Situated close to airport with regular courtesy bus transport. On arrival, pick-up was within 10 minutes, and because it was a late return time, the staff had the car engine running with the heater turned on so we soon acclimatised to the autumnal weather. Excellent!

Parking made easy - your instructions to find easy - the parking and service was very efficient - no waiting at all- will use again when parking at Luton - Many thanks.

The paperwork was minimal on arrival. The collection from the airport for the journey back was quick - 5 minutes. Everyone was polite. It all went smoothly.

The booking was made, and voucher and directions were mailed instantly. Our flights were then changed, so I rang to expliain. No problem - a new voucher was mailed with new dates, all at no extra charge. Would recommend this service again and again.

The staff were extremely helpful and efficient. A young lady had got lost and was therefore in danger of missing her check-in. The staff bent over backwards to get her to check-in asap. A pleasure to watch.

Really easy to find, close to airport - it only took us about 5 minutes to get there. As soon as we arrived there was a transfer bus waiting for us and when we arrived back there was one within a matter of minutes. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Central Car Storage and use the facility again when parking at Luton Airport.

Fast and efficient transfer. Quick pick-up after return flight. The car park was very full, but hey, they are there to make money after all!

We found this to be the best off-airport parking at Luton we have experienced so far. The staff were pleasant and friendly, and transfer to and from the airport was rapid and efficient.

THere was a very long wait for the coach transfer back to the car park. In the waiting period, several other transfer coachs (for other sections) can=me and wet. THere was a huge queue, and when the bus eventually turned up, not everybody could get one it.

Transfer was extremely quick and efficient even though we arrived at 4.00am, staff were very friendly and our car was ready waiting for us when we got back. They even had a car seat ready in the mini bus for us, this saved us fiddling around with ours. We will definitely use them next time we fly from Luton.

Our outbound flight was very early, the transfer of the vehicle to the staff was very easy and quick. The transfer bus was ready to take us straight away to the airport. On the return journey after phoning transfer coach was waiting in the car park. My vehicle was awaitng us on our return, ready to drive away without any delay

What an excellent service. Treated like royalty. No waiting around took us straight to airport and was there to collect us straight away. very organised company. Definately use them again and also recommend them to everyone. Lovely service and staff very pleasant.

On our return we only had hand luggage,the driver took us straight back to our car without waiting for the other people who had to wait for luggage.This was a great help as it was about 1 o'clock in the morning and so saved us a lot of time hanging around-thankyou that driver.

I booked Central car storage online, and I was slightly concerned that it was very a competitive price, and the transfer time to the airport was one of the quickest. Normally those are my two defining points to chose an airport car park, and it's always a bit of a compromise between time and money, except in this case. I decided to forget my concern and give it a go after reading the excellent reviews, and I wasn't disappointed. I was greeted by my name as soon as I arrived, it took less than one minute to leave the car keys and get my receipt and instructions for the way back, and the transfer to the airport took just over 5 minutes with no stops and in a very comfy minibus, not in a cramped overcrowded bus. The way back was as painless, rang them from the terminal, picked up less than 5 mins later, and then again straight to collect the car, whcih was waiting for me. All in all, just as advertised and no problems at all, for a decent price. Would definitely book them again. The only very small but is that the directions to get there do not include a little map or visual instructions, to make them more clear if a lone driver goes there, but otherwise the instructions are clear and very easy to follow.

I have used other airport parking facilities in the past, however the service provided by Central Car Storage was by far the most efficient. Within a few minutes of reporting to CCS, we were whisked off to the airport by a very helpful and friendly driver. I think the transfer took no more than 5 minutes. On arrival a week later and a quick call to CCS using freephone number. the transfer vehicle was at the pick up point within 5 minutes. If travelling from Luton in the future, I would most definately be using CCS, and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

The service offered by Central Car Storage is hands down the best I've experienced at any airport carpark. When we got back my car was sitting, with the engine and lights on at the exit, ready to drive straight out. Maybe they just couldn't wait for my old car to leave their car park ;-)

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the transfer to the airport was immediate. On return they arrived within 5 minutes of us phoning and were again very friendly and helpful. The car was waiting at the entrance for us on our arrival. I will definitely be using them again.

This is an excellent service. We arrived at 4am and were immediately dropped off at Luton Airport quickly and efficiently. When we arrived home the following week at 7pm, within minutes of calling them, the coach was there to collect us and return us to the car park (which is only 5-10 mins away) and the car was there waiting to drive straight out of the entrance.
