We found the carpark easily, the directions are very good, even explaining about the current road works on the M1. It is also well sign posted. Transfer buses are regular and the journey is short. Prices are excellent I will definitely use Airparks again.

We struggled a bit to find Airparks, but it was raining, dark and 5am - it is a complicated destination and needs checking before setting off. The receptionists seem to take a lot of calls from people asking directions. The transfer system was very efficient, about 15 mins into Luton. Coach packed and bumpy ride as expected. Return excellent - car picked up very quickly - could do with direction signs back to M1.

There was a problem on return. My car had not been removed from the secure area. My flight was on time and as our bags had arrived quickly, I was expecting to be home in good time. However I had to wait around half an hour for my car, it was chaos in the reception area. In the end I had to ask one of the men delivering the cars where mine was, then I had problems trying to scan my ticket at the exit gate.

The staff seemed to be very busy and I would like to have received more help for my first time using the airpark facilities. Nevertheless, one of the staff had some smile on his face and it made a huge difference of my impression.

I have used this car park on several occasions and have not had a bad experience yet. The transfer bus runs promptly and directly to the terminal buiding.

We were travelling only for one day, the parking system was very easy, the people very friendly and helpful. We had no hold ups and were very pleased with the whole experience, including the price. Thank you!

Absolutely no problems. Easy drop-off of car, and transfer bus waiting for us to board. On return journey, had a long wait for the transfer bus, which was very crowded. However, our car was parked very close to the bus and it only took seconds to collect the keys. Will happily use again and highly recommend.

Cannot fault their service at all. From parking up, a bus took us straight to the airport and when we arrived back, a bus was waiting for us! Very friendly and efficient, we would certainly recommend Airparks Luton airport parking!

Having taken 2 hours to get to Luton Airport due to the M1 roadworks I had experienced no problems with my car. On my return from holiday 12 days later and given the keys to my car I found on reversing that there was a definite clunking noise!

Good sevice, however problem with windscreen wipers on the bus comming back this meant the driver had to stop repeatedly to fix it, but he remained calm and professional at all times.

First used last year- this second time- even better organized than previous time-have recommended them to friends and relations. Congratulations on a well run and friendly service.

I usually use the same parking people each time I travel, partly because I don't fancy trawling through the options and also because I thought there was little in it money-wise. I was wrong. I'm not computer expert but I found Simply Parking quick and easy to negotiate and one of the options it presented was a special offer and was about 25% cheaper the others, including my usual choice.

No problems, easy to use service and helpful staff. No huge delay in waiting for a bus, but the journey is perhaps a little longer than some transfers - just allow a little more time. Would recommend and I would use them again.

Signage to Airparks was great however signage from Airparks back to the motorway was not good and took a while to find! especially difficult after a flight.

We arrived back early by 1 hour and then had to wait 30 minutes until they went to collect our car, other car parks we have been to we have not had this issue.

You get what you pay for. It is a fair way out and the transfer coaches could depart more often but it was a lot cheaper than the other car parks, so got exactly what we paid for.

Unfortunatley we missed our flight and had to go back and collect the car. It was a time consuming experience during an already fraught time and the attendant did not check the car out so we ended up having to go back from the exit gate and get it changed. We were also advised that we could not apply for a refund for the parking we did not use. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

I used the Airpark for the first time and everything went smoothly. I found very easily with the instruction given on the site and the transfer from the car park to the airport was straightforward, only 10 minutes drive at 6am. The driver was helpfull and the receptionist friendly as well. I will definitively use it again and advice anyone to use it as well.

As a frequent traveller, I use Airparks because they provide a secure place for my car, with good transfer transport to the terminal. Airparks are easy to find - in spite of the current motorway roadworks - and the staff are quick and efficient in dealing with large numbers of passengers. The price compensates for the small amount of extra time required to leave your car in their capable hands.

poor staff service - agrressive and combative e.g. ' the bus service is a complimentary service, your price doesn't cost the bus so think yourself lucky!' too far away from airport and time needed not really conveyed properly No facilities at all including cover from rain!!! Very Costly for what was on offer
