Easy to find but very chaotic.

The coach pick up from Luton Airport to the Airparks site made us wait for over half an hour.

Airparks at Luton provided an adequate secure parking facilty. The bus taking us to the airport appeared to be badly in need of some work (horrible grating noise going round bends). No help with luggage loading, no problem for ourselves but there were a number of elderly and disabled customers who had to struggle loading and offloading their own luggage sometimes onto waist high/overhead storage. As there was no supervision of loading the luggage was not safely secured and if there had been an accident most injuries would have been caused by falling luggage. Having done as instructed and phoned the park to say we had arrived back we then had to wait 45 mins for a bus to arrive then two arrived in quick succession. All in all you get what you pay for but safety should be paramount.

Generally a very good service.

I cannot be sure but I think my loose change kept in my car for parking charges was tampered with thereby leaving me with only a small amount of loose change in the vehicle on my return.

Cheapest I could find from Brum but time consuming. Exit barrier jammed for us and led to an embarassing queue behind.

The first bus back was full so had to wait about 20 minutes for the next bus but apart from that it all went well and I didn't worry about my car whilst I was away.

Good value, good communications on the whole. Efficient and competitively priced.

Overall good value for money compared to others but basic handling and transfers.

Found the coach drivers to be very helpful and the staff at the car park very pleasant. The ten/fifteen minute ride to Luton airport was a little price to pay for the considerable saving made against on-airport parking.

I would recommend Luton Airparks to anybody as I felt that my car was completely safe.

The booking by internet is great. The reply efficient, no confusion. The peace of mind of managed parking is good - no theft and damage. The cost is competitive; better than other airports that offer on-site parking. On return when tired no concern about finding money or locating the car. I have travelled from Stansted, Birmingham, Heathrow and East Midlands and this is the most competitive package.

Kept waiting too long for crowded bus. Operators clearly bored with their work and let it show. I won't be using Luton Airparks again.

On return to Luton airport late at night the buses were spaced too far apart when picking up all of the customers, leaving a gap from when the last bus left until when the next pick up bus arrived. But other that the system works very well and was very convenient.

I liked the check-in and recovery preceedure. Check in was fast and efficient, and the car is parked for one, which means transfer of luggage and passengers to the coach is so simple. Were we lucky? - but on both journeys the coach left almost immediately. Airparks is a service that I will use again.
