All the staff we encountered were very friendly and polite. Transfers were prompt and very short especially considering the great price. I would definitely use Central again and would recommend them to family and friends.

It was easy to find and we received a curteous and prompt service, even with the busy and chaotic events when the systems at Luton airport crashed on our return journey. I would definitley use again if flying from Luton.

This is a very good facility, close to the airport. The transfer by Minibus was available within 5 minutes and was very quick. On return, the pressure in one of my tyres was low, the staff were really helpful and quickly re-inflated the tyre at no extra cost. Thank you!

The facilities are a bit small, for example the coach could not fit everyone, so you may have to wait for the return trip, this is made up for by the vey good customer service

This company are great, so efficient and quick. Much better than waiting for a huge bus and then finding you have to stand or even cannot get on it as it is full. They evn had a car seat for my two year old. Great service

I found Central Car Parking as good as any i've used before.Only waited a few minutes for the transfer to the airport and a few minutes at the airport after I called them.

Arrived and a mini bus was waiting to take us to the airport and our car was parked for us. On return, rang and the mini bus collected us within 10 minutes and our car was ready and waiting for us on return. Car park staff friendly and polite. Would recommend.

Excellent service, very quick, friendly, courteous. The transfer to the airport took no more than 5 minutes, and the return trip was also very quick. My car was right by reception when I arrived at the car park. I definitely recommend the service and will use again when I next fly from Luton airport.

Arrived at car park at 0400 hours to find staff waiting. Took car keys from us and driver took us straight to terminal. Arrived at check in less than ten minutes after arriving at car park. On return had to wait approx 5 minutes for coach to take us back to car park where car was waiting. Handed keys by staff on exiting coach and drove away . Excellent value for money and very efficient.

This parking facility exceeded our expectations. On our return flight which was delayed they central car park offerred to deliver the car to us as it was raining and we had young children travelling with us. It was explained to us that this however was not part of the service.

When I arrived at Luton Central Car parking they were ready and waiting for me, check in with them took seconds and then I was straight in the minibus. a few minutes later I was in luton terminal. On the return trip I called them when I cleared customs and by the time I got outside the building they were there waiting. First class service, no complaints.

What a wonderful experience. My mum's in a wheelchair and the staff couldn't have been more willing to please. Attention to detail was very good, very efficient and timings perfect.

despite the first impression looking at the place on arrival the overall experience was painless and of a good standard. Simple drop off and ride to departures took no more than a few minutes. Pick up from arrivals as soon as required, no waiting around. perfect.

Staff is great, good dealing and service..only I faced the problem to find the place...my sat nav taken me more forward. i would sugest the BOARD need to be more visible place..

Very efficient on all points. I didn't have to wait either at the arrival nor when I came back because in both cases the transfer bus did wait for me.

We arrived back in a heavy rainstorm. We took our baggage from the mini bus to load our car. As we had several items esp golf clubs my son put a small bag on the wall by the office rather than on the wet ground. And he forgot it. As soon as we realised this at home we phoned the office. They had spotted the bag, taken it out the rain and were very helpful when we phoned. We retrived the bag that evening and because of the help from the staff just managed to get back via the M1 before it was closed for road works which would have added hours to the journey. Excellent service!

Upon arrival at the car park I was greeted by friendly staff who knew my name. From booking in to transfer to the terminal took less than ten minutes. From collecting my bags it took less than 15 minutes before I was on the motorway home. Fantastic. Just a shame my flight wasn't as smooth. Highly recommended.

Have just got back from a trip to Spain and I used Luton Central Car Storage for the first time. The service was excellent - transported immediately to airport (stone's throw) with friendly driver and on return a freephone call from the airport and they were with me inside 2 minutes to take me back to my car which was already warmed up and running (very welcome on a cold night). I would highly recommend this service - it is the best airport parking experience i have ever had.

Arrived, around 3.45pm on a Friday afternoon, to be greeted by polite staff, who had seen me arrive and park, noted my registration number and by the time I walked into the office, had my paper work ready. It was so easy and simply and fast. Transfer bus took us straight to the terminal, which only took ~5 mins. Pick up on my arrival back to Luton was made even simplier with just a phone call back to the office.The transfer bus was already outside waiting. Got back to the pound and car keys were prepared for collection. Excellent Customer Service. Would definately use again and would highly recommend
