I have used Airparks twice now and both times found the staff to be very courteous and helpful. Would definitely use them again.

Easy to find, quick and simple to book in. Transfer to airport was fast. Quick and simple to collect car.

A very efficient, convenient and good overall service that was reasonably priced (for an airport car park)

The process took longer than I have been used to using other off airport parking. Although you did indicate to leave 50 minutes I thought this was for the worst scenario rather than the norm. Long wait on the coach before setting off although the return was very much quicker. Very efficient system albeit impersonal. However I would use Airparks again but leave more time for the process.

It took too long to pick us up, it was very cold and we stood outside the airport at 2 in the morning. There were very young children waiting. Also the bus was so full the axle was scrapping the ground all the way back!

I would have no problems in recommending Airparks Luton to anyone who may need secure parking in the area.

Relatively easy parking and transfer to Luton airport. different story coming back - be prepared to wait for bus (think they would have one waiting when a large group fly in from more than one destination!) Be prepared to wait for keys in queue again. Token difficult to fit in exit gate when you are tired and fed up with long wait! Otherwise a good place to leave the car!

Car was waiting when we arrived back. Barrier to car park wouldn't open to let me out and bus driver behind me got pretty annoyed - a little more patience wouldn't have gone amiss!

A smooth transfer, very well operated and excellent value.

Coaches: type of coach used was difficult for case handling, prefer under coach storage. Plus overcrowding on return journey led to standing room only.

This is a great way to depart from Luton Airport. Can't fault it.

You arrive at the car park which is well signed and you are given clear instructions as to how to leave your car and keys (the car is parked for you). There is a bus waiting for you so you don't have to wait in the rain! The service is very efficient and runs smoothly.

We found the service excellent. We didn't have to wait long for the transfer bus. This is the second time I have used the service and would use it again.

Good value, helpful staff, good connections to Luton Airport. First time booking on-line would definitely use again.
