As a regular user of aiport parking at Gatwick, Heathrow and Stansted, I am happy to recommend Pink Elephant. Did not have to wait long for the shuttle bus to or from the terminal, and found the lighting and signage in the car park itself more than adequate.

The bus waits a while to take off - but no more than 15 minutes hanging around in both directions. Certainly worth the slightly extra time for the low cost.

I wuold recommend the parking and transfers to and from airport to anybody. On arrival there were about 3 buses wainting, so there was no need to rush. Same on the way back.

Left maps and guides in the car - mad panic! - driver great, and whisked us straight back to car park, collected items and got onto next bus back to terminal - only took about 20 mins round trip which was great!

The number of people FORCED onto the transfer bus, 11:30 Sunday evening, was totally unacceptable. No room to breath and a driver who tried to close the doors on me as I tried to exit the rear of the bus.Dreadful!

the entire experience was easy and efficient and made our holiday problem free. Anyway, Stansted is a much friendlier airport than Heathrow and Gatwick. Wish there were more flights across to Canada.

Pleased with choice - really only minutes from M11 - and frequent bus service - valuable when you cut time close to check-in. Although big site, well signposted and easy to find designate car parking zone both on departure and return. Staff on site, drivers and exist attendants were helpful and friendly - particularly return driver (Sat evening 10/5 about 10.00 pm) Only negative on arrival entrance machine didnt recognise booking debit card - but other button allowed access and no problems with attendant on exit.

Staff are extremely helpful...I booked with one credit card and arrived with another, staff resolved with good humour and no fuss, no hold ups and plane caught on time!!

Very easy to book, good prices. Easy to find from M11. Zone system works well -plenty of spaces available. Regular and quick bus service to front of terminal. Couldn't be better!

This was so easy I don't know why I haven't done it before. I have had some bad experiences in the past at the entry point but this was perfect. Shall certainly use the service again.

The directions for parking were clear and simple to follow. Parking was easy and facilities litter free - a definite plus in this day and age! Despite having made a careful mentla note of the row/zone etc. after a week or so awaythis was forgotten! The bus driver was extremely helpful in finding out roughly where we should be and setting us down at the nearest stop.

Twice we parked in Zone-k in first aile.An Exit sign where you need to take sharp right turn to get out is needed.First time we took the left turn and got lost.

It was difficult to find a parking space, as I was allocated in G and had to find the last available car parking space. In a nutshell, the parking experience was very positive.

Very good experience, arriving at night time transfer bus not going direct to certain areas and it took a longer journey within the carparking than from the airport to the park.

It is ironic that it was more expensive to park my car at the Airport for the week then the total cost for 3 adults to fly return to Belfast. I think your company should offer discount for custiomers who book two months in advance and make it clear it is not refundable

I use the long term car park at Stansted twice a month. the buses from car park to airport on Saturday mornings run regularly every 10 mins. the buses from airport to car park on sunday evenings around 9pm are less frequent and I sometimes have to wait more than 10 minutes. Bus drivers are helpful. the clearer signs are much better because before when the bus dropped me off in the dark and couldn't easily see which side of the road my car park was.

Easy to book and park. The Pink Elephant buses were frequent,so if you just miss one there will be another one soon. The only downside is the time taken from pick-up to the airport - we seemed to visit the entire airport, but I don't think this is anything the Pink Elephant group can control.

dear sir/madam due to a booking fault I was charged an extra £10 pounds from the airport staff. they were claiming that i was 18 hours over the appointed time. According to them my stay expired on the 11th may 2008. on the booking confirmation you,ve send me it clearly says the 12th may 2008. I would like you to refund me my money. THanks Hannes Taglohner

I waited upon my return for 25 mins for a bus to take me back to the car park, it was like a rugby scrum trying to get on the bus as there were so many people waiting!

The long term car park is miles away and it took us 25 minutes to get to the terminal (including a 10 minute wait on the bus). However, so long as you bear this in mind it works pretty well. The pre-pay is excellent as you can zip straight out and there's no messing around having to pay at the booth.
