Could not fault the service. Transfers to/from airport were immediate in both directions and the car was all ready for us on our return. Would definitely use again.

Great facilities at a reasonable price. We contacted their office once we had collected our luggage and waited less than 10 minutes for the mini bus to pick us up.

Unfortunately on my return the car wouldn't start and required relay service home. We were waiting over 2 hours and the hospitality, comfort and assistance from their busy staff was excellent. First class service throughout.

It was the first time we have used this car parking facility. We were extremely impressed with the manner and efficiency of their service and found all the staff very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be using it again!

Overall, an excellent service which we would use again and recommend to friends. RE: Cons - they could consider covered car arrival port (on ground that doesn't flood!)

This is the second time I have used Central car parking at Luton Airport and I have been very pleased with them both times. The staff are friendly and courteous, there is no waiting around, simply hand in the keys and be driven to the airport speedily and in comfort. On the return journey we were collected quickly from the airport, the driver helped load the luggage and our car was ready waiting for us, engine switched on and the heater on (we arrived back late at night). Please keep up the good work and the clients will return time and again!!

Waiting to take on immediate arrival. Already waiting at airport when I rang for collection. Much cheaper than parking at the airport, and dropped off/collected from right outside the airport (rather than walking miles with heavy bags to the far end of the Luton Airport car park).

The staff were friendly, polite and helpful, transfers were quick and efficient, my car was warmed up and running on my return. I will definitely use Luton Central Car Parking again in future, thank you!

We were held up in traffic and arrived later than expected, but the transfer was waiting for us and we could leave the car to be parked. Luggage was loaded and unloaded for us, which is always good. Transfer back was available within minutes of our call and the car was waiting for us. Car, mileage and petrol were as they were previously, so fears about the car being parked off-site many miles away were unfounded. All in all it was impressive and I would definitely use the comapny again and recommend to friends. Thank you.

I was extremely pleased with the overall service provided. They were expecting us on arrival and within a few minutes we were on our way to the airport. The return was almost as quick, one free phonecall and within a couple of minutes the minibus was there. A few minutes down the road to the depot and our car was waitng for us. All in all a very smooth operation and I would definitely use again.

I did my research and I went with the reviews which were correct. Very helpful service, directly taken to the airport and returned to my car ready and waiting for me. Don't trust your sat nav, and read their directions. I will use this again.

Nice friendly people: very efficient transfers to and from Luton Airport despite turning up 50 minutes early. Good value, but most of all reliable. The directions there from the M1 could perhaps be clearer, but as things turned out we found it easily.

Having used other companies in the past at Heathrow and Gatwick, we were most impressed with the fact that when the Luton car park bus came to pick us up the driver had our family name and that of our friends, which meant that the usual scrum and jostling etc to get on the bus was completely removed. I think you should advise people that this is how the system works as it's a definite plus point.

We found the car park easily, were quickly ushered into a bus to the terminal and arrived within 10 minutes of parking the car. Collection was just as efficient, by the time we walked to the pick-up point the bus was there. At the car park my car was waiting, engine running, heater on, ready for us to get into a warm car and drive away. A great experience.

First visit here in October 2006. Absolutely first class value and service. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Easy to find despite the general chaos caused around the airport by the major roadworks. Prompt efficient delivery and collection. Car awaits you ready for you to drive away. Just booking my car again for some flights in November. Trouble free experience.

Once we arrived to the car park at 2:30 in the morning (a.m.), a guy with a van was waiting for us already...10 minutes later we were in the airport...The same on the way back...FANTASTIC SERVICE!!

I mostly in the past used the carpark next door, but not anymore. Their service and staff are a credit to them. Very friendly and helpful, and my car was waiting for me on our return. Well done!

The parking was easy to find, the staff were friendly and efficient, and we were collected on return in minutes, the bus was there before we had left the terminal building!

Nothing seemed too much trouble. So nice to have your bags lifted for you, and no-one sticking their hands out for a tip. It was just part of the service. Most refreshing these days!

Very quick, efficient service and cheerful staff. No hanging around waiting for bus to collect us. Journey back was very squashed as 2 people had not telephoned to notify arrival but pushed their luggage and themselves on to bus anyway! Not Central Car Storage's fault, but I would have made them wait!
