My return to the UK was delayed by two days due industrial strike at Bergen airport in Norway. I was charged at full day rate for two days. I would have expected this to be at prorata rate of my parking paid in advance for 5 days.

I thought that the whole set up was run in an extremely efficeint and easy to understand way. I had never used airport parking anywhere before, so was a little apprehensive. I need not have been. Well done.

On return to Stansted, the bus became over crowded. The driver did not close up when full. The bus just waited untill an obvious pre-determined departure time and people kept squeezing in.

Remarkably straightforward, a little anxious on leaving due to the timing I had given for my exit - I should have allowed some extra time after the arrival of the flight to ensure my peace of mind that I hadn't overstayed.

The driver of our bus reprted that about 6 busues were broken down and the one we were in had brakes which occassionally stopped working!!!!! Reassuring to know.

Signage in the bus about the process to ring the bell and stop the driver might be good to support the driver telling the passengers. If you miss what he said, you could miss your stop. I thought the service was excellent and will definitely use Pink Elephant again

When returning always ask at the Terminal if the Transfer Coach is going to the Car Park your car is in!WE did not realise that the buses to not go to every letter of the alphabet

Very easy to find, park, and shuttle to airport. Only downside was having to pay an additional days parking by missing the end of my 3 X 24-hour slots by only 10 mins!

I only have a small car, but the spaces did seem small, there must be quite a few scatches. The previous time I travelled I did not notice that you had a spot on the bottom of the ticket to put carpark and row number, maybe this needs to be enhanced.

The driver obviously fancied himself as a F1 driver. He took all the roundabouts at speed and as a consequence anybody standing was thrown about, he also had to be stopped from setting off at the drop point as people had not got their luggage off.

Neither of our credit cards worked at the barrier so we had to be let in and out by the attendant. It would have been helpful if the last 4 digits of the card were showing on the booking transaction receipt. Hope we don't have the same problem with our next booking ref: JQM4S NCP Flightpath Parking at Gatwick North.

All went according to plan. Only observation might be that as you had to wait to have your card validated, if car park busy you might have to queue for exit. We didn't, so all OK,

Difficulty was caused by the signing not being well illumiated at night. We thought we were in zone B, but were in Zone A. Our bearing was the bus stop, but unfortunately where we were was a mirror image of where we should have been.

Automatic barrier gates were not working when we arrived and instead of putting in the credit card we had paid with, we had to use the buzzer and speak to a person who advised to take a paper ticket and hand it into the cashier on our exit. This was no problem, but all of the barriers seemed to be having the same problem. Other than that this was all plain sailing, waited about 2 mins for a bus to the terminal and about 2 mins for one on our return. Although I have to say they were very full with people crammed in like sardines

very good service apart from the long wait for the transfer bus on the return journey, we had to wait at least half an hour which we thought was rather long. Thankyou for all the other help, as I said an excellent service

This was very easy to find through the directions on the website, great value for money and a great service to and from the airport. Couldnt ask for anything more! We will definately be using these again!
