A chauffeur from Central Car Storage Meet and Greet Parking will meet you at the terminal and drive your vehicle to their secure site, which features CCTV monitoring, high security fencing and 24-hour staff. On your return your car is delivered back to the terminal, ready for a swift departure! There is a fee of £4.80 payable upon exit of the drop-off area upon your return.

Please bring a printed email confirmation with you. Call Central Car Meet and Greet Parking on the phone number provided in your confirmation email as you exit the motorway or when you are nearing Luton Airport to allow the Meet and Greet attendant to meet you at the appropriate time. Drive into airport, and go under the tunnel which welcomes you to London Luton Airport, follow the road around, keep in right lane and follow signs to Short Term car park, take a ticket on entry, which you hand to driver, go through the barrier system and park in the marked area.

Please collect your luggage and clear customs before calling CCS Meet and Greet parking upon exiting he terminal building. Your car will be brought back to you at the Short term Meet and Greet area.

Please have £4.80 available to exit the drop-off area upon your return. If collection of your vehicle takes longer than ten minutes, you will need this to exit the airport grounds.

PLEASE NOTE: The following conditions apply to all bookings with CCS Meet and Greet Parking at Luton Airport.

  • Cancellations: If booking is cancelled more than 7 days before arrival date, the car park charges a £10.00 cancellation fee. If cancelled within 7 days of arrival, no refund will be issued.
  • Date Changes: If a date amendment is made more than 7 days before arrival, the car park charges a £5.00 administration fee. If less than 7 days, no amendments are accepted and no refunds issued.
  • No-Shows: No refunds are issued and no amendments are accepted.

From the M1, Junction 10:

  • Exit at Junction 10 and come down the slip road, which is Junction 10A.
  • At the large roundabout at the bottom, take the second exit.
  • Follow this road through a set of traffic lights and into the airport.
  • At the roundabout, take the third exit.
  • Go through the tunnel and follow signs to the drop off area.
  • Park in one of the lanes, and the driver will meet you there.

From Hitchin A505:

  • From Hitchin, as you approach Luton, pass the Hilton Hotel on your right.
  • At the large roundabout take the second exit, passing the fire station.
  • At the next roundabout, take the first exit.
  • At the following roundabout, take the second exit.
  • At the next roundabout, take the second exit.
  • At the following roundabout, take the first exit into the airport.
  • Go up the hill to the large roundabout and take the second exit, passing the Holiday Inn.
  • Go through the tunnel and follow the signs to the drop off area.
  • Park in one of the lanes and the driver will meet you there.

I was asked to pay £4 while I was getting out. This was apparently mentioned in one of the emails. I had 3-4 emails when I booked this from two different companies and they all were 3-4 pages long. I would have expected this to be highlighted while I am booking the parking. I was on a business trip and I lost £4 from my pocket. If I know this I wouldn't have booked it in the first place. Can't see why this can be included in the total price.

...and Definitely worth the money compared to the hassle of the offsite parking! Friendly Staff, and prompt collection of car at the end of out holiday. Highly recommended, as I would usually use the offsite parking, but if you're sharing the cost with others, it's a no brainer!

We waited a little while for collection - maybe we were too close when we rang in ? On the value for money question, I thought it was a pain having to find the exit fee and queue for ticket. I feel this should be included in the service, even if it has to be added to the price. We would however, use the service again.

Good service, a little more expensive than some other companies but as it happened it was worth paying more. The only gripe we had was having to pay £3.80 to get out of the car park - With Meet and Greet at Gatwick for example there is no cost at arrival as the car pulls up outside the terminal.Other than that I would recommend and use again.
