Transfers to and from the airport were frequent so delays were minimal. Make sure your luggage is well stowed otherwise your luggage might be making an unexpected trip in the bus!

Very Satisfactory and transfer time for us was only 20 minutes. Slight snag is the bus stop at the Airport is quite a distance from the actual entrance to the terminal.

The reception staff were very friendly and considering we arrived half asleep in the middle of the night, they were surprisingly alert and gave us easy to follow instructions as to how to proceed on our return. I like the fact the number is a freephone.

I have used Luton Airparks on many occasions and have always found it to be a good service. Have recommended it to my friends to use when parking at Luton Airport.

When i went to pick up car it was absolutly filthy, looked like it had been in the sahara for months, the man was great he jet washed it for me so i could see out to drive, unfortunatley, when it dried it was still filthy so had to put in car wash for £5.00.

I thought it would take a long time to transfer to and from the airport however it only takes 10 minutes waiting. The staff work at midnight and were so fast to answer my call, I cant believe it! Its wonderfull!!

Received an excellent, smooth, quick and professional service. My airplane was severely late because of the bad weather conditions so I 'managed' to pass the deadline by several hours to pick up the car and normally that would be another day... Nothing happened I've drove off with my car as I left it a couple of days earlier. Would recommend Luton Airparks to anyone.

Unfortunately, when we picked up the car, there was a crack in the windscreen. We reported this to the car park staff who were fine and we filled in the relevant forms. However, the lady at Birmingham (customer services) was most unhelpful and rude. We still haven't heard from them as promised - now 7 days since our return.

A valet service whilst people are on holiday wouldbe good. No issues, booking in was quick & efficient.

Very positive. Your staff are very friendly and helpful ( especially many thanks for some polish lady behind the counter - I don't remember her name). Only one issue - car park is quite far from airport, but for that price it is still very good deal. For sure in the future I will be using Airparks at Luton again and strongly recommend to my friends. Thanks.

This was the third time I've used your facilities. Each time I have found the service very good and have never had a problem. Best value parking I could find.

Rang from Airport to inform them we had landed and would be say 15 minutes to waiting to be picked up for Slip End Got luggage, went through customs etc and waited at point of collection [stop 12] a further 25 to 30 mintes. Will look elsewhere next time, sorry.

Have thought that it may be easier to drop one passenger and the luggage at the airport and then only the driver has to transfer and without the luggage either!

I would recommend you to others and will almost certainly use you again.

Service is very good overall. My only comment is there is insufficient usable luggage space when transfer coach is full.

Well signposted & simple booking in procedure. One simple phone call on return & picked up without delay. Will use again.

Convenient and efficient, apart from long wait for bus on return transfer - despite telephoning as requested. Too many people waiting to fit on the one bus that turned up!
