Within 5 minutes of arriving at the Car park, we were being transported to the Airport (No one likes to hang arround) On return to the UK the phone car was made vfor collection and again we were picked up within 5 minutes. On arrival at the car park our vehicle had been selected and parked by the entrance ready for departure. This is why I have again chosen to book with this company

Cheapest service I could find but it was still perfect. How could you fault this? Dropped us to the airport straight away and journey only took 5 minutes. Picked us up straight away on our return. The driver was very friendly and was not put out with the fact that he had to wait 5 minutes for one of my party. Excellent service. Why consider any other form of travel when you can avail of a service as convenient as this?

The drop off and transfer to the airport was easy and on the return it was even easier - ring the 0800 number (though I rang the non 0800 number from my mobile to avoid paying my mobile network for the call) and by the time we were out of the airport the bus was there and back at the parking, my car was waiting and the keys given to me - couldn't be easier.

This was my first occasion of using simply parking. I found the premises with no problem, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Transfers to the airport were fast. My return flight was at almost 23:00 hours amazingly within five minutes of my call from the airport I was picked up. Very impressed and will use again.

It was great going away knowing that the car was safe, no worries about it being stolen or damaged and because I booked so far in advance, the price was brilliant! The transfer took about 6 minutes - less than it would have taken to walk from the short term car park and both the drivers were friendly and helped with the bags. I will definitely be recommending you to others, and certainly using you next time we use Luton. Is there any chance of setting up at Gatwick and Heathrow?!

When dropping the car off we were at the airport within 10 minutes. On returning we phoned for a pick up the mini bus was just arriving so out of the airport and back to my car waiting within 15 minutes. The pick up point is a bit busy but not companies fault and is due to new security measures.

From parking the car, to "checking in", to the transfer to the airport, to the transfer from the airport, to being reunited with the car..................everything was done very efficiently, & all the staff were very corteous. I will definately use you again, & will not hesitate to reccommend you.

The whole experience was great, when we arrived to drop the car off and hand in the keys, there was a van waiting to take us to the airport. When we needed picking up from the airport, all I did was phone up the car place and they were there within 10 minutes to take us back to our car. When we arrived back the car was ready and waiting for us. Would use again !!!

What a pleasant change! The customer comes first - a family business run courteously and very efficiently. Only a five minute ride to the airport terminal in a clean, modern mini-bus. The friendly staff even load and unload your luggage! We will never use any other parking facility at Luton airport.

The instructions on how to find the car park were excellent. Ther site is well suited to arriving in Luton even during the rush hour and we experienced no delays at all. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful including loading our luggage and even recommending a restaurant at our destination!!

When booking I telephoned to ask if the times we booked to arrive by was set in stone or could we arrive an hour or two later? The reason being that I wasn't sure at time of booking (6 mths before our hol) what time we would be leaving. She kindly told me that the car park was reserved for complete days and as long as it was reserved we could turn up anytime within that day, however would be good to have flight time so they had an idea when we would arrive. I estimated that we'd arrive by 12noon-2pm (we live 2 hrs away and this being a Friday afternoon wasn't sure of arrival time). I told her this and didnit believe it to be a problem (I had booked the car park from 12 noon that day). However upon arriving at 1.45pm the woman in the office abruptly asked me "And where were you at 12 o'clock?". She didn't greet me by a hello or smile and didn't give me a chance to explain. Not a great start to the holiday. I was annoyed because I had cleared it with the company beforehand.

I found the staff at this car park very friendly and helpful. I had an exhaust problem on my way to them, and while I was away they got in touch with a local mechanic to carry out repairs ready for my return. The car park itself was very efficient and the transfers were immediate. I would rate this as 11 out of 10.

we arrived at 4am in the morning and were greeted with a smile and a cheerful hello we were helped with our cases into the minibus and taken straight to the airport. we were asked to just telephone when we arrived back so that we could be told where our pick up point would be, which we did and again we were picked up with in minutes of phoning and taken back by another helpful friendly member of staff, where are car was ready and waiting. we would definatly use Central Car Storage again.

Directions clear from motorway. Even though we arrived early, they were ready for us. Immediate transfer to airport via a comfy, clean minibus. Confirmed arrangements for collection (due to increased security measures at airport). On return from holiday (with one hour delay)from the time we phoned for collection to the pick up was only about 10 minutes. Our car was safe and ready to go. Would definately use again!!!

We travelled on the day of the recent major security alerts- despite this the the service worked very efficiently. Booking in took 2 or 3 minutes. On return the collection vehicle was waiting for us. The transfers were seamless. Staff well briefed, greeted us by name

very efficient staff ~ polite & helpful. Very quick & easy transfer to and from the airport, no delays or waiting around. Our car was ready & waiting for us just to get in it to go home. We are very impressed with the service & would highly recommend it.

Having used several airport car parking providers we were pleased with the promptness in airport transfers, and will definitely book with you again.

From the minute we arrived at the car park the service was excellent. We had everything explained and were on the transfer coach within ten minutes. Similarly on return we were collected within five minutes and on arrival back at the car park were away in our car almost immediately. All the staff were very efficient and courteous.

Friendly service, nice driver, we didn't have to wait too long although we did have 4 children and it was 2am! Our car was waiting for us in the reception area which was helpful as we had sleepy children and would have found it hard to grag ourselves around a carpark with them searching for our car in the dark.

I would recommend as a cost effective, safe parking option that is close to airport - in fact the transfer was as quick as using the official 'pink' long-term on airport car park. Collection was simple & prompt also. Will certainly use again when travelling from Luton.
