We have used Airparks in the past for Luton airport parking and have always had excellent value for our money. The staff are polite and always willing to help you, the buses are quick and efficient so there's no waiting around.

The service we had parking at Luton was superb, even though we arrived at the very early hours of the morning, and will definitely use this sevice in the future.

I was kept waiting on arrival, before the woman in reception would deal with my booking, although there were no other customers. This caused me to miss the bus, when I was already running late. On other occasions queues have been quite long, especially if someone has a problem, in which case, everyone else can be kept waiting while it is resolved.

Quite a long wait at airport on bus before leaving. On arrival back at car park it was not obvious where to go to collect key. Lighting could be better. Sign posting back to M1 could be much better.

Getting to the car park was easy, checking in was simple however the return transfer was dismal. We arrived at coach stop 12 to catch the airpark transfer bus and the queue was horrendoulsy long, so much so, that we decided to catch a Taxi from the Rank and pay the £10 fare rather than wait at least 40 or so minutes for 1 coach to fill and catch the next one, (They run every 20 minutes).

I couldn't believe when they ask you to leave an hour to park the car and get to the airport (in addition to the 2 hours you need at the airport for security) that this would be necessary...but it was! Buses are very crowded with little leg room, but the drivers are very helpful with luggage. And it is great value for money.

Great value, happy with the safety of the vehicle and the only real negative was the messing about with the motorway roadworks, causing you to take an alternative route to normal.

So cheap, only about £30 for an entire week! So worth the money but the transfer to the airport on the bus can be very squashed, especially on return!!

I would recommend Airparks without hesitation. The price was unbeatable and the service was excellent. Instructions of how to get to the car park were very detailed and helpful, however driving on my own and following the instructions was challenging. Probably would have helped if I had a navigator.

I arrived back early, my vehicle was brought from parking area and was great no hassle, I was made comfortable with a coffee and the friendly staff made it so easy. Thank you.

I was surprised that the coach driver made no attempt at all to help people with their luggage. With other car parks the coach drivers have always helped load the luggage on and off the vehicle. This was not a problem for me personally, but I imagine it would be for someone elderly or incapacitated in some way.

We found the service very efficient, friendly and convenient, no sooner had we handed our keys in we were on the bus to the terminal, on our return we went to the designated bus stop and the bus was waiting for us, we loaded our luggage and we were whisked off to our car, we were also given advice on a different route back to the motorway as there was roadworks, this advice worked a treat!

Pretty non eventful and that's good. Missed the bus by 10 secs but only waited 10 minutes for the next bus - excellent. The lady bus driver was superb.

From arriving to the parks and returning it was very good pick up was good both ways and the collection of keys was done in a couple of minutes wish there was toilet facilties if there where some it wasnt signed apart from that i would use it again thankyou.

Easy to find with the alternative directions, even though there is a lot of work going on around Luton Airport at the moment. Regular, easy transfers both ways.

The staff were very helpful, especially as my sister lost her glasses and she was able to pick them up on her return. The only minor problem we had was getting to car park due to roadworks, we started out on a very foggy wet night and took us a little while to get there as we got a little lost, but would use car park again.

All in all a smooth transition from Park to Airport but just bear in mind it will add 50 mins to your journey when you take into account the time it takes to book your car in and the bus ride to the airport.

Having used airport parking on-site many times - have always found this very expensive and quite difficult if you arrive or leave in the middle of the night - there was not always staff available to help - also car parks very big and once bus has dropped you off if there is a problem you have a long way back to find someone. Airparks Luton was not only good value but felt that there was always help to hand and in fact we did have a flat battery on the car and this was dealt with quickly and efficiently - will certainly use their service again when parking at Luton Airport. Thanks.

Departing and arriving early morning/late evening there were no delays experienced from the M1 works. Wait time was only a couple of minutes for each transfer. Check in and check out procedures were rapid and the staff friendly and efficient.

My car was returned to me absolutely filthy, I dont know where in your their compound it had been parked, but all the other cars that were parked alongside mine awaiting collection, were in pristine condition, as my car had been valeted both in & out, prior to being left with them,I was extremely disappointed at its condition on my return.
