Driving to Luton in the early hours of the morning,the A1081 to St Albans/Harpenden is very very dark road,no street lamps(could have all been broken),you could easily miss the turning on the right/slip end/newlands rd,you couldn't see the name of the Rd and you actually go over the M1 not under.At the traffic Lights ,it is straight over the lights,not to right and the Airparks is correctly 100m on the right.

This car park is easy to ride, especially if you are coming from the west. There is a danger, however, that you may get caught up in traffic if there are problems on the M1. I found the system ran smoothly but was a bit frustrated that I had to wait a while on the coach before I was driven to the airport

I arrived on time, followed the instructions & the road on the map was closed for reconstruction, i asked many many people other ways to get there, no-one had heard of it,or new how to get under the M1, in the end after frantic searching,i had no choice but to go to medium term parking at Luton and pay £50.00 to avoid missing my flight. I was not impressed at all.Unless am wrong (in which case i apologize), you should tell people before they go, alternative routes etc.

excellent service at airparks,very efficient.only drawback can be a little difficult to find for first time user although directions are well given. A small map of the area,included in the print out would be very helpful to those clients arriving in the middle of the night.

We arrived to find a bus waiting to depart, we simply dropped our keys and left the car with the car park, the bus took us directly to the terminal. On the return journey equally as smooth, collected from bus point, driven back to car park, collected key, car easily accessible and drove off. easier sign posting would be the only advantage but this is down to improvements in the area and and not the car park. If you don't mind that little bit more effort to save a lot of money then this is a winner. Kepp a coat handy as you may have to wait for the bus.

i was pleased with your service but on the way home on your bus on the 15th sept 10.30 your driver brian i believe was very rude ...i put my bag on the floor and he said you cant leave that their in a very nasty tone...so i explained to him i cant lift it ime disabled could you lift it ..to that he said ...ime not lifting it....he never even offered to help ..my wife had to lift mine and 4 other passengers cases off the bus as he sat at his seat...discraceful...other than that realy good...thanks dene higson

We arrived without reading all the small print, and consequently would have missed the last check in time as we had just missed a coach. One of the team very kindly gave us a lift in our car to the airport, and were were extremely impressed. Very good customer relations, would definitely use again.

On arrival at parking area the procedure was quick and easy and the bus driver and office staff were friendly and helpful. Coming back was the down side, waited along time in cold (with a child) for bus and then we could barely get a seat but once arrived a car park we was out in under 5 minutes.

my car ( bmw 5 ) was damaged but because it was caked in dust i did not notice until afterwards. the car returned froma repair the day before so the bump on the front could only have happened with you. The bump is a parking scrape and i drove straight home. I cannot prove it now and it is a company car.

We could not find the car park from the directions given to us after booking (we did not receive the email from you with further directions until our return) therefore had to park at the airport and pay for 2 lots of carparking. Better directions should be given.

Didn't feel that the Car Parking Service was value for money. Made worse when I went to the NCP car park in error, to find that they were closer, and much cheaper!!! Thought that booking over the internet would save some money, but the jury is still out. Will not leave booking in advance to the elenth hour, as big savings are on offer if researched more thoroughly.

Returned to find damaged mirror on my car. Dealt with efficiently by staff and head office of Airparks currenly dealing with my claim. This is the first time I have ever had damage here having parked here a dozen times before.Am very impressed with the service.

The directions were incorrect to the car park and therefore we found it very hard to locate. The directions said come off M1 and turn right at roundabout. Then said turn right, when it was actually the last exit on a roundabout. It stated the name of the road on the directions which was not actually there.

We were a little confused when we turned up to where we had to park...so we grabbed a space and went to go to the reception. A woman spoke to us rudely and said "park your car the other way round...can't you see they're all parked that way...." a simple would you mind parking your car round the other way would have done. My husband then said he didn't know where to park so he drove off to park the right way. She then muttered "there are speed limits" in a nasty way. All in all, the service was good but the woman who drove the bus was an obnoxious piece of work and due to this, we will never use the service again. I don't pay to be spoken to like a piece of cr*p. It may help to use much less agressive people who face the public. Thanks

This is a good company to deal with. The facilities and service generally are very good. I was particularly impressed by the free tea on arrival after a long drive. Only slightly let down by a long wait for the bus on return when a large number of clients arrived at the airport at the same time.

I would not hesitate to use Airparks again. The service was straightforward and efficient, no delay on arrival or on return. Transfer to and from Luton airport was virtually immediate, though we'd have had to wait for the next bus to come if we'd had big luggage (10 minutes apparently) as the bus was chocker on the return leg.

Good outbound, slower on the incoming, perhaps time of return was a lot more hectic. Transfer all in all, very pleasant.

Very easy to use and a stress free way of starting and ending the holiday. Just make sure you leave plenty of time as it can be a 15 minute delay waiting for the bus to go.

On arrival staff were efficient and polite. Transfer to and from the airport was quick. Although I had mislaid the ticket for collection, staff checked me out and issued the key in a very professional manner. I felt that my car was in safe hands, and will certainly use this car park again as first choice.

The whole process was smooth and seamless. Even though we returned on an earlier flight this was no problem to the Airparks staff and we got home without any hassle.
