Your driver will meet you at the airport and complete the necessary paperwork with you. Then you can proceed to check-in while your vehicle is taken to the secure car park. There is a fee of £3.80 payable upon exit of the drop-off area upon your return.

Call the car park approximately 20 minutes prior to your booked arrival time using the phone number provided in your confirmation email.

Head towards the short term car park at Luton Airport and proceed through ticket barrier. The designated off airport meet and greet area is to the right next to the pay point station.

departure

Call Swift Meet and Greet Parking on the number provided in your confirmation email and your driver will bring your vehicle to the terminal. If you are delayed, please let the car park know, if possible. There is a fee to exit the car park set by the airport of £5 for the first 15 minutes which you will be required to pay, and if you go over the 15 minutes the fee goes up.

I think u can improve this service by have a texting or checking system which informs you of our arrive to car park n wen we are in baggage claim to collect our cars. If this can be more effective then this service is 100%

had to wait 55 minutes after telephoning the meet and great service ,they said it would be 15 -20 minutes , which is actually a long while for what we thought was a meet and greet service. the car was eventually delivered after 55 minutes, we was left in the cold and wet and standing in a muddy part of the car park waiting, made a full complaint and received a 50% refund, which actually I feel was not good enough, as we was delayed in returning home by over an hour and had to be up early for the work the next day,will never use swift again

called Swift upon landing, around 5pm, told the car would be 20 minutes. Went to meet and greet area with my partner and 2 children where we had to wait for over an hour. During this time several people arrived and had their cars returned. Supposedly their car park is less than 10 minutes from the airport so our wait was utterly baffling. To top it off the customer service number stopped being answered... No information was given, no reason, it was a debacle of the highest order.

I cannot fault the guy that met us and took charge of the car. He was extremely courteous and thorough. The guy who brought the car back seemed a bit distracted. He was having a bit of trouble validating the ticket, which was probably occupying him. But he got us through the barrier in the end and we were away. All told, very good price and less hassle than jumping on shuttle buses.
