Experience was very good. Checking-in very easy, bus waiting took us straight to airport which was very close. When arrived back quick phone call, bus arrived five minutes later took us back to car park where my car was waiting for us by reception, didn't even have to walk to go get it. Excellent sevice!!!!!

I normally park at Airparks as my family live overseas so regularly fly. The turnaround time at Central was a lot quicker as more personalised and smaller - I much prefer this experience as you want to get there and when getting back to the airport you want to get to your car as soon as possible to get home. Will definitely use as my preferred car park for Luton. Many Thanks

great service. simply dropped the car at their reception and that was it they loaded our luggage and we were on out way within minutes without waiting for a bus and on our return we made a freephone call and again within minutes they were collecting us and loaded the luggage. the car was waiting at the same spot with the windows opened so it was cool enough to get in and i didnt have to worry about it starting. we felt relaxed throughout as none of us struggled with the luggage on and off buses and it was lovely to have our car ready instead of hunting for it in a massive carpark. many thanks see you next year!!

I would really recommend this car parking service. I had to make amendments to my parking which was 'no trouble'. They were really friendly (staff and drivers) and both tranfers to and from the airport were immediate and only took 5 minutes. My flight back was delayed but again caused no problem even at 1.30am. My car was waiting by the entrance ready for me to leave. I will definitely be using this service again!

This was our first flight from Luton so carparking was a bit of a gamble. We appreciated being welcomed by name, and although our return flight was delayed and we didnt get back until 2 am the transfer bus was there in minutes and the driver friendly even at taht time of day.

The car park was easy to find and the staff very helpful and friendly when we arrived to book in which was quick, simple and efficient. The transfer was immediate in a staff car and the journey was less than 10 minutes to the airport. On our return our flight was delayed by 7 hours and we arrived back at Luton at 4am. A quick phone call and 10 mins later the transfer coach was there, back at the car park our car was at the gates. Superb service, friendly obliging staff and great value for money

Service was excellent , both drop off and collection. No waiting at all either side. Driving transfer time was about 5 minutes, no complaints at all. The only thing I can think of that could be improved is that there is currently a lot of building / expansion work going on at Luton. The directions to the parking may have to be updated/improved once everything is complete.

Found the carpark without any hitch, meet with very friendly staff, very short journey to airport. Upon return transport from airport to car park was within a couple of minutes of phoning, again very friendly despite the hour 23.30hrs. would highly recommend and will use again (when they are not full!)

Directions were excellent and easy to find. Very efficient check in and last minute check if we had essentials before leaving park. Short ride to terminal. On return were at pick up point as we arrived. Car ready with windows open to cool it down. All with very friendly staff. More convenient than on-site parking.

The coach for transfer to the airport was waiting and warm, even at 4.30 in the am. The pick up on return was already in the airport when we came out and our car was waiting for us at the office, brilliant!! no hanging about,and the staff were all polite and friendly.

Very courteous service right from the entrance into the car park, to the reception area and onto the airport. We experienced the same high quality service from the initial phone call in the arrivals area to the car park, where the car was ready for us in front on the reception area. Very fast and efficient service. We did not have to wait for any transfer/pick-up and all drivers were pleasant. We forgot a pair of glasses in our car and discovered this in the airport. We made a phone call,to the office and the next driver arrived with it,within 20 minutes. After having tried 3 differents parkings companies in Lutton, I would now only book with them.

This was my first experience of Central and I will certainly use them again if I fly from Luton. All the staff were pleasant and on the ball. The transfer to the terminal was immediate and on the return, the bus arrived within minutes of my call. All in all, good value for money and hassle free.

Directions to find the location of the car park were excellent. The park was very close to the airport and the check in and transfer time was only a few minutes. On our return to Luton I called the park on the number supplied, walked out of the terminal building and they were already waiting to pick us up in their minibus. I was back in my car within 10 minutes of leaving the terminal. Best car-parking service I have used!

On arrival, I was greeted, and taken straight to the airport which is only about 5 minutes away. On my arrival, after calling to let them know I was back, I hardly had to wait a minute for my transfer back to the car park where my car was waiting and ready to go! Thank you!

Other than the fact we didn't look on the map to see where the parking was before we arrived at the airport, everything went as smooth as could be. Once arriving as car park it took less than 10 mins to get us to the airport terminal. WIll definately use again.

In comparison with similar services, this is the best by far. Especially convenient on our return was the fact that the car was ready and waiting,and as we stepped off the bus we were handed the keys immediately! Will definitely recommend to others. Do you have similar facilities at any UK airports other than Luton?

we found the whole experience very smooth and well organised. Extremely prompt transfer service both ways, with cheerful, helpful staff who actually smiled at us and wished us a happy holiday - makes a change from the bad tempered grunt you can often get from the transfer bus drivers!

We arrived a little early but were greeted immediately with smiles and they knew our names! We felt very welcome and secure. We had four small moaning children with us and our luggage was put in the bus very quickly (to our delight!). Within ten minutes of arriving, we were at Luton Airport with our luggage and small children who were as pleased as we were!! On returning late at night (after midnight) we called the freephone number which was answered immediately (to our surprise) and the driver was there within 5 minutes to take us back to our car which was parked right at the exit. What an excellent service, I would highly reccommend this company to everyone who is going away. There were no faults whatsoever! What a great experience, we will definately use this company again with no hesitation. Thanks to all the staff, Trish and family xx

This was the first time we have used this facility. At 4.00 am it was nice not to have to wait around for others before a transfer. Within 10 minutes of us arriving we were in the terminal building. On return we were picked up within 10 minutes. We would definitely use this company again when flying from Luton.
