to book well in advance by reducing prices further as an incentive which would also benefit you for longterm capacity.
