Upon arriving at Airparks the check in procedure was swift and uncomplicated. We only had a 10 minute wait for the bus to leave and we were dropped of opposite departures. On return after only a 5 minute wait, we were picked up at the same point as we were dropped off, so no looking for bus stops. All in all a very good service.

Other car parks have smaller vehicles to carry passengers to and from Luton Airport. On the way back I waited 1/2 hour, at night it is a long wait. Then with all the luggage, at night, freezing cold I had to find my car - right at the end of lane D. I am an old woman and it was pretty hard.

Overall, for the cost, this airport parking was excellent. Proximity to airport is good if a little difficult to find. We were fortunate in that we were booked into a Travel Inn the previous night which gave us time to look for the car park ready for the trip in the dark in the early hours of the next morning. Frustrating waiting for buses to fill up, but it's cheap! I am very happy now I know how they work. Lots of people wre going to the wrong place and the wrong bit of the process. Bus drivers seemed like robots and not very friendly.

We find this car park easy to reach andquickly coaches deliver us to the airport. Much better than airport parking at GATWICK!

It is reliable, cheap parking. Transfers are good. Fast collection. excellent service.

Packed like sardines on coach both ways, very unpleasant experience. Luggage space inadequate for number of sardines loaded. Obviously not enough coaches operating to match customers. Never again.

When arriving back at Luton the coaches were not clearly marked Airport services and there were not enough coaches. Also the reception area was extremely busy when i went to collect my keys. However it was excellent value for money.

Dropping the car off ran very smoothly. Collecting the car was another matter! The office was packed and the staff did not know where cars were therefore causing delay and confusion all round.

Car wouldn't start. Engine (fuel injection)flooded, because not properly warmed up before switching off again when moved that morning to reception area. Delayed us nearly an hour. The car park staff should know better.

Very easily done - mostly very helpful staff, except one exceptionally moody man at Luton. 'Marked bays' is rather misleading - you have to park in the rows with arrows, rather than the bays.

I didn't experience any problems. A little bit crowded in the office on my return but I was still dealt with swiftly.

It was easier than expected and the distance from the airport wasn't too far away really.

Make sure you have the car park directions with you, as it is some distance from the airport, and not signposted.

If you don't have an early morning flight then this is an excellent car parking option at Luton. Buses are not as frequent as they could be though.

Well signposted, easy to find even the first time to use the service. Very cost effective and would use it again.

Good service; did not have to wait ages for transfer, considering we had a very late flight home.

As off-airport parking goes, it was up to standard. Staff were efficient, polite and patient with my 82 year old Dad who operates very slowly. We didn't have to wait long to go to the airport nor to be picked up when we got back. Overall, I would use them again.

First time we have used an airport car park, the directions was easy to follow, staff were helpful and bus service was perfect. Will certainly use again, thank you.

The waits were quite long at either end with no facilities to shelter us. Other companies offer storage space in coach boot and assistance from the driver with cases.

Very satisfied - quick transfer both to and from the airport - had a problem getting out of car park when we left (gate wouldnt raise when we put coin in slot) but this was quickly resolved - excellent.
