Staff were expecting me on arrival, took 2mins to drop off keys and confirm flight/dates. Took 10 mins from driving into car park to arriving at airport. On return they immediately answered my call for collection, and arrived as I was leaving the terminal. Again, 10 mins from pick up to collecting my car and driving out of car park. Why can't all car park services be as fast, efficent and friendly as this???

A very efficient service. Staff helpful and friendly. Buses available immediately and there was no overcrowding. Drivers helped with luggage. No complaints at all. I would certainly use these services again.

There were no delays and all the employees were friendly and helpful. Best deal I could ever find and a bargain!!! No problems at all, and they treat you like royalty.

Location instructions are clear. Staff are efficient and helpful. No waiting, and very quick transfer time. Car waiting and ready to go. Faultless service.

A superb service. We arrived at the car park where we were being waited for. We were taken to the airport immediately which was 5 minutes away. We were dropped off very close to departures. On the return we called and were greeted immediately where our car was waiting for us.

As a grandmother travelling alone with two very young grandsons I needed all the help I could get! All the staff at Luton Central were most helpful and the transfers both ways were very quick with no waiting around. I shall certainly use Central again.

It was the first time I have used this company and I have already booked with them again for my next trip. The staff were very friendly and there was no hanging around, as soon as we had got our luggage out of the car there was a bus ready to take us to the airport. On our arrival back to the airport we had to make a simple call to them to let them know we had landed and within about 5 mins there was a bus to take us back to the car which was waiting for us outside reception.

It took no time at all to get to the airport from the car park and we were driven immediately upon arrival. Likewise, on return we phoned once we had retrieved our luggage and they arrived 2 minutes later. Very efficient and I would definitely use their service again. No complaints at all.

When we arrived at the car park I couldn't fault the service. The staff were helpful and the transfer to the terminal couldn't have been quicker. The return at 10 pm was anything but good. We tried for nearly an hour to contact the office - the phone was constantly engaged. When a minibus finally arrived the driver was curt and failed to apologize for the delays. In addition the minbus was overcrowded with one woman resorting to sitting on her partner's lap.

We were absolutely delighted with the service we were given by your company at Luton. We didn't have any waiting around and when we returned from our holiday were delighted that our car was started for us, windscreen cleared of ice and ready to go - we were very impressed. EXCELLENT ALL ROUND. WE WOULD DEFINATELY RETURN AND WILL RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY. THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH. MERRY XMAS.

This was the first time we used this car parking service and it will not be the last. Excellent service, very friendly driver, no waiting around for minibus, airport 5 minutes away. On return journey they even had our car engine running so we could get into a warm car. Would highly recommend this carpark to anybody flying from Luton.

We arrived at the car park earlier than expected which caused no problems at all. The transfer to and from the airpot was quick and efficient which was fantastic. On our return the staff had started the car's engine and had warmed it up for us! My partner and I experienced no problems at all and recommend using this facility to anyone leaving their car behind.

Was running very late when I arrived at the depot. I walked in and didn't even need to say my name - the voucher was ready, our driver was in the boot getting my bags and I was bunded into the bus to get to the airport on time. Couldn't have been smoother - great service on the way back also.

This site was big enough to be efficient and small enough to be personal. The drivers of the transfers were very helpful and to arrive back at 11pm on a frosty evening to a warm car was brilliant. We have used 4 different car parks around Luton and this was by far the best and cheapest. We will never use any of the others again. Perfect!!

I have previously used other carparks around Luton and none have provided me with the excellent service that I got from 'Central Car Parking'. Once I had handed over my keys I was taken to the airport straight away - no waiting around until the transfer bus was full. On my return I phoned to arrange to picked up and because the car park is so close I only had to wait for around 5 minutes. Absolutely great, I would recommend this to anyone - particularly those who don't want to pay a fortune for parking. Thanks so much - I'll be back !

the level of customer service was first rate with the minibus drivers being very helpful. The transfers to and from the airport were quick, with the minibus waiting for us as we left the terminal building. This was my my first time flying from Luton and, if required to again, I would definitely leave my car in the more than capable hands of Luton Central Car Parking!

what a brilliant start and end to a great holliday, you could not get better service, the staff were waiting with the bus when we arrived, my car was kept safe and secure and we were picked up within ten mins of phone call upon leaving the airport, very helpfull, brill service, would definatly recomend and will be using again. Thankyou

Very good experience, early morning outwards but no hanging around, got us right to the drop off point in 5 mins. Have used Airparks at Slip end before which has been ok but sometimes had to hang around for the coach transfer, especially on our return. This was great service both ways so will definitely use again.

we found the car park very easy to find and was well lit , especially good at 3am in the morning.staff were very helpful and made good transfers to the airport. on our arrival back the bus picked us up within a few minutes and our car was waiting ready by the entrance.would definitely use again and recommend to friends.

easy to find - good and quick check in - friendly staff - transfer to terminal in minutes upon return phoned them and they were at terminal to collect in less than 10 mins loaded cases and we were at car park in minutes. car was running, warmed up and ready to go. excellent
