On my return my car was classified as a 'non-starter' as I had left my map light on 3 days earlier; Airparks put my car on charge for approximately 30 minutes enabling me to get home. I have told friends and colleagues; If you need somewhere to safely leave your car and receive a first class service, go to Airparks.

It was good value for money & the customer service was good. My only criticism is the bus transfer; it could be more frequent since our bus was full & the facility for luggage is very poorly designed eg. having to lift heavy luggage onto higher shelves; not enough floor level spaces available.

Because we booked late this was the only car park with availability. We were very pleasantly surprised at how easy the whole process was. The location was easy to find. We were greeted and parked quickly and joined a short but fast moving queue where we checked in. The bus was waiting for us and we were at the airport within about 10 minutes. On our return the process was equally efficient. The bus was waiting outside the terminal and the car was parked ready to be picked up after collecting our keys. Will definitely use airparks again.

A number of us had just came out of the terminal walking to the bus stop. when the driver just drove off with just two people in who he picked up at the Zebra Crossing, as you can gather after a 5hr flight we where very angry and had to wait for about twenty five mins for the next bus where it was packed and i believe some people could not get on !

If you leave plenty of time when you get there to transfer for your flight, this car park will be fine, as it says on thier website. It's much cheaper than all the others so in a sense you get what you pay for. Get there early and you won't have to wait too long for a transfer to the airport. If you'll be in a hurry when you get back, you might find your car isn't ready and needs to be taken out of the secured area, which may disrupt your plans a bit! For my trip all this wasn't a problem - got there early like the website says, got a transfer,got to flight on time e.t.c. In summary, fine if you're not in a hurry!

Was a bit fed up that I took the time to call and change details of car being booked in as the car we had booked in had gone in for repairs. I had to provide exactly the same details when I arrived to book in which had made the phone call a total waste of time and effort. When I mentioned this to the man who booked me in he just shrugged his shoulders and stated that he agreed I shouldn't have bothered phoning. Otherwise all of my experiences have been excellent and I will continue to use Airparks and recommend to others.

On this particular visit, the young man who helped us with a reverse meet-and-greet on 8 Feb unfortunately snapped off the windscreen wiper lever on the steering wheel. I telephoned the duty manager immediately and specifically asked if it could be repaired during the 8 days we were away, but it was not. This caused some inconvenience, as well as potential danger to my husband driving home, and I am expecting to be repaid for the repairs. Have been in touch with Kirsty at Birmingham Customer Service. Subject to satisfactory outcome, we would have no hesitation in using the car park on future occasions, and would upgrade the rating on Customer Service above.

I was really impressed with the whole service we received. The booking (on-line) was simple and quick and the whole process when we arrived at the airport was equally good. We arrived at Luton at 2am and still only waited about five mins for a bus. All of your staff were polite and helpful at all times. Really impressed and would definately use your service again or recommend you to others. Thanks ps - we were delayed on our return trip by six hours and the bus was waiting, car was waiting and we were not charged any extra - which made me even more impressed!

This could not be simpler. Cynically, I was reluctant to park off-site, fearing long delays waiting for the bus to take to and from the car park, or a long queue and form-filling exercice on drop off and collection. I was delighted to have been proved wrong. Very professional; good instructions and courteous service.

We were very pleased with the service from Airparks Luton. The car park was easy to find, and when we arrived we simply parked near the Reception and booked in quickly. The bus was waiting for us, and the journey was quick to the airport. On our return a bus was waiting at the airport. Once back at the car park, we were promptly given our keys and our car was parked near Reception.

Simplicity iself to find from the M1, despite the ongoing roadworks. The arrival desk procedure could be slicker and the staff more friendly. Whatever must things be like when it is busy ? The bus transfer to the airport was swift and there was perhaps a 50 metre walk from the drop off to the terminal building. Retrieving the car keys and the car was straight forward and speedy, although the car in front of me was unable to get out due to the bar code not scanning properly at the exit. barrier. Would use again.

efficient service...i have used the luton airparks on a number of occasions...the only thing i have found is that the odd person behind the counter treats people with abruptness on occasions...and after all in any business you should look after the customer and at least be courteous

We have use Airparks Luton several times and we are very satisfied. The place is easy to find although there was a detour recently. The service at the desk was fast and the bus driver was very good. We missed the bus and he made another round at the roundabout just to pick us up.

We found the car park very easy to find as the directions were very good. Also good value for money. The bus was waiting for us when we got back from our holiday, which made it much easier for us as it was in the early hours of the morning and freezing cold! All in all very good.

Great value for money. This was my first experience, so a little more direction from staff as to what to do would have helped and clearer signage at the airport, for knowing where to get the bus back, would have been useful.

As I arrived at the car park at 4:50am, I was late, my flight was at 6am, the gentleman at the reception was very helpful and he said the next bus will leave at 5 o'clock, but when the bus has arrived, it didn't leave until 5:10 and I had to check in before 5:20, however the driver stood on my way and he said he had a job to do as i was trying to get out to try to make it before they close the check in desk at ryan air. fortunately i made it although i was late they were very kind to reopen the desk...their driver had an attitude and he wasn't so professional in doing his job, i could have missed my flight because of him.

I have saved at least £20 every time by booking Airparks, and the time taken from arriving to the terminal even with the roadworks at peak times hasn't taken any longer than 30 minutes. As I said cheap, fast and convenient.

They could update the building with a more friendly environment. Finding it once we returned was not very clearly marked particularly at night and a long day. An opportunity is being missed - they could offer a valeting service while they have our cars and keys.
