Would be good for return customers to get a better price as we regularly book since we travel at least once a month. Overall though we are happy with the service.

It got off to a bad start with the miserable receptionist but overall satisfied. Will probably use Airparks again.

Easy to book, easy to find. Bus to the airport every 10 minutes - no long waits either end of journey. Peace of mind that car would be secure for the duration of holiday.

When I first used Airparks I was arriving at night in the fog and had a little trouble finding it, although there are some signs, but in daylight not a problem really. Efficient service on arrival, but you feel like you are waiting around for the bus to leave or to arrive to pick you up from the airport (can take 20 minutes). Expect a 10 minute transfer on the bus also. The venue seems secure but you have to be prepared to leave your vehicle keys with the staff. The price seems ok for the service compared to any alternative as long as you book ahead online for the cheapest price!

We arrived with two small children, a double buggy and suitcases, the bus driver was helpful to allow us to stand in the bus and have enough time to load and unload. We did not have to wait long for the bus either way, even though we arrived back at 2am, the bus was still there pretty soon. The car was available when we returned and the whole trip was quick and comfortable.

Did not like the wait for the bus on our return as we only had hand luggage to make it faster, then find we had to wait about 20 mins for the bus and the rest of the people with suitcases.

Over all the experience was very good value for the money and I would recomend Luton Airparks to others. However the times quoted in the information to allow for transfers would appear to be over estimated.

Overall Luton Airparks offers a very good service, and thanks for providing toilets!

As a first time user of this facility we found the procedures straightforward and the whole service very good.
