the staff were very friendly, my car was looked after very well, they picked us up from the airport within minuits and my car was ready and waiting for me. having paid before arrival meant that once back at the lot i was in my car and on the road in no time.

Literally few minutes from Airport by their courtesy mini bus. Only had wait 3 or 4 minutes for the bus to pick us up when we flew back in to Luton. In and out the car park literally so quickly and efficiently, and my car was in same condition as when I left it that I cannot find any cons! Would recommend.

I have been a 'professional' traveller for 18 years and have used all the airports and airport car parks in the Southeast repeatedly, I have never had a better experience than with Central Car Parking at Luton airport. They even had the car warmed up, ready and waiting when we returned form our trip, very welcome on a cold and damp evening in Luton!

On arrival the bus was waiting to transfer us to the airport. Sub 10 minute transfer time was excellent and being able to use the children's carseats both directions more than welcome. Overall, an excellent service that I will be using again. Shame they dont have facilities at the other Airports I use.

Really fiendly and on time, only had to wait 5 minutes for them to come and pick us up following calling them once we got our bags.

No long waits for a transfer bus like in those lonely on-site car parks. Much better value too than the on-site parking, which is prohibitively expensive. So glad I found them! I thoroughly recommend your company.

Arrival was 6.00am on a Sunday morning. We were expected & handed over car very speedily. Excellent transfer to airport. Upon return, phoned given contact number & they were there within 5 mins. Arrived at car compound to find car ready to go,engine running & warm!! Thanks.

Drivers were excellent, one of our party jarred neck and back whilst away, the return driver gave us a slow and smooth journey so as not to antagonise her condition. Very thoughtful...will use again.

The whole process was smooth, quick and efficient. The staff were polite and well organised. The speed of transfer to and from the airport was very quick and took less than 10 minutes. We would definitely use this service again when parking at Luton, cheap price, good service and a stones throw from the airport.

6.00AM drop off was efficient and driver took good alternative route to bypass entry queue on airport road. Pick up on return was within 10 minutes of making call to carpark. Better pickup location instructions would have helped, although I was ok as I saw the minibus entering the general pickup area. Car was as left. Luggage was taken to car boot and keys handed to me by friendly receptionist. Good overall service.

This was the best and most hassle free parking for Luton airport I have ever used. We arrived at the car park at 1.30 am to be greeted by a very friendly and polite gentleman. We were booked in staight away and then transported to the airport. When we arrived back I phoned for our transport back to the car park and it arrived within a few minutes. We were taken straight back where the car was parked at reception waiting for us. The charges were very good. A great experience I will certainly use this car park again whenever I use Luton airport.

Everything was very quick and simple, just dropped the car off at the office and handed in the keys, and was taken to the terminal immediately. Then on return called their freephone number after clearing customs, and a transfer was waiting for us outside. When we reached the car park our car had been brought back to the front of the office for us, ready to drive away straight away. Perfect!

my travelling companion was slightly disabled. they were very helpful with steps into the courtesy minibus. on our return late on a cool night our car engine was running,heating on. our bags were put straight into the boot so we could drive off without delay.

Excellent service. It was the first time i used Central car parking and i was very impressed. I would recommend them to friends & use them again myself. After travelling all day in Ireland, it was nice to get off the minibus with my car waitng for me straight away.

Used the car park for the first time - great experience - had an early morning flight - within minutes of getting there , we were on our way to the airport, which is only 5mins away. On the way back , we were picked up within minutes of calling, with the car ready to go at the reception. Would definately recommend.

Pleasant staff, friendly drivers, no long waits or hanging around to fill the van up. Quick response to pick-up phone call. Would use Central Luton airport parking again.

Excellent service, no waiting about for transfers, only a few minutes on return. Assistance given with baggage, my vehicle parked and ready near exit gate for departure. Well organised and customer focussed.

The instructions for finding the car park were excellent. Checking in the car and transfer to the departure terminal went without a hitch. Collection of the car on return was "magic". Rang the appropriate number, having collected baggage, was told that the transport would be with me in 5 minutes, walked out to the collection point and the transport was just arriving. A three minute trip to the car park where my car was waiting, collected the keys and was off. (After that it was all downhill, the M1 (S) is another story altogether). All of the staff were polite, friendly and efficient and I would certainly recommend Central Car Storage to anyone.

Our transfer was immediate - there was no waiting for the minibus to fill up. On our return we only waited a few minutes for the minibus to arrive. The car was at the entrance on our arrival back at the car park and we were very quickly on our way home. We would be very happy to use this service again.

The staff were very helpful. The service was very quick which meant more time to relax at the airport. It was only a 2 minute trip to the airport, which was good. The directions that were provided by the company were very easy to follow and accurate. I will be using Luton Central car parking again.
