Exactly what was expected/needed. I even had to re-arrange my booking, which was so simple with 1 easy phone call. A very, very good service which I will definitely use again.

Ideally a bus waiting at the airport so could be loaded as people arrive then pull off when another bus turns up would speed process of filling, avoid the weather and give positive feeling regarding service.

We thought the service offered was good, although the waiting areas could be improved as we had to wait for the bus in wet and windy weather. Although we did not have to wait long. Overall a good experience and would use again.

I have used Airparks previously and have never had any problems. The drivers are always really helpful and jolly (not bad for 5.30 a.m). I would recommend them and use them again.

Slightly cheaper than alternatives, however, will probably look for alternatives next time as the service was not that good. The receptionists were grumpy and as mentioned elsewhere coach drivers do not help with luggage - had to watch old people struggle to get cases on high racks while the driver ignored them. On return found car parked in the middle of a small lake which tested our problem solving skills trying to get to the door without getting too wet. Will use another company next time.

When going on holiday you want the transfer to your destination to go as smoothly as possible. When arriving at the airpark the whole turnaround of leaving my car and getting transferred to the airport was extremely quick and efficient (especially grateful after a 2 hour drive down the M1!!). On arrival back into the UK a wait of 10 minutes was all that was needed for the transfer back to my car and I was back in my car within 5 minutes of arriving at the car park. Definitely use again.

Customer Service was efficient and good. Transfer to and from airport were good. Staff were very helpful. Easy parking facility. Very cheap rates compared with 'on airport parking'.

No fuss, they take your key and you go to the bus. No questions asked, very smooth! Coming back, got key in 30 seconds and off we went! Everything went extremely well and I thank you!

You get what you pay for, and I am much happier to give a private operator like Airparks the money even though the site is some 4/5 miles from the airport. Check in was easy, apart from some other difficult customers being a pain to the staff there, transfers regular and quick, good stuff!

Both going and coming home were in the dark, so hard to assess facilities beyond reception area. Road signs to help find the park were good, a help in the dark. Coming home was wet with transfer coaches full. The shelter area was not really enough or dry enough to put luggage down. The staff were pleasant and helpful both ways.

The transfer buses were overcrowded. The wait of over half an hour in the rain at Luton was unacceptable, particularly as when we got back to the park, there was a bus that was out of service.

Generally a good service. On the way out, we caught the bus straight away so it took no time at all. Unfortunately on the way back, the bus was full and we had to wait about 1/2 hour for the next one. Not much fun standing in the cold of Luton Airport!

The journey to Airparks was easy with lots of signs giving direction, staff were very helpful. I will definitely use Airparks again and will recommend to friends.

We had travelled a long way to the car park, so needed things to be ok. The instructions to find the car park were good. The bus was waiting for us to take us to the airport, so there was no waiting around in the cold in the early hours of the morning. On our return to Luton the bus once again was waiting and we were soon back to our car. We cannot fault the system or the price. Good value for money.

User friendly facilities and the helpfulness of staff was beyond what I expected, and I would recommend to others! Maybe cause it's just that I haven't used ANY airport parking before ANYWHERE but I was still very impressed.

Being able to book in advance online took all the hassle out of parking, both upon departure and return from our holiday...the discounted rate was great and we'll definitely be using this again and recommending simplyparking.co.uk to our friends...one of whom recommended them to us!!

Returned from holiday and drove away, but was flagged down by car park staff and told we had a flat rear tyre. They very kindly changed our wheel for us in difficult conditions and would not take any reward, just a thank you from us.

It was easy to find Airparks Luton, the coach to the airport was great. The staff and drivers were very courteous. There appeared to be insufficient coaches ferrying passengers, however we managed to just get on a coach on our return, but a large number of passengers had to wait.

Got to the car park, the bus left for the airport after 8 minutes ( very quick ) on return bus picked us up after 5 minutes ( very good ) overall I found the service and the car park, to be very good value for money, and I have booked again for January.

The car got caught and the trim bent back under one of the rear windows, which must have been done whilst at the car park as it wasn't like that when we left it. It wasn't worth pursuing when we got back as it was late, cold and dark. Other than that all was ok.
