I could not have asked for any more. Upon arrival I was dealt with very promptly by friendly staff. Within 15 mins I was at the check-in desk at the airport. Upon my return, I was collected within 10 minutes, and my car was ready for me. I will certainly use this company again for any trips from Luton.

The sevice we received could not have been better. Within minutes of arriving at the parking area we were being whisked off to the airport. On our return we were tempted to telephone as soon as we got into the terminal building. I'm glad, however, that we were good boys and waited, as instructed, until we had cleared customs. To our surprise, just as we arrived a few minutes later at the pick-up point, the shuttle bus arrived. Excellent.

All staff were excellent. Ready for us on arrival and departure. Loaded luggage into and out of the van. Less than five minutes from car pound to terminal. Great service and great value but better value if booked direct via the web or phone. Our driver pointed out the Abramovich boeing and was fantastic.

Less than 10 minutes after dropping off the car we were at the Airport. The driver was very friendly and chatty - even though it was 5am! Return journey was equally trouble free - 5 minutes after ringing them the minibus collected us from the Airport. Our car was outside the office ready to drive away. Would have no hesitation in using them again.

Great experience. As soon as we had unloaded the car and put them in the minibus they were ready to take us to the airport. When we arrived back we called as soon as we had our luggage and by the time we had got to the pick up point just outside the terminal we could see them arriving at the pick up point. Excellent service would definately use again.

Was dealt with immediately on arrival and taken to airport within 5 mins. Bus was waiting on arrival back and very polite gentleman had cars ready by the exit and pointing in right direction and came out and handed keys to us personally. Best car park yet (and I have had a lot).

The gentleman who welcomed me was most polite and helpful. On my return, the gentleman in the office was so friendly and made me feel very welcome indeed. An impressive personal service. First class. Quick and efficient delivery and pickup from the airport.

Excellent & friendly service by all staff outbound & inbound. It is lterally a 5 minute transfer to Airport. Service was first class, and we would like to thank them. Please forward my feedback. Would we use them again question mark - I would have no hesitation, yes.

Reception at car park were very efficient. Taken straight away to airport. On return we waited just a few minutes to be collected and the car was there and ready. NO excess miles had been clocked. I think they were helpful, friendly, great. Would definitely use again.

They drive you straight to the airport as soon as you arrive as they have their own minibus. They are situated very close so it takes you 5 mins if theres normal traffic conditions. Also prompt pick up, you ring them as soon as you land and they come immediatly. All in all very good, quick and easy!

Central Car Parking was very easy to find and literally only a few minutes from the airport. On arrival I was greeted by friendly staff who dealt with the paperwork promptly. The courtesy bus was ready and waiting - and the driver even carried my bags from my car to the bus!! The return procedure was equally simple, the courtesy bus arriving at the airport within minutes of my call. Highly recommended.

Once we had found the car park in the early hours of the morning, we were very impressed with the welcome by the staff and the quick and efficient transport to the airport. On return to Luton, our coach back to the car park arrived within minutes. I was very pleased with the rates charged and would definitely use this car park again when flying from Luton.

I was scared that arriving at four in the morning would mean a lot of hanging around and waiting,however after arriving we were at the terminal within ten minutes including transfer time. On arriving back in the UK, again ata very late hour my car was ready and waiting and had even been warmed up. Very impressed and have reccomended it to a lot of people.

This is the best car parking service I have used at any UK airport. The transfers are immediate - you are not kept waiting for the bus to fill up - they just take you as soon as you arrive. Staff are very friendly and helpful, we will definitely use them again. Also they do not penalise you and charge you if your flight lands late, as some car parks at Gatwick do.

On arrival we were running late but the staff immediately loaded luggage onto transfer bus whilst we booked in at reception and left for airport immediately we were ready. On return, whilst not in a hurry to go, we were greeted at the car park with our car keys as we got off the bus and helped with transfereance of our bags to our car.

We arrived at the car park unloaded and they wer ready to take us straight away. The driver was very helpful explained exactly the procedure when returning. On return as promised they were there within 5 mins. Driver again explained about any problems on roads. the car was waitng for us. EXCELLENT service! will definately use again. The staff were excellent; they took me to the terminal immediately even though I was the only passenger at the time. The return arrangements worked very smoothly and I would recommend Central Parking to other passengers. WARNING - Traffic queues due to roadworks are horrendous at certain times of the day so allow lots of extra time !

Very happy with the service. On return the pickup was waiting at the airport by the time I got to the pickup point. My car was waiting outside the reception area when I got there - didn't have to walk miles to find it. Very friendly and efficient staff. Would definately use again.

We arrived at the airport with not a lot of time to spare and Central Car Parking were so efficient,we left car at the gates straght into the mini bus less than five minutes we were in the terminal,same when we landed,a quick phone call from ourselves and the mini bus was there waiting,well done,we will see you soon.

The service was fantastic, we arrived at the car park at 4.30 in the morning with a different car to the one we had previously registered with - due to my car breaking down on the way so we had to go in my husbands - they were fine about this - we were swiftly shown to a minibus and given the use of a booster seat for our 4 year old! On our return we didn't even have to ring as there was a bus already waiting for someone else so we shared their minibus back to the car park. Overall it was a really good service and everyone was really friendly. We would definately use their services again.
