We found the service to be simple, polite and efficient, this is the second time we have used this service and find it great value for money. The coach drivers are always helpful and courteous no mater what the time of departure and arrival. Many thanks

I have used airparks car parking on several occasions. It seems to be the cheapest option to park @ Luton airport and although the transfer takes longer (about 10 NCP car parks arrived on our return before 1 Airpark one came along) I would use airparks again as it seems to offer better value for money. (Given that I find airport parking in the UK a complete rip off in general)

We arrived around 6am on the 20th to park our car - the lady tht helped us never said good morning neither was she friendly - you felt like a number get in get out sort of thing. When we got to the airport we found that our flight had been cancelled so we went pack to the parking to ask for our car back. The lady found it a hassle to bring back the car that had already been parked, she was not prepared to discuss a refund. We had paid for 8 days and never used even a full day. She told us no refund and helped the next customer and ignored me. I will never use this parking again as it is a rip off not refunding people if their flight is being cancelled. the staff is unfriendly and rude.

Directions to the site were good - booking in and retrieval of car was smooth - transfer to and from airport was quick with little waiting for next bus. Would definitely use again.

Was in general a very very good car park, but I didn't expect it to be so far from airport. It was a 15-20 minute drive, but had I known this in advance I would not have minded.

A very efficient - if somewhat soulless - service but, for £6 a day, no complaints. Extremely good value and far cheaper than anybody else's options.

Although a good service, it was not very nice being crammed into the buses on such a hot day. Our luggage filled the racks and overflowed, women and children were made to stand and this could have been dangerous at worst or very uncomfortable at best.

Allow plenty of time for transfers to and from airport, due to distance to airport and regularity of transfer transport. Very dusty carpark area.

Everything is made easy, no need to make a telephone call on arrival back to the airport, totally hassle-free!

Excellent service and well organised. We even had clear directions to avoid the current road works as part of our confirmation email. That helped a great deal.

Would certainly use this again - especially for a few days - the cost for a fortnight might be too much. Many thanks.

In general very pleased but maybe needed more transfer buses.

The interval between bus departures is too long and would be especially unwelcome at the airport in bad weather. Also, on return, I was told that my car was parked in row A, whereas it was actually parked some distance away and it took ten minutes for the staff to find it. The lady in reception was both off-hand and unhelpful when I informed her that my car was not where she had told me! The queue of customers waiting to collect their car keys stretched out of the reception room doors!

Your directions are spot on,and was easy to find. Staff are very pleasent and helpful. Toilet facilities could be improved to accommodate the number customers at one given time. Road surface in places need attention. The prices are very fair and competitive!

Excellent service with quick, speedy service offered by staff.

Had to queue up for 30 minutes to actually be allowed to drive into the car-park. Then the queues were so long it took well over an hour to check in and get on a bus. The whole experience took nearly 2 hours and we nearly missed our flight!

Not a bad word to mention, service was exactly what I'd hoped it would be. Quick and really easy at a low price.

On the whole we had excellent service and the collection time was very quick, we did however feel that the office staff were really not giving of their best when we dropped the car off and a friendly smile would have been a nicer welcome than the one we actually recieved.

Had to queue both coming and going. Staff were having trouble coping with the number of people and there were not enough car lane spaces. I have used Airparks Luton several times before - this was the worst experience out of them.

Not bad on the whole. Facilities are fairly basic. The coaches seem to be more regular than they were on previous occassions (maybe we were just lucky this time (we had to wait in the cold for 25 mins the last time). The staff were great and very helpful. Car Park could be a bit cheaper.
