Fanatastic will use again, however as I went through a booking agent (FHR) The carpark staff required some kind of print out the reference numbers was not enough??? after a few minutes the references numbers alone were enough ?? bit strange at 4 in the morning

Easy to find with directions,met by pleasant staff who transferred my luggage onto the mini bus and straight off to the airport. The only blot at the moment (nothing to do with the car park) is the horrendous travel chaos on the M1 and on the approach to the airport. On return I phoned to say we had arrived and they were there in 10 mins. At the car park the luggage was off loaded quickly, the car was ready and waiting and all I had to do was pick up the key. An excellent service highly recommended. Will definately use each time I fly from Luton.

We found the car park easy to find and directions were good,Security was good also transfers, it would have been great value at £5.00 a day, it was just a pity that you had to add on so much for us to go through you. So next time I will be looking at going direct to these car parks!

We booked this service at Luton airport..the car park was easy to find and the staff very efficient & helpful at booking in and transfering to airport terminal. The compound was secure and well lite. All it needed when we arrived home was a free phone call and within 5 minutes the mini bus had pulled up in to the car park.The car was ready to go,from walking out of the terminal to setting off home took 20mins..brillant service..worth that bit extra..will definately use them again.

I had not realised I would have to leave my key at the car park place and was not very happy about it, especially after the recent TV programmes that showed that some such companies use customers' cars while they are away. I calmly communicated my concerns to the lady at the reception. I was made to feel that if I was not happy, I could go somewhere else and should not ask any questions. When I came back I was very pleased by the service ie the van was waiting at the airport when I came out, my car was ready and running when arriving at the car park. I was even thinking of writing to the car park company to praise them for such a good service ...until I got home and realise that somebody had attached a note to my keys saying "might be trouble". I assume this was intended for staff in view of my questions. Althought the car park service was great in itself, I was very upset to be made to feel so awful just because I asked some questions about their service.

I arrived early and not really awake and unfortunately parked in the car park next door!! They took my email confirmation but didn't realise my error. On return discovered car had been moved to right car park - who were excellent about picking me up even though I didn't have their number etc.

I have been to a number of airport car parks and I have to say "I have never experienced anything like this one. Easy to book, £15 cheaper, easy to find, great friendly staff with brill sense of humour, all of them couldn't do enough for you, parked the car, got a tag, got in mini bus, the two lads that came with us talked all the way there, they lifted the bags in and out for us, wished us a pleasant time, on arrive back we made one phone call, went outside 2 mins later they were there, 10 mins after ringing I was sat in my car. If you wish, they will even wash your car for a small price. Thank you all Craig & Sue

It was so easy and fast. As soon as we dropped our motor off we were in the van on route to the airport. We had a friendly driver and it took us less than 5 minutes to get to the airport. Thanks alot.

I was going to ring you to find out why our car's radio was not working. Someone had disconnected the battery whilst our car was in your car park as we have had to re-enter the security code. Would you please advise as to why the battery was disconnected as we were not informed of this?

The cheapest car park i could find and i couldnt fault the service. Took me straight to the airport on arrival (i was there no less than 10 minutes after i arrived at the car park) and on my return they were there to pick me up straight away and had my car out at the front of the car park to drive of home. Definitely use this car park again!

Can't thank the guys at Central enough, Motorway was closed going to the airport and after the long diversion and 3 lanes going into 1 we thought we would miss the flight. Got there 10 mins before check-in, the shuttle bus was about to leave which would have meant we would have missed our flights, but they agreed to hold the bus and check us in straight away without complaint. Thankfully we just made it and I got to see my team beat Barcelona!! So thanks guys will use you again.

Directions were good, reception staff were ready and waiting to wisk us to the airport, including providing advice on what to do on return. Despite loooong queues at passport control, as a result of call on landing bus was waiting when we left the terminal building and we rejoined the car and were on our way home in less than 10 minutes. Excellent service and good value. Will certainly use again

In addition to my comments in "pros", I would add that this system avoids customer having to drive on to Luton Airport itself. Furthermore, I felt that my car was safer at FHR's yard which was securely locked than on an open area at the airport itself.

When we got there, we got straight into a minibus to the airport, which is only 5 mins away. When we got back, I called them and they said it would be 5 mins. The bus was waiting by the time we got outside the airport! As we drove into the car storage area, my car was being parked ready for me to drive away. They were really friendly and I would say great value. We chose to use Central Parking based on the distance from the airport - some ask that you get there 1 hour before your check in time! I would definitely use them again.

Very helpful and professional staff running the carpark. Easy to find, and the big bonus was the mini-bus was waiting for us just outside the terminal building on our return and our car was parked outside the office for extra convenience. Thank you very much, we will be using you again when flying from Luton.

The only small problem was that the directions given to find you were a bit misleading (I think there was a roundabout missing!). I think we booked via a third party of yours but this did cause a small delay and minor anxiety so you may wish to liaise with them!

Very quick check in at Luton Central car parking, transfer took less than 5 minutes with very pleasant staff. On our return, our baggage was last off the conveyor so when we phoned for pick up, we were advised that a transit was already picking up but we may miss it so they would send another. Once we were out of the terminal, the first transit had gone but we only had to wait 3 or 4 minutes for the second one. On arrival,our car was ready and waiting at the exit. Excellent service, we will definitely use again :)

I was very very impressed with the service, the guys running the place really did care. Upon my return, they even took the trouble to explain that a road nearby was closed and gave me directions as to the best way back home. Would use them again without a doubt.

A small complaint, but because of all the rain while we were away, there were a lot of large puddles to negotiate. Apart from that, they were fast and efficient and waiting for us when we got to the pick-up point.

Drop off was quick and easy and pick-up was even better. My car was waiting for me, warmed up and running. I was delayed by a day on my return and the overcharge fee was a reasonable £6.00. Staff were very friendly too.
