Probably the only thing that went according to plan during our trip was the carpark. Very pleasant service, helping with loading the minibus to the airport and back, attentive and always with a smile. When I forgot my mobile in the car they drove to the airport with it (as an additional service it was an additional fee, but compared to the option of lacking the phone during the holidays cost not significant) - something impossible on other carparks and still make it on time. Superb and unless a big price difference I would not use any other in the future

We found the staff to be pleasant and chatty. We literally dropped off the car and had transport waiting to take us the the airport. When we arrived back in England we waited 5 minutes and the transport was there to collect us. The car was collected as we left it. Very good service and we would use them again.

The whole process from arrival at the car park to drop off at the terminal was less than 10 minutes. Extremely efficient, professional service. We had heard so many horror stories about airport car parking firms, and we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were very friendly too. Excellent service!! would definately use them again and have already recommended to friends.

Brilliant service. I turned up, the staff had already identified me (by arrival time/car reg?), someone whisked my bag away and I was in the bus being driven to the airport in a matter of minutes. The return transfer was just as good. I highly recommend this company

On arrival, no waiting for minibus. Driver helped with luggage. On return, just missed a transfer but they were back within ten minutes and again helped with luggage. This was invaluable as I have a health problem which prohibits heavy lifting. Have booked again for another trip in two week's time.

I chose this car park because of (1) the excellent comments of previous clients and (2) because it's on the same side of the M1 as the terminal and therefore less likely to incur delays in tranfer to/from the terminal due to the very extensive roadworks at the moment between the M1 and the airport. In spite of the 'Cons' listed above, I would certainly use Central Car Storage again.

Found this to be an excellent service - arrived at the car park and coach sitting there ready to go. Straight to terminal - completely hassle free. Ditto the way back - collected our luggage, rang the freephone number and were told "the coach is outside" -and that was us done. Brilliant.

As soon as we arrived staff checked our car in and our transfer was ready. Journey to airport was approx 5-10mins which was excellant. On our return we called for transport and left arrivals our transport was already there waiting. All in all, excellent service and friendly staff.

The servoce offered by the company from booking through to return and car collection were excellent. We contacted the company on the day due to traffic difficulties and the member of staff talked us through alternative routes and ensured that we arrived stress free and in plenty of time. We will definitely use the company again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Good speedy service on departure. Arrived before 5am and staff were very good and attentive. They checked the car bodywork and then immediately took us to the airport. On our return we rang them and they immediately set off to collect us. Car was waiting for us when we arrived at compound. Friendly and pleasant service throughout.

On arrival at 4am two mini buses were ready and waiting to transfer us to the airport.Ypu leave your car by reception and they park it for you so the service is very speedy. The transfer to the airport is a couple of minutes. On arrival home one call to a freephone number and the collection mini buses were outside the terminal building before we were! A great experience

Car Park just off airport and easy to find. Staff met us on arrival and took us immediately to Departures. On return, phoned freephone number from Arrival Hall public phone and they were there to meet us within minutes. Staff very helpful and friendly.

I cannot find fault with this service!We literally drove in the gate & got straight on the mini bus & were in the terminal in no time.On arriving back after 1 quick phone call we were picked up in a matter of minutes & our car was ready & waitin at the car park gate!

you can't do much about the traffic jam though! the only recommendation i would make is to emphasise clearly when customers leave the car with you that YOU are keeping the keys and maybe print that on the sheet with the phone number to call upon return. i spent 40 minutes looking for my keys (every other long-term car park i've used, i've kept the keys) in the arrival hall at luton, before ringing your team to tell them i didn't have the keys and would have to leave the car with them until i found a set. they, of course, told me that they had the keys and i wasn't to worry. this isn't to be read as an out-and-out criticism of your service (after all it was me who made the mistake!)... it's just that your customers may be used to another way of doing things (ie, keeping their keys) and it won't do any harm to remind them that the car park keeps the keys. (apologies if you do already print clearly on your instructions that the car park keeps the keys and i missed it.) many thanks, christian brook

Arrived at car park 09:00 and in Luton departure lounge by 09:50. Similar on return - 45 mins from touchdown to starting the car for home! One point, current road works in Luton make it very busy in the morning rush hour so allow at least 30 mins more if you are making a longish jounrey. Good experience. Would definitely use it again.

Arrived at 5.00am and we were in the airport before 5.10am. Phoned for return pick up as we were going through passport check (hand luggage only) and five minutes later, the coasch was waiting for us. From passport control to being in our car and on our way home - 20 minutes maximum - brilliant service -recommended.

this was the best airport parking that i have ever used friendly staff that knew what they were doing my return flight was delayed but this was no problem to them unlike other parking places can i take time to thank all your staff at luton as their customer service was top draw if using luton again will have no hesitation in useing you and will recomend to friends and family that might be using luton

when returned called, got answer machine, waited 30 mins recalled. spoke to person vague when bus coming, when did arrive was looking for other party not mine, charged for extra day as flight rtn at 2355 and on booking form 0000was nearest to time. doubt use luton airport again too far from home.

From arrival to departure an all round great service.I checked in, they checked the car for damage, signed the form to agree, got in the bus and off we went. On my return, only waited a few minutes to be picked up and when we got back to the car park, there was my car waiting for me to drive it straight out. All round excellent service

A car park that actually is 5 minutes from the airport! Very efficient transfers and no hassle parking your car. Just stop at the cabin, hand in your keys and get in the mini bus to be dropped off at the door of departures. No waiting at all. When you are back, call for a transfer and 5 minutes later you are back at the depot and the car is running and ready to leave. Great service.
