Reception were ready and waiting for our car at 3am in the morning, once the keys were handed over we were shuttled to the airport. All in all took five minutes from handing keys over. Picked up at airport on return wihtin 10mins, car ready and waiting to drive off. Couldn't be easier. Highly recommended. No paperwork or hidden charges or rude staff to deal with.

We arrived at 5.30am, the lady was very welcoming, we waited a few minutes in the warm office, then were at the terminal within 15 mins of arriving. On the return journey we called once hrough cutoms, by the time we walked outside the van was arriving to collect us. The car was ready wih keys in, right outside the office, where we were dropped off. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

We arrived at 2.30 in the morning which was about an hour earlier but due to roadworks we had allowed longer for our journey. The lady in the office came out and welcomed us, and within five minutes we were in a warm and comfortable car on the way to the airport. The airport is only about a mile so the journey was quick and easy. We were dropped off as near as we could get to the entrance. On arrival back in the UK the driver picked us up within minutes of telephoning and our car was waiting for us at the car park. This took 10 minutes in total. Both the staff that we met were friendly and helpful. An excellent service I would whenever we fly from Luton and I would certainly recommend them. They are 5 star!!

The directions to get to the car park were slightly confusing. It should have just said at the 3rd roundabout go left. Never mind I found it at the second attempt. Otherwise everything was of the highest standard. Brilliant customer service. Thank you.

Staff were very friendly and efficient. We were transported without delay to and from the airport, and our car was ready for us to step into on our return. A good experience all round.

Was wary of leaving car at an unknown place, but reviews on the website seemed encouraging so we tried it out.... All I can say was that the whole experience was 100% perfect! An excellent company who know how to look after their customers. Use them with confidence!

What a pleasent change! a company that really understands and believes in the quality of its staff. Everyone we encountered EVEN at 04.30 in the morning was cheerful, positive, and professional. Fast and efficiant and easy to find. Cannot fault at all would definatly use again no hanging about waiting for buses staff very friendly and helpful minuets from airport

We had problems getting to the airport hit some bad traffic. Yet the staff were unbelievably helpful in guiding us to avoid traffic jams and being on wait on arrival to the car park to whisk us to the terminal to help us make our flight. The return pick up was equally efficient. Overall, top marks to the team.

Very accommodating staff, even when we arrived over an hour early! They are on stand by to transfer you to and from the airport as soon as you need it, car sat waiting for us when we returned, perfect service and only 5 minutes transfer to airport. Thanks! would definatley recommend!!

I don't usually give feedback, but these guys deserve it. We got stuck in traffic and were late turning up. From reaching the reception of the parking place to being in the check-in queue at the airport took 6 minutes. On pick up, we waited less than 2 minutes. This is the best service I've ever found. People are great too - very friendly.

Booking process was easy.Comprehensive directions and contact numbers provided. Easy to find from motorway and only minutes away from airport. Xfer took 10-15 mins from arriving at secure parking, booking car in, xfering luggage from car to minibus and arriving in departures. Return journey just as simple. An excellent service, would not hesitate to recommend!

Staff extremely efficient, helpful and friendly. Immediate transfers to and from airport - no delays experienced, 'door-to-door delivery' really appreciated - no long walk to the terminal carrying cases. Use of freephone is a really good inclusion in the package. I would recommend the parking service to any of my friends or colleagues.

friendly greeting, could leave the car at reception and they valetted it - climbed on the minibus after 2 minutes, we left another 2 minutes later and it took 5 min. max to get to the terminal. upon return, I called the free number and waited maybe 10 min. max, until the bus arrived to take me back to my car, that was already waiting for me at the entrance of the car park - I don't think this could run any more smoothly - well done and many thanks! Will definitely use again!!

After following the accurate and easy to understand instructions we arrived at around 3.30am and were immediately taken to the airport without any fuss or delay. The driver was very friendly and helpful and told us exactly what to do to pick up the bus when we returned from our trip. When we arrived back in the UK a bus was already at the airport so we were able to jump on and be back with our car and on the way home within 15 mins! Excellent experience and worth every pound!!

We have used central parking several times now and the service just gets better, its nice to go away knowing that your car is safe & secure & the big thing is there is no waiting for buses or lugging cases onto a crowded bus, having used other "parks" in the area in the past they just don't put the same effort into customer care as Central.

study the directions (which are very good) carefully as it's a bit tricky to find. Staff very friendly and helpful & efficient. The Post Office, train companies, utilities etc could all learn lessons from companies like this in how to treat the paying punter.

The parking is situated very conveniently, just 5 minutes drive from the airport. The staff were very nice and friendly and the transfers to/from the terminal were very quick. I advice everyone to book early, as they get booked up very quickly. Will definitely use them again.

This is the 2nd time we've used your service & it was equally efficient on both occasions. There was no waiting or hassle at either end of our journey, the staff were friendly and helpful and we felt confident that the car would be securely looked after while we were away. In short, everything we could hope for - very good value for money.
