I booked this parking for my elderly parents who worry about travelling but the staff were very helpful and looked after them. When they arrived at my home they were singing your praises and found the collection from the airport just as efficient. Thank you I will use you again

Fantastic service! Only 5 mins from Luton airport. No waiting around for buses. They drove me straight there when I arrived, took my suitcase from the car and loaded it into their car which took me straight there, no waiting around for other passengers to arrive. On the way back I phoned and they were there within 5 mins, whilst my friend had to wait to get on an overcrowded bus. Cannot recommend the service highly enough, will definately use again when flying from Luton.

A faultless and exceptional service. Would thoroughly recommend. As a frequent traveller, I'm annoyed with myself for not having used you before!

Very good service we didn't have to wait when we left the car & on our return we waited 5 minutes for the tranfer back to the car park & our car was waiting for us by the office .it was a hot day & the windows had been left open for us.Very impressed with the level of service,will use them all the time now.

Directions that were emailed to me after confirmation of booking were very clear and I found the compound with ease. Staff were really friendly and helpful, which has been unheard of in previous parking services I have used at other airports. When I returned and called to say i was back, the minibus arrived in less than 5 minutes and upon our return to the compound my car was ready and waiting by the office although I can only assume this was a service they can realistically provide outside of peak times. Overall i would use Central Car Storage again without any hesitation knowing that I would be dealing with a good service provided by decent staff at a good rate.

Excellent service, I can't state this enough. Really nice customer-service orientated staff. Quicker and smoother than parking at a mid-stay car park and waiting for a bus there and back. They were there waiting with a smile at 4.30am and had me in the terminal by 4.40am and on my return when I called the freephone number, I was told the minibus was already on the way as they knew my plane had landed! I walked out of the building and he pulled up as I got to the pre-arranged meeting place! I was in my car and on the road within 5 minutes. I'll fly from Luton again, specifically to use this service again.

My wife and I were very impressed with every aspect of the facilities.We could not find fault with anything-every aspect was handled so pleasantly and efficiently and when you add in the very reasonable cost then it scores 150 out of 100.You can gather we were very happy and if we fly from Luton again,which is quite possible,then we wouldn't think of parking anywhere else.

The staff were very helpful, friendly and polite even at our unsociable travelling times. The site was easy to find, good value for money and felt very secure. The pickup times from the airport could not have been speedier. Would definately use again.

arrived at 5am, booking in was quicker than i have ever had anywhere,bus there, bags loaded straight away ,very friendly staff(especially for a cold wet 5am) straight to airport,no problem. Return,phoned from luggage hall,came straight away,friendly staff loaded suitcases on,straight to car park, staff came straight out with keys,car waiting outside office.all in all.BRILLIANT....

On arrival we were greeted by name, booking in took less than a minute and we were then taken directly to the airport. On return the coach was waiting to collect us at the airport and our car was ready and waiting for us at the car park to get back into and travel home at the end of a long day. Brilliant service absolutely no complaints at all. Would recommend to anyone.

Directions to the car park were clear. Minibus was waiting to take us to the airport before we even had the suitcases out of the car. Only had to wait two minutes for minibus upon arrival as other passengers waiting. Car was ready to drive off when we got back. Cannot fault it as everything went so smoothly.

Upon arrival for the first time the gates did not open automatically until I walked towards them, I was concerned that we had arrived at the wrong place.. Perhaps some clearer directions and instructions as to how the gates operate and a map of the location on your website would help; especially for first time visitors like myself, as next time I'll know the score! Overall a great service, that set our journey off to a good start and conclusion. Many thanks

I would thoroughly recommend Central Car Storage. They are located very close to Luton airport (roughly 5 mins), employ helful and friendly staff and provide a first rate service which included, in our case, anticipating the arrival back of our delayed flight. This meant that they were at the airport waiting to meet us which enormously speeded up our onward journey. My husband and I reflected that had we paid considerably more for parking on the airport site, we could not have arrived back at our vehicle any more quickly than we did. Many thanks to all staff.

arrived at 3.45 am and was greeted by friendly staff. checked in and got on transfer bus straight away. suitcases were taken out of car and put on bus by the driver. a few minutes later we were in the airport departure lounge. on returning back to luton a free phone call was made and a bus came to pick us up within 5 minutes. i cannot fault the service provided and will certainly be using simplyparking again

Our new car was damaged whilst at the car park by car park operatives(noticeable chip on passenger side and slight scrape). We did not notice this until we arrived home. Basically car park does not accept any liability as we did not check the car before leaving. Why don't they remind customers to check the car before departure (not a priority after a tiring flight)? Will not use the service again.

Directions very easy to follow. Smooth transfers to and from airport. Although our flight landed at Luton nearly 3 hours late the staff at Central Car Storage were very helpful and we were picked up with no problems and our car was waiting by reception for us. It made getting away home very quick and easy. I would certainly use them again when we fly from Luton

I arrived later than planned and got caught uo in accident on roundabout which was delaying all access to airport and causing tailbacks. Without prompting one of the staff took me in their car to the airport allowing me to catch my flight.If I waited for the next bus I would have missed the flight.

Well worth the money, I paid twice as much for a similar distance parking at Stansted and for half the time. Car at the gate ready and the pickup from the airport, despite being at 11pm, was within five minutes. Happily recommend Central Storage, I will use them again. Thankyou

The staff at Central Car Storage were all very friendly and helpful, a bus was available on our arrival and we only waited a few minutes for it to arrive on our return, our car was ready & waiting on site. We will definately use them again and would highly recommend them.

Within a couple of minutes of arriving we were travelling to the airport a few minutes away via your mini bus. On our return there were long long ques for the bus service to the other car park.My wife was delighted she did not have to que. We telephoned you and within a few minutes you arrived to collect us and other passengers. Again our car was ready, safe and waiting for us to exit immediately. Thank you an excellent experience and would recommend it to anyone particularly the que of people who were waiting to board an already full to capacity bus!
