Good value for money with good systems in place to make it as easy and quick as possible to drop off you car and hop onto a bus. The only problem I encountered was that the end of the journey to get there was on country lanes. After heavy rain on my return, one of the lanes was flooded. I couldn't follow the signs back to the A505 but managed to find another way fairly easily.

I rang for a taxi and the price was £280 return. So I looked into taking my car. It was less than £24 for my car to be parked for the week I was away and the return petrol was £40. I paid an additional £20 for my car to meet me at teh airport but still I saved £196 by using this parking facility. Would definately used again. Very helpful and genuine friendly staff.

Very cheap, but currently a bit of a drag to and from the airport due to roadworks- diversions. Drop off area from bus needs resurfacing- beware jumbo puddle! Saw staff moving cars- some boy racer behaviour spotted. Not encouraging. But you pays your money...

although we have used it many times before it would have been helpful to know that slip end road was closed due to road works as this meant guessing our way in the dark down unfamiliar roads, I don't know how people who used it for the first time got on!

An extremely efficient, well organised and cost-effective service. As long as the recommended transfer times are followed then it is a relaxing start to your journey. In fact, I have spent more time searching for a parking space at long stay on-airport car parks that I did using Airparks off-airport parking at Luton. Would certainly use the service again.

We arrived back on schedule(Mon.20th.Nov.23.30hrs.) but had to wait for 20 mins. for the bus,which was then standing room only.As the flight schedules are known to you why couldn't the bus have been waiting for us?Standing in 5 degrees when you've just come back from 30 is some form of torture!!

On the way back there was only one member of staff at reception to serve the 30 odd people who had just got off the bus. The fact that the first customers keys had gone missing meant that total chaos ensued. Luckily I was third in line and got served after about five minutes. The person at the back of the cue might still be there now. Dropping off the car was really easy though and total transfer time was about twenty minutes.

Simple, affordable and secure.....all you need when travelling on holiday or business.

Very efficient service. The whole experience of parking at Luton and getting to the terminal took about 40 mins. Buses waiting to take you to the terminal when you get there, fast deposit of dropping car off, staff very helpful. This is the second time I have used them and will continue to do so.

Bus driver on way to airport had a very bad attitude. He was quite rude to some ladies on the coach and told a lady with a child that she had to sit down or will have to get off the bus!

Wow, what a great service! Highly recommended for any traveller. No problems finding car park, very easy bus service to and from airport. I felt my car was in safe hands. Thank you.

There was a bus waiting to ferry us to the car park when we landed, but if there hadn't been I didn't know whether we were supposed to wait for one or ring to say we'd arrived. But otherwise, very pleased with the service and its value.

Have used this company three times before; never had a problem, though if you miss the first bus there can be a bit of a wait for the next just 15 minutes or so but if its cold and raining it is not much fun. It is about 15 minutes transfer but at rush hour it would be more.

I have used Luton Airparks every time I have flown from Luton and I have never been let down by them. Very professional and experienced in their job.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and well laid out parking. Car is parked for you (no hunting for a parking space!!)and is ready outside office on return, no searching carpark looking for it.

The Car Park is sign posted, so easy to find. Car is parked for you, just take your luggage out and wait for the transfer bus to arrive to take you to airport.

Excellent service. Transfer speedy and efficient. Paid 20 pounds for car to be delivered to airport on arrival which was well worth the money. Will use again definitely.

When we arrived at the bus stop the coach arrived but was quickly full. Next coach took 25 minutes to arrive but flow of passengers should have been predictable. However, very good service.

The only trouble is when booking in & retrieving your car. The Hut where they operate from is too small to accomodate in & out people traffic. On the day we booked in it was raining & this proved a problem with the amount of people trying to shelter.

Staff were friendly and helpful, even letting us know that if our flight was delayed we could be redirected to another airport. Which no-one at the airport or airline bothered to tell us. Our flight was delayed, and redirected. But we phoned Airparks Luton who said they would have a bus waiting at Luton Airport when our coach arrived. Which they did. We would definitely recommend the service to friends and family.
