You'll be met at the terminal by a fully insured chauffeur ready to take your car to a fully secure compound with laser beam security system, CCTV and 24 hour patrols. There is a fee of £3.80 payable upon exit of the drop-off area upon your return.

Drive fly will call 20-30 minutes prior to your arrival time to confirm your drop off time. If you are running late or arriving early, please call Drive Fly on the phone number provided in the confirmation. Head towards the short term car park and go through the ticket barrier. The designated off-airport meet and greet area is to your right next to the pay point station.

Here you will be greeted by one of the chauffeurs at the prearranged meeting point, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket with Drivefly company logo on it.

Call Drive Fly on the number provided in your confirmation once you have collected all your luggages in the baggage hall. Please have £3.80 to exit barrier, you have to pay at the Pay station, next to the Meet and Greet area, if over ten minutes the charges go up to 7.50, so please make sure you are actually coming out of the terminal before ringing for your car.

If coming via the M1 motorway come off slip road, which goes into M1 junction 10A to a large roundabout, take second exit sign posted Airport. The airport is well sign posted from this point. Head towards the short term car park and go through the ticket barrier. The designated off-airport meet and greet area is to your right next to the pay point station.

I returned back from holiday and signed for my car as all appeared OK. What I didn't check was underneath the car and under the bonnet. Why would you? They gave my car back to me in a dangerous state with bits hanging off the underside. They have done considerable damage and have told me that as I signed their paper they deny all responsibility. I will not use them again and cannot possibly stress enough my utter dissatisfaction with them.

was so glad we did meet and greet. Luton is the worst airport to get to and park at in my experience. Added to that the horrendous tail backs on the M1 and the on going work at the airport. We were very late so were so glad we did meet and greet. The staff were great both on arrival and departure. Would recommend.

I paid £70 for three days parking. When picking up my car I called ahead as requested and I still waited 30 mins in the rain for my car to be returned to me. Never again! !

My 1 year old grandson went with us on holiday so I thought this would be a good idea, However drop off is next to the short stay car park where we normally go ? and on our return waited 15 minutes for my car to arrive in the early hours of the morning made worse by my grandson not being well! just park short stay and walk an extra 50 yards and then you dont worry about how far your car hasn been driven and why it has come back with a flock of birds droppings on it like mine ! all in all not impressed.

We had a good twenty minute wait in the carpark on our return to Luton despite calling in plenty of time, in fact we had to call twice. We have used other services before which were more efficient.

Due to problems with flight cancellations I had to change our parking arrangements 3 times, twice before we left the UK and once from the U.S. The company were incredibly helpful and flexible and the additional charge for an extra day's parking was very reasonable. I really appreciated the assistance the company gave us at a stressful time. Also the return time for our car when we arrived back at Luton was most impressive as it was waiting for us when we reached the car park.

Everything worked well and was on time. Was asked to sign paperwork on arrival back before I had even had time to check that car was as I left it.
