Absolutely no problem from start to finish. The only little niggle was that there was quite a wait for the transfer bus from the terminal to the car park.

Quick and painless parking on arrival and retrieval on departure. Cheaper booked online with considerable savings. Friendly easy going but efficient staff.

On returning to the UK it was difficult to understand the signage to find the correct bus stop. Once at the stop it was unclear where to queque, the area is not protected at all from the weather by the ridiculessly high canopy, the area was packed with people smoking & stank like an old ash tray. The bus for our park took at least 20 mins to arrive & because the bus was too long for the stopping area the queque was is the wrong place & the scramble to get on was ludicrous. People struggled to get their bags into the racks which were not set to receive the large size suit cases people have. When we reached our park stop the bus doors closed before i had got all my luggage off & i could not open it easily from the inside & my wife was frantically trying to open it from the outside. Will i use this service again. NOT ON YOUR BLOODY LIFE! All this on top of an appallingly long period of time to get through the airport. From touch down to car was 2 hours!! What a load of rubbish!

Very easy to book on line. The Pink Elephant area was easy to find. It was the speediest transfer from car park to air terminal and especially getting back. I cannot praise the Pink Elephant enough!

On trying to leave the car-park, the ticket that I was issued with did not get imprinted with the correct details. It took 10-15 minutes to sort the problem out with the girl on the gate at 12.30 in the early morning. I ended up apologising to her for all the hassle; in fact it should have been up to her to offer an apology for our inconvenience. I'd be happy to receive some compensation. Roger Adamson

Booking online was easy as was the entry to the parking facility. Transfers to and from the airport building was good with not much time between buses. Overall very good price for the service.

I have recommended this facility to many of my friends who use Stansted - once you know that the transfer bus is not as regular as asserted it is a good service and great value for money - need I say more !

I will definitely use your service again. It is a practical and reasonably priced solution to travel between home and airport. I will try not to park under a tree again.

Finding space,security,price,payment process all good but waited long time for bus to terminal & first was too crowded to get on. If we were late arriving we could have missed flight, nothing we could do but wait. Similar situation on arriving back, bus overfull prob safety issue. Drivers brilliant.

It works because its clear and easy to book - well sign posted and,somehow, a bus waiting as you step out of your car at both ends of the journey. Thats a first. Well done. One thought you need to highlight that customers must bring the credit card used in the online booking with them to verify their booking at the gate.

My only criticism is about the bus from the airport. It was full and people were left standing so it may be that you should rethink your bus scheduling at peak times. No other problems and I will certainly use you car park again.

This is first time I had decided to use a long stay parking facility at Stansted Airport. I was not disappointed. Value for money, worry free and so straight forward to book and use. Thank you.

Whilst the transfers from the parking area to Stanstead were very good on the return journey was very very slow. The driver was in conversation with someone and we waited for at least 25 minutes. I understood that the transfers were at 10 minute intervals.

Easy safe parking. Carpark well lit for for lone travellers. Well signposted. Difficultly lifting heavy bags onto bus and bag rack, no help available. Waiting for bus to fill up before leaving is also slightly irritating. Apart from that, good value for money service.

Not only did we have to wait 25 mins for transfer back to car, the bus didn't even stop with some doors at the front of the queue. To add insult not everyone could get on.....infuriating for those at the front of the queue! Too pricey especially when you consider there is no competition, unlike at other airports.

Hassle -free booking online and parking itself. Clear instructions on how to use credit card to gain entry aad ticket, also, how to leave car park. Regular transfer coaches, altogether no problems.

Realy quick and easy to book on line and even easier once I arrived at the airport. My only issue would be with the fact that on the way back I was one of the last bus stops and having got on the very busy bus last got a bit stressed at keep having to move my case and myself out of the way of others.

I had difficulty reversing out of my parking space as others had parked too close, bigger parking spaces may have helped. Don't park under a tree unless you want your car full of bird droppings !

I on-line parking booking for the first time and I had no problems at all. All the process has been made as simple as possible and everything went smoothly. I can honestly recommend it!

We returned to stanstead late evening and got on the the wrong bus. The driver went out of his way to take us to the correct long stay car park. Thank you
